本发明公开了一种能吸除噪声的纱门，包括顶部门框、底部门框、左侧门框和右侧门框，所述顶部门框和底部门框之间设有若干水平设置的中部门框，顶部门框、中部门框和底部门框两两之间设有纱网，纱网的一侧设有若干降噪组件，降噪组件包括降噪柱体和吸音凸块，降噪柱体的外表面设有若干吸音凸块，吸音凸块的内部开设有球腔，吸音凸块的内侧与降噪柱体的内腔相通连接，降噪柱体的内腔内填充有缓冲吸音夹层结构。本发明加工比较简单，在门框内设置若干中部边框，防止纱网凹凸变形，产品的密封和防蚊效果也比较好，通过降噪组件的设置，使得本发明具有较佳的降噪效果，提升使用体验，利于推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及家居用品技术领域，具体是一种能吸除噪声的纱门。
背景技术
目前，市场上存在的推拉门窗纱窗主要有两种，一种是单独成框，专门给纱窗安装一个推拉框，弊端主要是成本太高，而且安装后，破坏了整体立面效果；另一种是直接将纱布上口固定在外框上，下口用以重物垂下去，但是这种纱窗与室内门缝隙太大，不能起到很好阻挡昆虫的作用，在有风时会出现一定摆动，也降低了阻挡蚊虫的作用。此外，现有的纱门不具有降低噪声功能，影响使用体验。因此，针对这一现状，迫切需要开发一种能吸除噪声的纱门，以克服当前实际应用中的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能吸除噪声的纱门，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种能吸除噪声的纱门，包括顶部门框、底部门框、左侧门框和右侧门框，所述顶部门框和底部门框之间设有若干水平设置的中部门框，所述顶部门框、中部门框和底部门框两两之间设有纱网，所述纱网的一侧设有若干降噪组件，所述降噪组件包括降噪柱体和吸音凸块，所述降噪柱体的外表面设有若干呈半球形的吸音凸块，吸音凸块的内部开设有球腔，吸音凸块的内侧与降噪柱体的内腔相通连接，降噪柱体的内腔内填充有蜂窝状的缓冲吸音夹层结构。
作为本发明进一步的方案：所述缓冲吸音夹层结构由内部中空的绝热、绝缘且疏松多孔材料制成。
作为本发明进一步的方案：所述中部门框包括基板和盖板，基板的横截面为凸型，盖板与基板卡接，纱网通过螺钉固定在基板上，所述盖板的两侧设有用于容纳胶条的开槽，所述顶部门框包括边框和光启，边框卡在光启的顶部，光启的底部设有压线扣盖，压线扣盖上设有胶条，光启和压线扣盖将纱网固定，所述底部门框包括光启、压线扣盖和几型滑槽，几型滑槽设在光启的下方，压线扣盖设在光启的上方，所述左侧门框包括边框、光启和压线扣盖拼装构成，相邻的两个推拉纱门通过边盖卡合在一起，边框的横截面为凸型，其两侧设有延伸部，边框的凸头处设有卡槽。
作为本发明进一步的方案：所述顶部门框、底部门框、左侧门框和右侧门框采用毛条密封。
作为本发明进一步的方案：所述顶部门框、底部门框、左侧门框和右侧门框均采用铝合金制成。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明加工比较简单，在门框内设置若干中部边框，防止纱网凹凸变形，产品的密封和防蚊效果也比较好，通过降噪组件的设置，使得本发明具有较佳的降噪效果，提升使用体验，利于推广应用。

请参阅图1～5，本发明实施例中，一种能吸除噪声的纱门，包括顶部门框1、底部门框2、左侧门框3和右侧门框4，所述顶部门框1和底部门框2之间设有若干水平设置的中部门框5，所述顶部门框1、中部门框5和底部门框2两两之间设有纱网6，所述纱网6的一侧设有若干降噪组件14，所述降噪组件14包括降噪柱体18和吸音凸块15，所述降噪柱体18的外表面设有若干呈半球形的吸音凸块15，吸音凸块15的内部开设有球腔16，噪音进入吸音凸块15内部的球腔16内，经过多方位反射，将音波消耗，达到降噪的目的，吸音凸块15的内侧与降噪柱体18的内腔相通连接，降噪柱体18的内腔内填充有蜂窝状的缓冲吸音夹层结构17，缓冲吸音夹层结构17与球腔16配合对噪音进行充分吸附，缓冲吸音夹层结构17由内部中空的绝热、绝缘且疏松多孔材料制成，兼具隔热、绝缘和对声音高效吸附的能力。
在本实施例中的能吸除噪声的纱门包括两个门扇，分别为左门扇和右门扇，左右门扇的结构为对称结构，在本实施例中以左门扇为例进行详细阐述门扇的结构。
所述中部门框5包括基板11和盖板12，基板11的横截面为凸型，盖板12与基板11卡接，纱网6通过螺钉固定在基板11上，所述盖板12的两侧设有用于容纳胶条10的开槽，所述顶部门框1包括边框7和光启8，边框7卡在光启8的顶部，光启8的底部设有压线扣盖9，压线扣盖9上设有胶条10，光启8和压线扣盖9将纱网6固定，所述底部门框2包括光启8、压线扣盖9和几型滑槽13，几型滑槽13设在光启8的下方，压线扣盖9设在光启8的上方，几型滑槽13为低轨式设计，比较隐蔽，所述左侧门框7包括边框7、光启8和压线扣盖9拼装构成，相邻的两个推拉纱门通过边盖卡合在一起，边框7的横截面为凸型，其两侧设有延伸部，边框7的凸头处设有卡槽。
所述顶部门框1、底部门框2、左侧门框3和右侧门框4采用毛条密封。
所述顶部门框1、底部门框2、左侧门框3和右侧门框4均采用铝合金制成。
本发明加工比较简单，在门框内设置若干中部边框7，防止纱网6凹凸变形，产品的密封和防蚊效果也比较好，通过降噪组件14的设置，使得本发明具有较佳的降噪效果，提升使用体验，利于推广应用。

1.一种能吸除噪声的纱门，包括顶部门框（1）、底部门框（2）、左侧门框（3）和右侧门框（4），其特征在于，所述顶部门框（1）和底部门框（2）之间设有若干水平设置的中部门框（5），所述顶部门框（1）、中部门框（5）和底部门框（2）两两之间设有纱网（6），所述纱网（6）的一侧设有若干降噪组件（14），所述降噪组件（14）包括降噪柱体（18）和吸音凸块（15），所述降噪柱体（18）的外表面设有若干呈半球形的吸音凸块（15），吸音凸块（15）的内部开设有球腔（16），吸音凸块（15）的内侧与降噪柱体（18）的内腔相通连接，降噪柱体（18）的内腔内填充有蜂窝状的缓冲吸音夹层结构（17）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能吸除噪声的纱门，其特征在于，所述缓冲吸音夹层结构（17）由内部中空的绝热、绝缘且疏松多孔材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的能吸除噪声的纱门，其特征在于，所述中部门框（5）包括基板（11）和盖板（12），基板（11）的横截面为凸型，盖板（12）与基板（11）卡接，纱网（6）通过螺钉固定在基板（11）上，所述盖板（12）的两侧设有用于容纳胶条（10）的开槽，所述顶部门框（1）包括边框（7）和光启（8），边框（7）卡在光启（8）的顶部，光启（8）的底部设有压线扣盖（9），压线扣盖（9）上设有胶条（10），光启（8）和压线扣盖（9）将纱网（6）固定，所述底部门框（2）包括光启（8）、压线扣盖（9）和几型滑槽（13），几型滑槽（13）设在光启（8）的下方，压线扣盖（9）设在光启（8）的上方，所述左侧门框（7）包括边框（7）、光启（8）和压线扣盖（9）拼装构成，相邻的两个推拉纱门通过边盖卡合在一起，边框（7）的横截面为凸型，其两侧设有延伸部，边框（7）的凸头处设有卡槽。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的能吸除噪声的纱门，其特征在于，所述顶部门框（1）、底部门框（2）、左侧门框（3）和右侧门框（4）采用毛条密封。
5.根据权利要求4所述的能吸除噪声的纱门，其特征在于，所述顶部门框（1）、底部门框（2）、左侧门框（3）和右侧门框（4）均采用铝合金制成。
