技术领域
本发明涉及汽油机油技术领域,具体为一种汽油机油配方。
背景技术
各款新式、赛车、顶级轿车发动机排气量大,启动速度快,高温时保持油压及全面的良好润滑,防止发动机磨损、锈蚀及油氧化物形成的沉积物,保持发动机清洁,润滑油粘度稳定性好,润滑油消耗量低,但在高温高速和低温低速反复交叉行驶情况下,容易在发动机缸体内产生黑色油泥问题,而聚集的黑色油泥在缸内极易结块,成为损害气缸面及活塞环的硬质结点,使燃油和润滑油的消耗增加,如果不及时清除,将降低发动机有效功率、增加尾气颗粒物的排放,近年来关于金属磨损自修复技术的发展为机械装备在运行过程中的有效维护和保养提供了一种汽油机油配方。

本发明的目的在于提供一种汽油机油配方,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽油机油配方,由如下成分组成:聚a烯烃PAO 6,阿布扎比4CST,雅富顿11100功能性复合剂,三羟甲基丙烷酯,粘指剂氢化苯乙烯SV261,纳米硼酸镧减摩抗磨剂,复合消泡剂1号,罗曼克斯V1-248降凝剂;

聚a烯烃PAO 6:此种油品是合成油,在抗氧化、润滑性、水解安定性、冷启动性、保护性能、防噪音等性能上都是非常好,采用35%的配比主要是提高各方面的性能指标,特别是润滑保护性能上,能够提高油品润滑和保护作用,从而达到省油的效果,其次是改善其低温冷启动性能,能够在零下35℃的情况下,拥有很好的冷启动性等,从而改善油品的综合性能,缺点是对添加剂溶解性能较差。
阿布扎比4CST:此种油品是API III类油,是加氢异构化油品,主要是满足油品的低温冷启动和低温泵送性,加入此油品,就是拥有更好的低温流动性能。
三羟甲基丙烷酯:此种油品是API V类油,属于高档酯类合成油,此类油品的性能:对添加剂有很好的溶解性能,增加油品的极性,能够提高油品对金属附着力,增加油品的减摩性,提高油品的抗氧化性能,达到延长油品的使用寿命,但不宜多加,主要是因为此油品水解安定性较差,容易发生水解。
粘指剂采用氢化苯乙烯共聚物SV261:这是考虑到其拥有良好剪切稳定性(SSI 20左右),且低温流动性能也比较好,加剂量达到11.5%,主要是采用了低馏分基础油,粘度较小,主要是考虑CCS必须要小于6200.
雅富顿11100功能性复合剂:这是一款新型的复合功能性添加剂,加入量10.1%符合API SN和GF-5以及dexos1的规格认证,对发动机油的清净分散、抗磨抗氧、防锈等综合性能的提高。主要满足美系车辆节能要求。
纳米硼酸镧减摩抗磨剂:这是一款功能性补强剂,能够提高油膜强度,改进摩擦,降低摩擦阻力,而且具有一定的抗氧、抗磨、抗腐蚀、和清净分散性,且比目前市场硫磷减摩剂毒性小,对尾气处理设备有很好的保护作用,延长尾气处理装置的使用寿命,在发动机油中加入0.5%即可。
罗曼克斯V1-248降凝剂:主要性能是降低油品的倾点,改善油品的低温性能,加入0.3-0.5%降凝效果最佳。
复合消泡剂1号:是无硅油的复合型消泡剂,对油品的抗泡性能上有很好的改善,特别是在其空气释放性有较好的改善,这是对油品抗泡性能的补强,加入量不宜过多,过多会导致油品浑浊。
一种汽油机油配方,可以提升发动机的有效功率,降低尾气颗粒物的排放,使用寿命长,倾点低,粘度指数高,燃料经济性好,具有降解性,减少对环境的危害,摩擦系数低,油膜的承载能力高,可自行修复磨损表面,延长发动机的使用寿命。
