Abstract

本发明涉及一种通过涂布防静电油墨制备抗静电纸盒的方法,属于防静电产品制备技术领域。其采用A级牛卡纸纸张涂布的防静电工艺,利用涂布设备进行牛卡纸表面通过特定的温度、湿度、速度涂上抗静电油墨,随后再制备瓦楞纸箱。本发明方法能均匀的涂布整个纸张表面,而且抗静电指数可控范围在101Ω,与普通涂布防静电相比,原纸涂布更加均匀,从而达到抗静电指标要求的情况下节省抗静电油墨的使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种通过涂布防静电油墨制备抗静电纸盒的方法,属于防静电产品制备技术领域。
背景技术
对于普通的纸包装盒是没有防静电功能的,而电子产品类的包装纸盒一般都需要有抗静电的功能。隐藏在包装材料中微量的静电气会使电子元件、集成电路等精密电子产品产生影响而导致产品不良,因此防静电是十分重要的。如何使抗静电元素应用到纸盒包装上,是需要研究人员研究的课题。
在瓦楞纸板表面涂布碳粉、层合铝箔,在箱纸板生产过程中加入金属纤维或碳素纤维,都可以制造防静电的瓦楞纸板。目前实用的防静电瓦楞纸箱基本上是表面涂布防静电油墨的瓦楞纸箱。瓦楞纸板进行涂布防静电油墨由于纸板有瓦楞楞型的结构所致,会导致油墨的墨层不是很均匀,瓦楞楞尖会因为墨层太薄抗静电油墨少而使防静电指标降低,印刷机涂布墨层厚薄不均匀,抗静电指数只能达到105Ω。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述不足之处,提供一种通过涂布防静电油墨制备抗静电纸盒的方法,其能均匀的涂布裕整个纸张表面,而且抗静电指数可控范围再101Ω。
本发明的技术方案,一种通过涂布防静电油墨制备抗静电纸盒的方法,步骤如下:
(1)涂布:取A级牛卡纸,采用涂布设备对A级牛卡纸进行涂布抗静电油墨;涂布机送机间隙为0.18-0.22mm,双刮刀供墨系统压力为3.2-3.8kg,涂布后的墨层厚度为0.09-0.11mm;
(2)瓦楞纸板生产:取步骤(1)涂布抗静电油墨的A级牛卡纸,采用瓦楞机制备瓦楞纸板;瓦楞机烘干温度为167-173℃,蒸汽压力为4.7-5.3kg,车速为135-145mm/min;
(3)上胶:采用瓦楞涂胶辊对瓦楞纸板进行上胶,上胶量为0.11-0.13mm;
(4)纸箱制备:步骤(3)上胶后的瓦楞纸模切成型纸盒纸箱,制备得到抗静电纸盒。
抗静电油墨按重量份计配方比例如下:颜料30-40份,丙烯酸树脂50-60份,水4-6份,消泡剂0.2-0.3份,抗磨剂3-5份,流平剂0.4-0.6份。
进一步的,所述颜料具体为炭黑。
进一步的,所述消泡剂具体为矿物油消泡剂。
进一步的,所述抗磨剂具体为抗磨蜡。
进一步的,所述流平剂具体为防白水。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用A级牛卡纸纸张涂布的防静电工艺,能均匀的涂布裕整个纸张表面,而且抗静电指数可控范围在101Ω,与普通涂布防静电相比,原纸涂布更加均匀,从而达到抗静电指标要求的情况下节省抗静电油墨的使用。
本发明在原纸上直接涂上抗静电油墨再进入瓦楞生产,原纸再进行复合烘干的同时就使得抗静电油墨纸盒表面不易脱色,不影响电子产品的外观形象。
具体实施方式
以下实施例中的消泡剂、抗磨剂和流平剂均购自于佛山南海威仕印刷材料有限公司。
实施例1
一种通过涂布防静电油墨制备抗静电纸盒的方法,步骤如下:
(1)涂布:取A级牛卡纸,采用涂布设备对A级牛卡纸进行涂布抗静电油墨;涂布机送机间隙为0.18mm,双刮刀供墨系统压力为3.2kg,涂布后的墨层厚度为0.09mm;
(2)瓦楞纸板生产:取步骤(1)涂布抗静电油墨的A级牛卡纸,采用瓦楞机制备瓦楞纸板;瓦楞机烘干温度为167℃,蒸汽压力为4.7kg,车速为135mm/min;
(3)上胶:采用瓦楞涂胶辊对瓦楞纸板进行上胶,上胶量为0.11mm;
(4)纸箱制备:步骤(3)上胶后的瓦楞纸模切成型纸盒纸箱,制备得到抗静电纸盒。
抗静电油墨按重量份计配方比例如下:颜料30份,丙烯酸树脂50份,水4份,消泡剂0.2份,抗磨剂3份,流平剂0.4份。

实施例2
一种通过涂布防静电油墨制备抗静电纸盒的方法,步骤如下:
(1)涂布:取A级牛卡纸,采用涂布设备对A级牛卡纸进行涂布抗静电油墨;涂布机送机间隙为0.22mm,双刮刀供墨系统压力为3.8kg,涂布后的墨层厚度为0.11mm;
(2)瓦楞纸板生产:取步骤(1)涂布抗静电油墨的A级牛卡纸,采用瓦楞机制备瓦楞纸板;瓦楞机烘干温度为173℃,蒸汽压力为5.3kg,车速为145mm/min;
(3)上胶:采用瓦楞涂胶辊对瓦楞纸板进行上胶,上胶量为0.13mm;
(4)纸箱制备:步骤(3)上胶后的瓦楞纸模切成型纸盒纸箱,制备得到抗静电纸盒。
抗静电油墨按重量份计配方比例如下:颜料40份,丙烯酸树脂60份,水6份,消泡剂0.3份,抗磨剂5份,流平剂0.6份。

(2)瓦楞纸板生产:取步骤(1)涂布抗静电油墨的A级牛卡纸,采用瓦楞机制备瓦楞纸板;瓦楞机烘干温度为170℃,蒸汽压力为5kg,车速为140mm/min;
(3)上胶:采用瓦楞涂胶辊对瓦楞纸板进行上胶,上胶量为0.12mm;
(4)纸箱制备:步骤(3)上胶后的瓦楞纸模切成型纸盒纸箱,制备得到抗静电纸盒。
抗静电油墨按重量份计配方比例如下:颜料30-40份,丙烯酸树脂55份,水5份,消泡剂0.25份,抗磨剂4份,流平剂0.5份。

涂布过程中根据要求调节好墨层厚度,一般标准指标为103Ω,然后把涂布防静电的牛卡纸进入瓦楞纸板生产线,生产出防静电纸板(半成品),再根据指定的纸盒尺寸,利用模切刀模,模切出所需的防静电纸盒。

Claims (6)

1.一种通过涂布防静电油墨制备抗静电纸盒的方法,其特征是步骤如下:
(1)涂布:取A级牛卡纸,采用涂布设备对A级牛卡纸进行涂布抗静电油墨;涂布机送机间隙为0.18-0.22mm,双刮刀供墨系统压力为3.2-3.8kg,涂布后的墨层厚度为0.09-0.11mm;
(2)瓦楞纸板生产:取步骤(1)涂布抗静电油墨的A级牛卡纸,采用瓦楞机制备瓦楞纸板;瓦楞机烘干温度为167-173℃,蒸汽压力为4.7-5.3kg,车速为135-145mm/min;
(3)上胶:采用瓦楞涂胶辊对瓦楞纸板进行上胶,上胶量为0.11-0.13mm;
(4)纸箱制备:步骤(3)上胶后的瓦楞纸模切成型纸盒纸箱,制备得到抗静电纸盒。
2.如权利要求1所述通过涂布防静电油墨制备抗静电纸盒的方法,其特征是抗静电油墨按重量份计配方比例如下:颜料30-40份,丙烯酸树脂50-60份,水4-6份,消泡剂0.2-0.3份,抗磨剂3-5份,流平剂0.4-0.6份。
