in the step b), the reaction temperature is 340-420 ℃, and the reaction pressure is 6.5-13.5 MPa.
The special oil for the yacht provided by the invention comprises refined diesel oil, thermal cracking diesel oil, light diesel oil and dearomatization solvent oil. The refined diesel oil is an oil product prepared by taking straight-run diesel oil, coker diesel oil and catalytic cracking diesel oil as raw materials in the presence of hydrogen pressure and a catalyst, has high cetane number and low sulfur content and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon content, and can effectively reduce the emission of toxic substances and particles in the tail gas of an engine in the using process. In the invention, the refined diesel oil is prepared according to the following steps:
a) one or more of straight-run diesel oil, coking diesel oil and catalytic cracking diesel oil are reacted under the existence of hydrogen pressure and catalyst to obtain refined diesel oil.

a3) carrying out low-pressure separation on the high-pressure separation oil phase to obtain a low-pressure separation oil phase;
a4) and removing light components from the low-pressure separated oil phase through steam stripping to obtain the refined diesel oil.
In the steps for preparing the refined diesel oil provided by the above embodiments of the present invention, the reaction conditions in step a1) are the same as those described above, and the steps are repeated. In the invention, the thermal cracking diesel oil is a light oil product prepared by carrying out deep saturation hydrogenation and hydrocracking on catalytic cracking diesel oil serving as a raw material, and the light oil product is added into the special oil for the yacht, so that the cetane number of the special oil for the yacht can be improved, and the heat value of the special oil for the yacht is increased. In the invention, the thermal cracking diesel oil is prepared according to the following steps:
b) the catalytic cracking diesel oil reacts under the existence of hydrogen pressure and catalyst to obtain the thermal cracking diesel oil.

In the invention, the content of the dearomatized solvent oil in the oil special for yachts is 1-10 vol%, and specifically may be 1 vol%, 1.5 vol%, 2 vol%, 2.5 vol%, 3 vol%, 3.5 vol%, 4 vol%, 4.5 vol%, 5 vol%, 5.5 vol%, 6 vol%, 6.5 vol%, 7 vol%, 7.5 vol%, 8 vol%, 8.5 vol%, 9 vol%, 9.5 vol% or 10 vol%.
The yacht special oil with excellent quality is obtained by optimally designing the composition components and the content of each component of the oil product, and can effectively improve the combustion condition of fuel in an engine cylinder, shorten the combustion lag period, improve the power output and the thermal efficiency and simultaneously reduce the vibration of the engine. The special oil for the yacht can be stably combusted in the cylinder, the service life of an engine is prolonged, and good economic and social benefits are achieved.
For the sake of clarity, the following examples are given in detail.
The refined diesel oil adopted by the following embodiment of the invention is prepared by the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps of (1) reacting straight-run diesel oil, coker diesel oil and catalytic cracking diesel oil with indexes shown in table 1 in a reactor according to a mass ratio of 57:20:23 under the condition of hydrogen pressure and the presence of a catalyst to obtain reaction products; carrying out high-pressure separation on the reaction product in a high-pressure separation tank to obtain a high-pressure separation oil phase; carrying out low-pressure separation on the high-pressure separation oil phase in a low-pressure separation tank to obtain a low-pressure separation oil phase; and removing light components from the low-pressure separation oil in a stripping tower to obtain refined diesel oil. The cetane number of the refined diesel oil is 50, the sulfur content is less than or equal to 10ppm, and the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon content is less than or equal to 5% (m/m).

The thermal cracking diesel oil adopted by the following embodiments of the invention is prepared by the following steps:
after catalytic cracking diesel oil and hydrogen gas with indexes shown in table 1 are mixed and fed into the inlet of a thermal cracking reactor, the mixture flows through a bed layer filled with a protective agent, a bed layer filled with a catalyst, a bed layer filled with a modifier and a bed layer filled with a post-treatment agent in sequence in the reactor, and then thermal cracking diesel oil is obtained at the outlet of the thermal cracking reactor.
The main operating conditions in the preparation process of the thermal cracking diesel oil are shown in the following table 3:

The light diesel oil adopted in the following embodiments of the invention is purchased from Ningcoalition group, and various indexes are shown in Table 4:

Uniformly mixing the raw materials according to the following volume ratio to obtain the special oil for the yacht:
20 vol% of refined diesel oil mixed liquid, 50 vol% of thermal cracking diesel oil, 25 vol% of light diesel oil and 5 vol% of dearomatization solvent oil.
Example 2
Uniformly mixing the raw materials according to the following volume ratio to obtain the special oil for the yacht:
15 vol% of refined diesel oil mixed liquid, 52 vol% of thermal cracking diesel oil, 28 vol% of light diesel oil and 5 vol% of dearomatization solvent oil.

Uniformly mixing the raw materials according to the following volume ratio to obtain the special oil for the yacht:

As can be seen from Table 6, the yacht-specific oil produced in examples 1 to 3 has the characteristics of high cetane number, low sulfur and low aromatic hydrocarbon.
2) The engine bench evaluation is respectively carried out by taking 0# vehicle diesel oil and the yacht special oil produced in the example 1 as fuels, the main parameters of the tested engine are shown in a table 7, the test working points are shown in tables 8 and 9, and the torque and vibration intensity of the engine are shown in a graph in a. FIG. 1 is a torque comparison graph of a diesel engine provided in example 4 of the present invention; fig. 2 is a graph comparing the vibration intensity of the diesel engine provided in example 4 of the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2: when the special oil for the yacht, which is produced in the embodiment 1 of the invention, is used as fuel, the engine has higher torque and lower vibration.
