Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a coaxial self-sealing joint comprises two straight-through male joints 2 and female joints 1 which are inserted into each other, a sleeve 11, a connecting pipe 21, a valve core 22, a sealing gasket 23, a sealing ring 24, a spring 25, a sealing sleeve 26, a handle 210 and other components, and the structures and functions of the components are the same as those of embodiment 1.
The difference lies in that, in this embodiment, female joint is inside to have and to be the reverse case, seal cover, spring, the pressure cover part of arranging, and with male joint inner structure and function the same. The structure that the male connector and the female connector are provided with the valve core device is more suitable for fluid transmission with larger environmental impact caused by leakage.
In this embodiment, in order to achieve a better sealing effect, the outer bottom of the cavity of the male connector valve core 22 is designed into a concave area, the convex edge of the concave area is distributed at the edge of the outer bottom of the cavity to form a valve core knife edge 211, the whole valve core knife edge 211 just forms a ring-shaped sealing knife at the outer bottom of the cavity, and the sealing knife just forms contact sealing with an annular groove on an inner step of the common connector. The female joint may have the same structure.
In the present embodiment, a preferred embodiment of the sealing sleeve 26 is that several through holes 218 are designed on the side wall of the sealing sleeve 26 near the cavity port for passing the fluid, and the cavity port of the sealing sleeve 26 directly forms an elastic contact seal with the elastic sealing ring 23 on the step of the male connector cavity. The connecting column is arranged at the bottom outside the cavity of the sealing sleeve 26 and is connected with the center of the pressing sleeve 27, the pressing sleeve 27 is in a cross-shaped structure, and a circular through hole is arranged at the center of the cross-shaped structure and is just sleeved with the connecting column at the outer bottom of the sealing sleeve 26. Threads are arranged on the cross-shaped four end sections and are in threaded fit with the inner wall of the male connector shell. By rotating the pressing sleeve 27, the sealing sleeve 26 can be pushed to move slowly, so that the sealing sleeve 26 and the elastic sealing ring 23 are in a compressed state, and a sealing effect is achieved. The left end face of the sealing sleeve 26 presses on the sealing gasket 23 to perform a sealing function, and the action force generated by the pressure of the isolation fluid acts on the end face of the valve core. The pressing sleeve 27 is used for fixing a sealing sleeve, and a pressing ring 28 is arranged outside the pressing sleeve 27.
In this embodiment, the valve core 22, which is a key part of the sealing, is changed into a coaxial pressure balancing design, so that the valve core is balanced in force, and is not affected by the magnitude of the fluid pressure any more.
The self-sealing joint provided by the invention is applied to the field of self-sealing valves, particularly the field of inflation, and particularly the field of SF6 gas sealing.
By adopting the coaxial self-sealing joint provided by the invention, soft and hard double sealing is adopted between the male joint and the female joint: the inner part adopts elastic material for soft sealing, and the outer end surface adopts hard sealing made of metal material. The working temperature of the sealing mode is-20 ℃ to 100 ℃, and the highest working pressure can reach 0 MPa to 25 MPa. The sealing effect is good: the leakage rate is less than 10 under the working pressure of 25MPa -7 mbar·L/s。
The coaxial self-sealing joint provided by the invention adopts the combined design of the valve core and the sealing sleeve, changes the pressure direction of fluid to the valve core, changes the axial section pressure of the fluid to the valve core into the circumferential radial pressure of the side surface, has balanced axial stress of the valve body, and does not need to consider the factors of shunt pressure and differential pressure. And thus can withstand higher pressures.
