The logic control of the heating process of the multi-barrel washing machine is solved, and the multi-barrel washing machine can complete the heating washing of a plurality of washing barrels more safely.
The set total heating time length in the above embodiment may be different heating time lengths preset for different washing tubs, and the time length is determined according to different washing modes or heating modes selected by a user; or the total heating time length can be determined by the washing machine according to the material of the clothes to be washed and/or the water quantity in the washing barrel and/or the water temperature in the washing barrel after the washing machine is started by a user, and at the moment, after the washing barrel with the determined total heating time length enters a heating stage, the washing barrel is controlled to be heated according to the set total heating time length until the heating is finished.

In specific implementation, the remaining heating time period T may also be a time period required for heating the current temperature of the water in the washing tub to the set temperature; in the process of washing clothes by a user, different washing modes are selected by the washing barrels, and the washing machine is also provided with specific set temperatures aiming at the different washing modes, namely the final temperature value to which water in the washing barrels needs to be heated in the washing modes; therefore, when the residual heating time period T of the washing barrel needs to be determined, the residual heating time period T of the washing barrel is further determined according to the set temperature and the heating power of the washing barrel to the heater by detecting the current water temperature in the washing barrel and the water amount in the washing barrel. Determining the residual heating time length T in the above manner, and when the determined heating sequence changes from the original heating sequence, and the washing tub which is originally started to be heated enters a waiting stage due to the adjustment of the heating sequence, the water temperature in the washing tub is reduced along with the increase of the waiting time; therefore, when the heating sequence of the washing barrels needs to be determined again, the residual heating time length T is determined according to the real-time water temperature of the water in the washing barrels and the set temperature which needs to be reached, so that the washing temperature of the washing barrels can reach the preset temperature in the washing process of the washing machine, and the washing effect cannot be influenced due to the fact that the temperature does not reach the preset temperature.
As described in the above embodiments, after determining the priority levels and the remaining heating periods of the plurality of washing tubs, the heating order is determined according to the priority levels and the remaining heating periods of the plurality of washing tubs. The present embodiment provides a step of determining a heating order of a plurality of washing tubs according to priority weights P and remaining heating time periods T: calculating T/P values of the plurality of barrels, wherein the specific T/P value is a quotient of the residual heating time length T and the priority level weight P; determining the heating sequence of a plurality of washing barrels according to the T/P value; in the specific implementation process, the plurality of washing barrels are heated in the sequence of the T/P values from small to large. That is, when the remaining heating time period T of the washing tub is longer or the priority level weight P is larger, the quotient of T/P thereof is larger and the heating order of the corresponding washing tub is further backward. Further, when the remaining heating durations of the plurality of washing tubs are the same, the heating order of the plurality of washing tubs may also be determined by the priority weighting. According to the method for determining the heating sequence, the heating sequence of the washing barrels is finally determined by considering the priority weight P and the residual heating time length T in a combined manner, compared with the method for determining the heating sequence only according to the heating sequence or according to a user instruction, the intelligent planning of the heating sequence of the washing barrels is realized through a dynamic adjusting process, the waiting time of a user is shortened, the washing efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the heating time in the washing process is controlled through simple control logic, and further, the washing machine is higher in stability in the washing process.
In the washing process, after the heating sequence of the washing barrels is determined, the washing machine is controlled to heat the washing barrels according to the heating sequence until the heating washing of the washing barrels is completed; of course, if a new washing tub needs to be heated during the heating process, the heating sequence should be determined again.
The present embodiment provides a preferable heating process, when the multi-tub washing machine includes three washing tubs, and all three washing tubs need to be heated at the same time, after the heating sequence of the three washing tubs is determined, the washing machine is controlled to heat the washing tubs in the first sequence until the heating is completed. And after the heating of the washing barrels in the first sequence is finished, controlling the washing machine to alternately heat the washing barrels in the second sequence and the third sequence until the heating is finished. Through the heating process, after the heating sequence of the washing barrels is determined, the washing barrel which is most needed by a user to be washed preferentially or the washing barrel with the heating sequence arranged at the first position is preferentially heated, and the waiting time of the user is shortened. And alternately heating the second sequence of washing tubs and the third sequence of washing tubs after the first washing tub is heated, thereby completing the heating and washing processes of the plurality of washing tubs.
In the specific implementation process, after the washing barrels in the second sequence are heated for a set time length, the heating is stopped, and the washing barrels in the third sequence are heated; the heating time period of the second sequence of washing tubs and the heating turn-on node of the third sequence of washing tubs are determined by the definition of the heating time period. Specifically, the heaters corresponding to the washing barrels in the second sequence are started, the heaters of the washing barrels in the second sequence are closed after the time A minutes (min) is limited, the heaters in the third sequence are started to heat water in the third washing barrel, and the value range of A is more than or equal to 0.5min and less than or equal to 1.5 min. The heating time of the second sequence washing barrel is controlled in the heating process of the second sequence washing barrel, the washing machine is controlled to heat the third sequence washing barrel after the set heating time is reached, the second sequence washing barrel and the third sequence washing barrel are controlled to be heated alternately through two parameters of the heating time and the temperature value of heating temperature rise, and compared with sequential heating, the heating completion time of the second sequence washing barrel and the third sequence washing barrel is greatly shortened.
The embodiment provides a heating and washing control method of a multi-barrel washing machine, when the multi-barrel washing machine is in the operation process and a plurality of washing barrels are required to be heated, if the washing machines are heated at the same time, the electric load of the washing machines is overlarge, and potential safety hazards are easy to occur; furthermore, a control method for multi-barrel cyclic period heating is provided, the washing heating waiting time is shortened, and the washing efficiency is improved.
Example 2
The present embodiment provides a heating washing control apparatus of a multi-tub washing machine, as shown in fig. 5; the method comprises the following steps:
a processing unit: for obtaining the priority levels of different washing tubs and the remaining heating time periods T of a plurality of washing tubs;
a control unit: the heating order of the plurality of washing tubs is determined according to the priority levels and the remaining heating time periods T of the different washing tubs acquired by the processing unit.
Further optimized, the method also comprises the following steps:
the storage unit is used for storing different priority weights corresponding to different priority levels and/or the corresponding relation between the priority levels and the priority weight P; heating power of different washing barrels;
a recording unit for recording the heating time of the washing barrel;
the detection unit is used for detecting the water temperature and/or water quantity data in the washing barrel;
the processing unit is also used for calculating the residual heating time length T according to the data detected by the detection unit, the storage data of the storage unit and the recording data of the recording unit; calculating a T/P value according to the residual heating time T and the priority level weight P, and feeding back the T/P value to the control unit;
the control unit is also used for determining a heating sequence according to the T/P value and controlling the washing machine to heat a plurality of washing barrels.

The present embodiment provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed, implements the heating and washing control method of the multi-tub washing machine as described in embodiment 1 above.

The present embodiment provides a washing machine, as shown in fig. 3 to 4; the heating washing control method of the multi-tub washing machine described in the above embodiment 1 is adopted, or the heating washing control device of the multi-tub washing machine described in the above embodiment 2 is configured, or the storage medium described in the above embodiment 3 is configured. In the specific implementation process, the washing machine is a multi-barrel washing machine, and a three-barrel washing machine with three washing barrels is adopted in the embodiment; the washing machine is divided into a first washing barrel, a second washing barrel and a third washing barrel according to the upper and lower distribution of the washing barrels; the three washing barrels correspond to the first heater, the second heater and the third heater respectively; the priority level weights P of the plurality of washing tubs in the present embodiment are P1> P2> P3; i.e. the higher the order of the washing tubs, the higher the priority level of the washing tubs and the higher the corresponding priority level weight P. When a plurality of washing tubs need to perform heating washing, determining the remaining heating time lengths T of the plurality of washing tubs, wherein the determination method of the remaining heating time lengths T in the embodiment is the time length required for heating to the set temperature according to the current temperature of water in the washing tubs; the specific current temperature can be detected through the detection unit, and the set temperature is the specific temperature which needs to be reached by the temperature in the washing tub when the user washes the clothes. In the embodiment, after the residual heating time lengths of the washing barrels are determined, the residual heating time lengths T of the washing barrels are sequenced from short to long; the specific remaining heating time period adopted in this embodiment is: t1< T2< T3; that is, the remaining heating time period of the first washing tub is shortest; the actual remaining heating time period T is determined in the specific implementation process, and this embodiment merely proposes a case for explaining a method for determining the heating sequence of a plurality of washing tubs. Further, T/P values of the plurality of washing tubs are calculated, and finally, a heating sequence of the plurality of washing tubs is determined. In the embodiment, P1 is P2 is P3, T1 is < T2 is < T3, so T1/P1 is < T2/P2 is < T3/P3 is obtained by calculation, and a plurality of washing barrels are heated according to the sequence of the T/P values from small to large. Firstly, controlling a first heater to heat a first washing barrel until the first washing barrel is heated; after the first washing barrel is heated, controlling a second heater to heat a second washing barrel, and controlling the heating time length; and (3) closing the heater of the second washing barrel after a minute (min) is limited, and opening the third heater to heat water in the third washing barrel, wherein the value range of A is specifically 0.5, and A is not less than min and not more than 1.5 min. When the temperature of water in the third washing barrel rises to B ℃, controlling the third washing barrel to stop heating, and reheating the washing barrels in the second sequence; the value range of B is more than or equal to 5 ℃ and less than or equal to 20 ℃. The second washing barrel and the third washing barrel are heated alternately until one washing barrel is heated, and then the last washing barrel is heated until the heating is finished.
The embodiment provides a washing machine which is provided with a plurality of washing barrels, and solves the problem of time sequence control when a plurality of barrels need to be heated and washed in the process of separately washing clothes by adopting a multi-barrel washing machine in the prior family by adopting the heating and washing control method.
The invention provides a heating washing control method and device for a multi-barrel washing machine, a storage medium and the washing machine, when the multi-barrel washing machine is in operation and a plurality of washing barrels need to be heated, if the washing machine is heated at the same time, the electric load of the washing machine is overlarge, and potential safety hazards are easy to appear; furthermore, a control method for multi-barrel cyclic period heating is provided, which realizes that the plurality of barrels are heated and washed at the same time, shortens the washing and heating waiting time and improves the washing efficiency compared with the sequential heating washing. The washing machine is provided with a plurality of washing barrels, and the heating washing control method is adopted, so that the problem of time sequence control when a plurality of barrels need to be heated and washed in the process of separately washing clothes by adopting the multi-barrel washing machine in the existing household is solved.

1. A heating washing control method of a multi-tub washing machine is characterized in that,
when a plurality of washing barrels need to run heating programs at the same time, acquiring priority levels of different washing barrels and acquiring residual heating time lengths T of the plurality of washing barrels;
determining the heating sequence of the washing barrels according to the priority levels and the residual heating time lengths T of the different washing barrels;
the different priority levels correspond to different priority level weights P, and the heating sequence of the washing barrels is determined according to the priority level weights P and the residual heating time T;
the steps of determining the heating sequence of the plurality of washing tubs according to the priority weights P and the remaining heating time periods T of the different washing tubs are as follows: the T/P values of the plurality of the buckets are calculated, and the heating sequence of the plurality of the washing buckets is determined according to the magnitude of the T/P values.
2. The control method according to claim 1,
when a user sets the priority level of the washing barrel, acquiring the priority level weight P corresponding to the priority level set by the user; and when the user does not set the priority level of the washing barrel, acquiring the priority level weight P corresponding to the preset priority level of the washing barrel.
3. The control method according to claim 2,
the default priority level of the washing barrel is set according to the upper position and the lower position of the washing barrel, and the priority level of the washing barrel positioned above is higher than that of the washing barrel positioned below.

a processing unit for acquiring a priority level of the washing tub and remaining heating time periods T of the plurality of washing tubs; feeding back the priority level data and the residual heating time T of the washing barrel to the control unit;
the control unit is used for determining the heating sequence of the plurality of washing barrels according to the priority level data and the residual heating time T of the different washing barrels which are fed back by the processing unit;
the storage unit is used for storing different priority weights corresponding to different priority levels and/or the corresponding relation between the priority levels and the priority weights; heating power of different washing barrels;
the recording unit is used for recording the heating time length of the washing barrel and feeding back the heating time length data to the processing unit;
the detection unit is used for detecting the water temperature and/or water quantity data in the washing barrel and feeding back the data to the processing unit;
the processing unit is also used for calculating the residual heating time length T according to the data fed back by the detection unit, the data stored in the storage unit and the data fed back by the recording unit; calculating a T/P value according to the residual heating time T and the priority level weight P, and feeding back the T/P value to the control unit;
the control unit is also used for determining a heating sequence according to the T/P value so as to control the heating of the washing barrels.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program, when executed, implements the heating and washing control method of a multi-tub washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
