Abstract
The invention discloses a construction platform for quickly assembling a steel pipe pile and a vibrating hammer and an operation method, wherein the construction platform comprises a turnover shaft, a turnover support, an upper platform, a jack, a lower platform, a walking steel wheel, a track and a traction winch; when the pile turning device is operated, the lifting equipment is used for lifting the vibrating hammer, the vibrating hammer is moved to the upper part of the platform, and the vibrating hammer falls down, so that the pile turning shaft falls down on the pile turning support; continuing to fall down the vibrating hammer to enable the vibrating hammer to turn over to one side under the action of gravity, stacking sleepers on the platform, and enabling the vibrating hammer to be horizontally placed on the platform; then starting a winch, and pulling the platform and the vibrating hammer to the steel pipe pile along the track, so that the steel pipe pile is inserted into a clamp of the vibrating hammer; and then opening the clamp of the vibrating hammer to enable the clamp to tighten the steel pipe pile. The invention can quickly and accurately realize the assembly of the steel pipe pile and the vibrating hammer during the construction of the steel pipe pile; the method has the advantages of convenient and quick construction, safe operation, low construction cost and the like.
