本发明涉及的是一种铝木复合金刚网一体式内开门结构，属于门窗结构技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们对生活品质的不断追求，居住环境的改善是必不可少的一部分。目前人们在注重房屋整体的保温性、密封性的同时，门窗的防蚊虫及防盗性能也越来越重要，在此种情况下，越来越多的人开始选择在门窗外安装纱窗，但市场上铝木产品配置的纱窗多为普通纱窗，不具备防盗功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足，而提供一种结构简单、合理，整体美观大方，能实现现有门窗基础上增加金刚网纱窗、解决两者之间连接及安装等情况，既保证了室内的通风和采光，又能发挥防盗作用的铝木复合金刚网一体式内开门结构。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的，一种铝木复合金刚网一体式内开门结构，包括门框、门扇、玻璃、压线和金钢网纱门；所述的门框、门扇均由室外侧的铝合金型材和室内侧的木材通过连接件复合而成，所述的门扇上通过玻璃托和密封胶条嵌装有玻璃，门扇安装在门框的室内侧，且门框与门扇在室内侧成扇压框结构；所述金刚网纱门主要包括金刚网纱框，在金刚网纱框上通过螺钉固定安装有金刚网，并通过金刚网纱框上的压线用密封胶条密封，所述金刚网纱门安装于门框室外侧，并通过连接装置安装在门框上。所述金刚网纱门中间还设置有一根为了保持纱网平整的横梃。
作为优选：所述门框和门扇的铝合金型材腔体为铝合金断桥结构，室内侧复合的木材为实木覆木皮或实木；所述门框与门扇之间通过三道密封胶条密封相接；所述的门框、门扇以及金刚网纱框都是通过连接边的45度下料，通过挤压角码连接制成方形框架结构；所述门框和金刚网纱框及玻璃门扇分别通过开关实现各自的锁定和解锁。
本发明的有益效果：一种铝木复合金刚网一体式内开门，室外侧设置金刚纱门，既保证了室内的通风和采光，又发挥了防盗作用，具有结构简单、合理，整体美观大方，能实现现有门窗基础上增加金刚网纱窗、解决两者之间连接及安装等情况等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍：图1、2所示，本发明所述的一种铝木复合金刚网一体式内开门结构，包括门框1、门扇2、玻璃3、压线4和金钢网纱门5；所述的门框1、门扇2均由室外侧的铝合金型材11、21和室内侧的木材12、22通过连接件13、23复合而成，所述的门扇2上通过玻璃托6和密封胶条7嵌装有玻璃3，门扇2安装在门框1的室内侧，且门框1与门扇2在室内侧成扇压框结构。
所述金刚网纱门5主要包括金刚网纱框51，在金刚网纱框51上通过螺钉52固定安装有金刚网53，并通过金刚网纱框51上的压线54用密封胶条55密封，所述金刚网纱门5安装于门框1室外侧，并通过连接装置安装在门框1上。所述金刚网纱门中间还设置有一根为了保持纱网平整的横梃15。
图中所示，本发明所述门框1和门扇2的铝合金型材腔体为铝合金断桥结构，室内侧复合的木材12、22为实木覆木皮或实木；所述门框1与门扇2之间通过三道密封胶条8密封相接；所述的门框1、门扇2以及金刚网纱框51都是通过连接边9的45度下料，通过挤压角码连接制成方形框架结构；所述门框1和金刚网纱框51及玻璃门扇1分别通过开关10实现各自的锁定和解锁。
