Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art fully understand the technical solutions and advantages of the present invention, the following embodiments are further described.
As shown in fig. 1, the automatic paper deacidification system based on mode control mainly includes a soaking tank, a filter, a liquid storage tank, a condenser and a central control module (computer), wherein the central control module controls the start and stop of various devices including the filter, the condenser, a temperature and liquid level sensor, various pumps and valves. Various deacidification agent formulas and deacidification processes related to the deacidification agent formulas recorded and recorded by the company are recorded in the central control module in advance, a deacidification database is formed, and an operator can match the optimum deacidification agent and deacidification mode by inputting related parameters into the system.
The case bound into a book is taken as an example to explain the using method:
firstly, sampling and detecting parameters of fiber components, pH value, writing materials, paper tearing strength, paper tensile strength and the like of paper, and inputting the parameters into a central control module system to match with a deacidification agent. After the deacidification agent is confirmed, the system gives a corresponding deacidification mode, and data are transmitted to matched equipment (such as an immersion tank and the like). And adding sufficient corresponding deacidifying liquid into the liquid storage tank according to the prompt of the system, controlling and starting the feeding pump to pump the deacidifying liquid into the soaking tank until the liquid level detector gives an alarm, and stopping feeding. The heating unit of the soaking tank is controlled to start working, the temperature sensor gives an alarm after the deacidification liquid is heated to a preset temperature, and the heating unit works intermittently to maintain the liquid temperature. At the moment, the file is placed in a soaking pool, the deacidification liquid is guaranteed to be completely immersed in the file, and the central control module controls the ultrasonic generator, the liquid discharge electromagnetic valve and the liquid discharge pump to be opened at the correct time, so that the correct soaking deacidification time is guaranteed. The same principle is adopted for subsequent drying, deacidification liquid filtration and recovery and waste gas condensation and recovery.
Dozens of deacidification agents and 4 deacidification modes developed by the company are completely informationized and programmed, and the functions are continuously expanded, so that the system has more and more abundant and better functions, and generates better economic benefit.
