A combined cooling and ventilating brake disc as set forth in claim 3, characterized in that the fixing bolt (4) is formed by sequentially and fixedly connecting a first cylinder (4-1), a second cylinder (4-2) and a first disc (4-3), the diameter of the first cylinder (4-1) is smaller than that of the second cylinder (4-2), and the outer wall of the first cylinder (4-1) is provided with external threads; the fixing nut (3) is formed by sequentially and fixedly connecting a third cylinder (3-1) and a second disc (3-2); the diameter of the third cylinder (3-1) is the same as that of the second cylinder (4-2), and the diameter of the first disc (4-3) is the same as that of the second disc (3-2); the third cylinder (3-1) is of a hollow structure, the inner wall of the third cylinder is provided with an internal thread matched with an external thread arranged on the outer wall of the first cylinder (4-1), the first cylinder (4-1) of the fixing bolt (4) is connected with the third cylinder (3-1) of the fixing nut (3) through threads, and the brake disc main disc (1) and the brake disc auxiliary disc (2) are connected into a whole.
5. A combined cooling and ventilating brake disc according to claim 3, characterized in that the second fixing holes (2-2) are uniformly distributed between the brake disc cooling ribs (2-1) in two circles.
