As shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps.
In step S10, a start instruction is received. Wherein, the starting instruction can be sent by a main control module of the clothes processing device. For example, after the interaction module of the clothes treatment device receives an operation instruction of a user, the operation instruction is transmitted to the main control module, and the main control module transmits a starting instruction to the frequency converter.
In step S11, the motor is controlled to start according to the start command, the action time of the motor is recorded after the motor is started, and the motor is controlled to start or stop according to the relation between the action time and the preset time. In the embodiment of the present invention, the controlling of the start of the motor may be controlling the motor to rotate forward or backward. Optionally, after receiving the start instruction, controlling the motor to rotate forwards or backwards is related to the start instruction. Alternatively, it may be preset that the motor is controlled to rotate forward first or the motor is controlled to rotate backward first when the laundry treating apparatus is started to be used. After the motor is started, recording the time of the motor executing the action, wherein the action of the motor comprises forward rotation, reverse rotation and pause between the forward rotation and the reverse rotation, and correspondingly, the action time of the motor comprises forward rotation duration, reverse rotation duration and pause duration. The motor executes each action, correspondingly, the time of the motor executing the action is recorded, the recorded time is compared with the corresponding preset time, when the time of the motor executing the action reaches the corresponding preset time, the motor is controlled to stop the current action, the motor is controlled to execute the next action, the time of the motor executing the next action is correspondingly recorded, the recorded time of the motor executing the next action is compared with the corresponding preset time, and the steps are repeated until an instruction for controlling the motor to stop is received, so that the washing process is completed. For example, the motor is controlled to perform the forward rotation action, the forward rotation duration of the forward rotation action performed by the motor is recorded, the recorded forward rotation duration is compared with the preset forward rotation duration, when the preset forward rotation duration is reached, the motor is controlled to pause, the pause duration of the motor is recorded, the pause duration is compared with the preset pause duration, when the pause duration reaches the preset pause duration, the motor is controlled to rotate reversely, the reverse rotation duration is recorded, the reverse rotation duration is compared with the preset reverse rotation duration, when the reverse rotation duration reaches the preset reverse rotation duration, the motor is controlled to pause, the pause duration of the motor is recorded, the pause duration and the preset pause duration are recorded, when the pause duration reaches the preset pause duration, the motor is controlled to rotate forwardly, and the process is repeated until the command for controlling the motor to stop is received, the washing process is completed.
In the process of washing clothes by the clothes treatment device, the frequency converter controls the starting or pausing of the motor, the communication process between the main control module of the clothes treatment device and the frequency converter is omitted, and the purpose of shortening the pausing time of the motor is achieved, so that the effective time of the clothes treatment device for washing clothes is prolonged, and the washing efficiency is improved. In addition, the frequency converter controls the starting or stopping of the motor, so that the function of the frequency converter is enhanced, the cost is not increased, and the effect of improving the washing efficiency can be achieved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method of controlling a motor performed by an inverter in a laundry treating apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. The difference from the method shown in fig. 1 is that the method shown in fig. 2 further comprises the following steps.
In step S21, the weight of the laundry to be washed in the laundry treating device is received. Wherein, the weight of the clothes to be washed can be transmitted to the frequency converter by a weighing module arranged in the clothes treatment device.
In step S22, the preset time is adjusted according to the weight such that: under the condition that the weight is the first weight, the preset forward rotation duration, the preset reverse rotation duration and/or the preset pause duration between the forward rotation action and the reverse rotation action of the motor are/is respectively a first preset forward rotation duration, a first preset reverse rotation duration and/or a first preset pause duration; when the weight is the second weight, presetting forward rotation duration, reverse rotation duration and/or preset pause duration as second preset forward rotation duration, second preset reverse rotation duration and/or second preset pause duration respectively; the first weight is smaller than the second weight, the first preset forward rotation duration is smaller than the second preset forward rotation duration, the first preset reverse rotation duration is smaller than the second preset reverse rotation duration, and the first preset pause duration is smaller than the second preset pause duration.
The preset time is adjusted according to the weight of the clothes to be washed, and the action time of the motor is reasonably distributed, so that the control of the motor is in a proper state, the distribution of the washing time is perfected, and the washing effect is improved. In addition, the barrel collision can be avoided, and water and electricity are saved. Therefore, the control of the motor is more intelligent.
In addition, it should be noted that fig. 2 only illustrates one case of the method, and the sequence between the steps is not used to limit the present invention. For example, the order between the steps of the method shown in fig. 2 may also be adjusted to: the method comprises the steps of receiving the weight of clothes to be washed, adjusting preset time according to the weight, receiving a starting instruction, and controlling the motor to be started according to the starting instruction.
The preset pause duration, the preset forward rotation duration, and/or the preset reverse rotation duration may be experimentally obtained at a design and manufacturing stage of the laundry treatment apparatus, and set in the frequency converter when designing the laundry treatment apparatus. Specifically, in the experiment process, different washing programs and washing conditions of different loads can be selected by simulating the washing process of the user, and the preset pause duration, the preset forward rotation duration and/or the preset reverse rotation duration can be obtained through a large amount of experiment data. For example, the experimental data obtained in the experiment is processed in a linear regression manner, so as to obtain the preset pause duration, the preset forward rotation duration, and/or the preset reverse rotation duration. In addition, during the experiment, it was also found that when the weight of the laundry to be washed is lower than the capacity value M of the laundry treating apparatus0One third of the preset pause duration, the smaller the preset pause duration, the better; when the ratio of the weight to the volume value is one third to two thirds, the preset pause duration is preferably maintained at a certain constant value; when the ratio of the weight to the capacity value is more than two thirds, the longer the preset pause duration is, the better, otherwise, the winding rate is too high, the motor load is too large, and the motor is easy to damage.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, adjusting the preset time according to the weight includes: when the ratio of the weight to the capacity of the laundry treating apparatus is less thanWhen one third of the preset pause duration time is up to the third preset pause duration time; and/or when the ratio of the weight to the capacity of the laundry treatment device is greater than or equal to one third and less than or equal to two thirds, adjusting the preset pause duration to be a fourth preset pause duration; and/or when the ratio of the weight to the capacity of the laundry treatment device is greater than two-thirds, adjusting the preset pause duration to be a fifth preset pause duration; wherein the third and fifth preset pause durations are related to the capacity of the laundry treatment device, the fourth preset pause duration is a constant value, and the third, fourth and fifth preset pause durations are in order from small to large: a third preset pause duration, a fourth preset pause duration, and a fifth preset pause duration. Optionally, the third preset pause duration is a ratio of the capacity value of the laundry treating device to the first preset value. Optionally, the fifth preset pause duration is a product of the capacity value and the second preset value. Optionally, the first preset value is the same as the second preset value.
