In a non-filling state, the filling valve core 211 moves towards one end of the outlet under the action of the filling spring 28, when the filling valve core reaches the limit position, an axial sealing surface on the filling valve core is contacted with the surface R at the bottom of the filling shell to form a sealing pair, and an O-shaped ring VII210 on the filling valve core is matched with the filling shell to form a second sealing pair, so that a double-sealing structure at the position is realized, and the sealing performance of the filling gun in a separation state is ensured to be safer and more reliable. The sealing surface of the filling gun adopts a double-sealing structure, has good sealing performance under the action of self internal pressure, and has good reliability and high safety factor; the filling gun head and the filling gun ground joint can realize 360-degree free rotation, and are convenient to butt with a filling valve; the filling gun and the filling valve can keep good self-sealing state in the butt joint process, and fuel oil leakage can be effectively prevented.
As shown in FIG. 4, the filling valve and the filling gun are of a rotary-inserting type quick-connecting structure, a quick-connecting groove is formed in the valve shell 12, and a locking pin is arranged on the filling shell 27 and matched with the quick-connecting groove.
The filling valve and the filling gun are in a self-sealing state when not in a butt joint state, and the filling valve and the filling gun are connected and then automatically open the respective valves, so that fuel can smoothly pass through and is sealed outwards, and the fuel is prevented from leaking; the self-sealing state of the filling valve is automatically recovered after the filling valve is separated from the filling gun.
As shown in fig. 1, the push rod 13 is fixed to the shutter housing 12, so that its position relative to the shutter housing is not changed, and the filling valve member 211 can slide freely in the filling housing 27. When in butt joint, the filling gun is directly in butt joint with the filling valve, and the quick connecting groove at the inlet of the filling valve has a guiding function, so that the filling gun can automatically align the butt joint position conveniently. Under the action of external force, the ejector rod 13 overcomes the spring force of the filling spring 28, the spring force of the valve spring 24 and the friction force of the O-shaped ring, the filling valve core 211 is pushed open, the filling valve core moves backwards, the O-shaped ring VIII19 and the O-shaped ring VI29 keep good sealing effect at any time in the process, fuel oil leakage in the butt joint process can be effectively prevented until the ejector rod 13 pushes the filling valve core 211 open to the position shown in the figure, and the communication between a filling gun and a filling valve flow passage is realized. At this time, the locking pin on the filling shell 27 reaches the limit position at the same time, the filling shell is manually rotated by about 45 degrees, so that the locking pin is screwed into the quick connecting groove on the valve shell 14, and the filling gun is locked.
The filling valve sleeve is butted, the medium channel is opened, and the two ends are locked by the quick locking mechanism, so that the filling valve sleeve cannot be separated in the using process; when the filling valve sleeve is separated, the filling gun is pushed downwards to the limit position, then the filling shell is rotated manually for about 45 degrees, the locking pin on the shell is made to exit from the quick connecting groove on the valve shell, the locking state of the filling valve sleeve is released, and the filling valve core and the valve spring seat return to the respective original positions respectively under the action of the filling spring and the valve spring of the filling gun and the filling valve, so that the self-sealing of the two components is realized again.
