S36: and merging different tax-related data records with the same user name and the same data type according to the user name and the data type of the tax-related data records.
Specifically, the server traverses the user name and the data type of each tax-related data record contained in the tax-related data file, searches different tax-related data records with the same user name and data type, and performs merging processing on the queried tax-related data records, wherein the specific mode of merging processing can be to modify one tax-related data record and delete other queried tax-related data records.
The user name can be an account name of a non-resident financial account, and the data type can be an account income type.
For example, if two tax-related data records of the user a are two share-information income of the same account, the two tax-related data records of the user a are combined, and the share-information income in the combined new tax-related data record is the sum of the share-information income in the original two tax-related data records.
S37: and checking and deleting illegal characters existing in the tax related data record by using a regular expression corresponding to the preset illegal characters.
Specifically, using a regular expression of a preset illegal character, identifying the illegal character in the tax-related data record, and deleting the identified illegal character.
Wherein, the preset illegal characters include, but are not limited to "<", ">" and "&", etc.
Regular expressions are used for processing character strings in data, and by using specific characters to describe rules of occurrence of the characters in the character strings, character strings conforming to the rules are matched, identified, extracted or replaced, and quick searching and accurate searching can be achieved by using the regular expressions.
It should be noted that, there is no necessary sequence of execution between step S31 to step S33, step S34 to step S35, step S36, and step S37, which may be executed in parallel, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In the embodiment, the tax-related data records are checked from different dimensionalities such as creation of the tax-related data record report number, field value check of the amount field, merging of the similar tax-related data records, deletion of illegal characters and the like, so that automatic compliance check and automatic compliance correction of the tax-related data files are realized, complicated manual check and possible check errors are avoided, and the tax-related information report processing efficiency and accuracy of non-resident financial accounts are improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, after step S6, the automatic generation and re-reporting process of the data modification report may be further performed according to the modification file returned by the reporting platform, which specifically includes steps S71 to S76, and is described in detail below:
s71: if the modified file returned by the reporting platform is received, analyzing the modified file according to a preset file format to acquire the error data type and error data information contained in the modified file.
Specifically, after the reporting platform receives the reporting file, the reporting platform reports the reporting file to the national tax administration, the national tax administration reviews the reporting file, when the review finds that the condition that the standard requirement is not met exists or the information of part of users needs to be modified or supplemented due to data collection and other reasons before exchanging data with an external party, the reporting platform sends the content to be modified to the reporting platform in the form of a modification file, and after the reporting platform receives the modification file, the modification file is returned to the server.
The server analyzes the received modification file according to a preset file format, and acquires the error data type and error data information contained in the modification file.
The preset file format is a file structure used for modifying the file, and is usually an XML-format preset file structure. The server searches preset labels corresponding to the error data types and preset labels corresponding to the error data information from the XML-format modified file, and obtains corresponding label values, namely the error data types and the error data information, according to the searched preset labels.
Wherein the error data type is used to identify the error type of the error data, including but not limited to text format errors, data omission errors, and the like. The error data information is used for identifying relevant information of the tax-related data record with errors, and comprises, but is not limited to, the report number of the tax-related data record, an error field in the tax-related data record and a field value thereof.
S72: and acquiring tax related data records corresponding to the error data information from the tax related database, taking the acquired tax related data records as records to be modified, and changing the state of the records to be modified into the records to be modified.
Specifically, the server obtains the tax-related data record corresponding to the error data information from the tax-related database according to the error data information analyzed in step S71, for example, if the error data information includes a report number, the server searches in the tax-related database with the report number as an index, queries the tax-related data record corresponding to the report number, and uses the retrieved tax-related data record as the record to be modified.
Meanwhile, the server side changes the state of the record to be modified in the tax related database from reported to be modified.
It should be noted that, after determining the record to be modified, the server may take different processing manners according to the error data type, and automatically correct the error data type of the text format error, i.e. execute step S73, and notify the reporting personnel to manually modify the error data type of the non-text format error, i.e. execute step S74.
S73: if the error data type is text format error, acquiring error data in the record to be modified according to the error data information, correcting the error data according to a preset text specification, and taking the corrected record to be modified as a revision record.
Specifically, the server side determines whether the type of the error data analyzed in step S71 is a text format error, if yes, the server side can automatically repair the text format error according to a preset text specification, that is, the server side can obtain the field value of the error field in the record to be modified according to the error field and the field value thereof included in the error data information, modify the field value of the error field according to the preset text specification, and use the modified record to be modified as a revision record.
S74: if the error data type is non-text format error, feeding the record to be modified and the error data information back to the reporting personnel, and obtaining a revised record obtained after the reporting personnel corrects the record to be modified according to the error data information from the client.
Specifically, if the server determines that the type of the error data analyzed in step S71 does not belong to the type of the text format error, for example, the type of the error data is a data missing error, the server sends the error data information analyzed in step S71 and the record to be modified obtained in step S72 to the client, and the report personnel of the client performs manual modification.
After receiving the error data information and the record to be modified, the reporting personnel modify or supplement the record to be modified according to the error data information, take the modified or supplemented record to be modified as a revised record, and submit the revised record to the server.
S75: and updating the report number of the corrected record to be corrected according to a preset numbering mode to obtain the record to be reported.
Specifically, after obtaining the revision record according to step S73 or step S74, the server re-creates the report number for the revision record according to a preset numbering mode, uses the newly created report number to replace the original report number of the revision record, and uses the revision record with the updated report number as the record to be reported.
S76: generating a data modification report containing the record to be reported, sending the data modification report to a preset reporting platform, and changing the state of the record to be reported into reported state.

It should be noted that, the server adds identification information of a file type to the generated data modification report, and uses an identifier "R1" to identify tax related information newly reported, and an identifier "R2" to identify modification of tax related information reported as an example, and it can be understood that the file type of the data modification report is "R2".
The service end sends the data modification report to the reporting platform, and meanwhile, tax related data records related in the data file repairing report, namely the state of the record to be reported is changed from to be repaired to be reported in the tax related database.
In this embodiment, after receiving the modification file returned by the reporting platform, the server end automatically analyzes the modification file in the XML file format according to the preset file format, identifies the error data type and the error data information, accurately locates the record to be modified according to the error data information, avoids the complexity and errors of manual reading, improves the execution efficiency, and can perform different error correction processes according to the error data type, automatically revises the record to be modified according to the text specification for text format errors, manually revises the record to be modified and the error data information to the reporting personnel for non-text format errors, and re-creates a new report number for the revised records obtained after the two error correction processes, generates a data modification report for re-reporting, realizes orderly and automatic modification processing of the error data, avoids confusion caused by manual processing, further improves the execution efficiency, ensures the accuracy of tax-related data records, and simultaneously realizes orderly management of tax-related data by changing the state of the tax-related data.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, after step S6, the tax-related data records that are not reported may be reported and confirmed at intervals of a predetermined time, which specifically includes steps S81 to S82, and is described in detail as follows:
s81: and acquiring tax-related data records which are not reported from a tax-related database at intervals of a preset time interval, and taking the acquired tax-related data records as records to be confirmed.
Specifically, the tax-related data file can be imported by the submitting personnel once or more times, and the tax-related data file can be submitted selectively for multiple times when submitted, and the server side identifies the current submitting state of each tax-related data record through the state of the tax-related data record.
The service end traverses the state of each tax-related data record in the tax-related database at intervals of preset time, and takes the tax-related data record which is not reported as a record to be confirmed.
It should be noted that the preset time interval may be set according to the needs of practical applications, which is not limited herein.
S82: and feeding the record to be confirmed back to the reporting personnel, and reporting the record to be confirmed according to the confirmation result of the reporting personnel returned by the client.
Specifically, the server feeds back the record to be confirmed acquired in step S81 to the reporting personnel through the client, and the reporting personnel decides whether all or part of the record to be confirmed which is not reported needs to be reported.
The server may perform the reporting process on the record to be confirmed according to the confirmation result fed back by the reporting personnel, and the reporting process may use the same process procedure as in the above embodiment, for example, the reporting process may use the same process procedure as in steps S3 to S6, so that repetition is avoided and no further description is provided here.
In the embodiment, on the basis of the current processing state of the tax-related data record with the use state identification, the tax-related data record which is not reported is regularly reported and confirmed, so that reporting omission is avoided, comprehensive supervision of the tax-related data record is realized, and the automatic supervision capability of the tax-related data record is effectively improved.
In one embodiment, in step S6, encrypting the report file according to the preset encryption manner specifically includes step S61, which is described in detail below:
s61: and generating an encryption key according to a preset generation mode according to the reporting date or the mechanism code of the reporting mechanism, and encrypting the reporting file by using the encryption key.
Specifically, the encryption key for encryption is generated according to a preset generation mode by using the mechanism code or the reporting date of the reporting mechanism, so that the encryption key of each reporting file is different, the data security is enhanced, and the risk of illegal leakage of tax-related information is reduced.
The preset generation mode can be a mode of combining mechanism codes of a reporting mechanism, reporting dates and random numbers according to a preset format. For example, assuming that the organization code is RAKJAXYZ, the delivery date is 2019, 2/1, the generated random number is 5600349804, and the preset format is "organization code & delivery date & random number", the encryption key obtained by combining is "RAKJAXYZ &20190201& 560034984".
After the server generates the encryption key, the server can directly encrypt the report file by using the encryption key to obtain an encrypted report file, further, after the server generates the encryption key, the server can split the report file according to a preset byte length to obtain K file sub-blocks, wherein K is a positive integer, for example, the preset byte length can be 128 bytes, then, the generated encryption key is used for encrypting each file sub-block to obtain ciphertext blocks corresponding to each file sub-block, then, the K ciphertext blocks are combined according to a preset combination sequence to obtain a combined ciphertext, and the combined ciphertext is encrypted by using the encryption key to obtain the encrypted report file.
In this embodiment, by using a specific manner to generate the encryption key, each report file is encrypted by using a different encryption key, so that the security of the encrypted report file is higher, and the data security of tax-related information of a non-resident financial account is effectively improved.
It should be understood that the sequence number of each step in the foregoing embodiment does not mean that the execution sequence of each process should be determined by the function and the internal logic, and should not limit the implementation process of the embodiment of the present invention.
In an embodiment, a tax-related data processing device is provided, where the tax-related data processing device corresponds to the tax-related data processing method in the foregoing embodiment one by one. As shown in fig. 6, the tax-related data processing apparatus includes: the system comprises a receiving module 10, an analyzing module 20, a correcting module 30, an importing module 40, a checking module 50 and a reporting module 60. The functional modules are described in detail as follows:
a receiving module 10, configured to receive a tax-related data file sent by a client;
the analysis module 20 is configured to analyze the tax-related data file according to a file type of the tax-related data file, obtain tax-related data records included in the tax-related data file, and mark a status of each tax-related data record as not reported;
The correction module 30 is configured to perform normalization check on each tax-related data record according to a preset text specification, correct data in each tax-related data record that does not conform to the preset text specification, and store each corrected tax-related data record and state in a preset tax-related database correspondingly;
the importing module 40 is configured to obtain tax-related data records selected by the sending personnel from the client, import the selected tax-related data records into a preset extensible markup language file template, and generate a sending file corresponding to the selected tax-related data records;
the verification module 50 is configured to perform structural verification on the report file according to a preset structural requirement of the extensible markup language file, so as to obtain a structural verification result of the report file;
and the reporting module 60 is configured to encrypt the reporting file according to a preset encryption mode if the structure verification result is that the structure verification result is passed, send the encrypted reporting file to a preset reporting platform, and change the status of each tax-related data record included in the reporting file to reported.
Further, the correction module 30 includes:
the number acquisition sub-module 301 is configured to acquire a report number of the tax-related data record;
The number creation sub-module 302 is configured to create a report number for the tax-related data record according to a preset numbering mode if the acquisition fails;

the error data obtaining module 71 is configured to parse the modified file according to a preset file format if the modified file returned by the reporting platform is received, so as to obtain an error data type and error data information contained in the modified file;
The record obtaining module 72 is configured to obtain a tax related data record corresponding to the error data information from the tax related database, take the obtained tax related data record as a record to be modified, and change the state of the record to be modified;
the automatic correction module 73 is configured to obtain error data in the record to be modified according to the error data information if the error data type is a text format error, correct the error data according to a preset text specification, and take the corrected record to be modified as a revised record;

Further, the tax-related data processing apparatus further includes:
the periodic checking module 81 is configured to acquire tax related data records with states of to-be-modified and unrevealed from the tax related database at predetermined time intervals, and take the acquired tax related data records as to-be-confirmed records;
and the manual processing module 82 is used for feeding back the record to be confirmed to the reporting personnel, and reporting the record to be confirmed according to the confirmation result of the reporting personnel returned by the client.
Further, the reporting module 60 includes:
the encryption sub-module 601 is configured to generate an encryption key according to a preset generation method according to a delivery date or a mechanism code of a delivery mechanism, and encrypt a delivery file using the encryption key.
The specific limitation of the tax-related data processing device may be referred to the limitation of the tax-related data processing method hereinabove, and will not be described herein. The modules in the tax-related data processing device can be all or partially implemented by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 7. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a tax-related data processing method.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, where the processor executes the computer program to implement steps of the tax-related data processing method in the foregoing embodiment, such as steps S1 to S6 shown in fig. 2. Alternatively, the processor may implement the functions of the modules/units of the tax-related data processing apparatus in the above embodiment when executing the computer program, for example, the functions of the modules 10 to 60 shown in fig. 6. To avoid repetition, no further description is provided here.
In an embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program when executed by a processor implements the tax related data processing method in the above method embodiment, or where the computer program when executed by a processor implements the functions of each module/unit in the tax related data processing device in the above device embodiment. To avoid repetition, no further description is provided here.

According to a preset text specification, performing normalization check on each tax-related data record, correcting data which do not accord with the preset text specification in each tax-related data record, and correspondingly storing each corrected tax-related data record and the state into a preset tax-related database;
the step of performing normalization verification on each tax-related data record according to a preset text specification and correcting the data which do not accord with the preset text specification in each tax-related data record comprises the following steps:
acquiring the report number of the tax-related data record;
if the acquisition fails, creating the report number for the tax-related data record according to a preset numbering mode;
if the tax-related database is successfully acquired, checking whether the report number exists in the tax-related database, and if the report number exists in the tax-related database, re-creating the report number for the tax-related data record according to the preset numbering mode;
acquiring a field value of an amount field preset in the tax-related data record;
if the field value does not meet the preset amount format requirement, correcting the field value according to the preset amount format requirement;
Merging different tax-related data records with the same user name and the same data type according to the user name and the data type of the tax-related data records;
using a regular expression corresponding to a preset illegal character to check and delete the illegal character existing in the tax-related data record;
acquiring the tax related data record selected by the submitting personnel from the client, and importing the selected tax related data record into a preset extensible markup language file template to generate an submitting file corresponding to the selected tax related data record;

and if the structure verification result is that the verification is passed, sending the report file to a preset report platform, and changing the state of each tax-related data record contained in the report file to reported, wherein the tax-related data processing method further comprises the following steps:
If a modification file returned by the reporting platform is received, analyzing the modification file according to a preset file format to obtain an error data type and error data information contained in the modification file;
acquiring the tax related data record corresponding to the error data information from the tax related database, taking the acquired tax related data record as a record to be modified, and changing the state of the record to be modified into a record to be modified;
if the error data type is text format error, acquiring error data in the record to be modified according to the error data information, correcting the error data according to the preset text specification, and taking the corrected record to be modified as a revision record;
if the error data type is a non-text format error, feeding the record to be modified and the error data information back to the reporting personnel, and acquiring the revised record obtained after the reporting personnel corrects the record to be modified according to the error data information from the client;
updating the report number of the revision record according to the preset numbering mode to obtain a record to be reported;
Generating a data modification report containing the record to be reported, sending the data modification report to the preset reporting platform, and changing the state of the record to be reported into the reported state.

The tax-related data processing method of claim 1, wherein after the checking result of the structure is that the checking is passed, the sending file is sent to a preset sending platform, and the status of each tax-related data record included in the sending file is changed to sent, the tax-related data processing method further comprises:
acquiring the tax-related data records with the status of unreported tax from the tax-related database at preset time intervals, and taking the acquired tax-related data records as records to be confirmed;
and feeding the record to be confirmed back to the reporting personnel, and reporting the record to be confirmed according to the confirmation result of the reporting personnel returned by the client.
