Claims (9)

1. A remote authorization-based sealing system, comprising: the stamping part comprises a shell with a hollow structure and a stamp fixing component which is transversely arranged in the shell in a rotatable mode; the seal fixing assembly comprises a ring-shaped piece, a fixing piece and a pushing device, wherein the ring-shaped piece is rotatably arranged in the shell, and the top end of the ring-shaped piece is provided with a plurality of first holes which are positioned between the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the ring-shaped piece and surround the ring-shaped piece; the fixing piece is used for fixing the seal and is arranged in the first hole in a manner of moving up and down; the pushing device comprises a cover body arranged at the top end of the seal and an air cylinder arranged at the top end of the cover body and used for pushing the cover body to move up and down; the bottom end of the shell is provided with a sealing plate and a first opening, and the first opening can be opposite to any one of the first holes and is matched with the size of the seal; the sealing plate is movably arranged on the inner wall of the shell to seal the first opening; an extension plate perpendicular to the bottom end of the shell is arranged on the inner side of the bottom end of the shell, and the distance between the extension plate and the outer side of the shell is 1-2 cm; the width of the extension plate is set to be 2-3 cm;
the scanning platform is arranged below the shell in a manner of rotating around one side of the bottom end of the extension plate, a scanning device used for scanning a file is arranged on the scanning platform, a shading plate which is detachably connected is arranged at the top end of the scanning device, and a seal mark is arranged at the position, opposite to the first opening, of the top end of the shading plate;
the scanning device is connected to the processor so as to transmit scanned files to the processor.
2. The remote authorization-based sealing system of claim 1, further comprising a remote transceiver system comprising:
a data storage module connected to the processor, the data storage module including a personnel information storage unit for storing identity information and contact information of a requesting signer and an authorized signer qualified to use the stamp, and a personal stamping information storage unit connected to the personnel information storage unit; the personal stamping information storage unit is used for correspondingly storing stamping information authorized by each authorized stamping person;
the information receiving and transmitting module is connected to the processor and the personnel information storage unit and is used for transmitting the scanned file to the authorized stamping person and receiving information fed back by the authorized stamping person and transmitting the information to the processor; and
and the password analysis module is connected to the personnel information storage unit and the processor, and is used for calling the contact information of the authorized stamping person after the request stamping person sends a stamping request, sending a random password to the authorized stamping person, checking and feeding back the random password, and sending the random password to the processor to start the stamping part.
3. The remote authorization-based sealing system of claim 2, further comprising an identification module comprising:
the face recognition module is used for confirming the identity information of the identified person by recognizing the facial features of the requesting signer and the authorized signer;
the fingerprint identification module is used for identifying the fingerprint information of the requesting signer and the authorized signer so as to confirm the identity information of the identified person; and
and the identity checking module is used for comparing the received identification information transmitted by the face identification module and the fingerprint identification module with the identity information in the personnel information storage unit and transmitting a comparison result to the processor so as to start the file and the scanning device.
4. The remote authorization-based sealing system of claim 2, further comprising an information recording module connected to the processor, wherein the information recording module is used for integrating sealing related information to generate sealing information authorized by the authorized sealing person and storing the sealing information to the personal sealing information storage unit; wherein the related information for integrated sealing comprises: the time point information of requesting the identification confirmation of the signer, the content information of the scanned file, the time point information of requesting the stamping and the identification information of the authorized signer authorized to stamp.

A remote authorization-based sealing system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ring is rotatably disposed by: the circle center of the ring-shaped piece is provided with a rotating shaft located on the shell, the rotating shaft is sleeved with a fixing ring, a supporting rod which is connected with the inner side of the ring-shaped piece and the fixing ring is arranged around the fixing ring, and the rotating shaft is connected to a motor to drive the rotating shaft to rotate.

The remote authorization-based stamping system according to claim 5, further comprising a stamp selection module for issuing a request for selecting the corresponding stamp and transmitting the request to the processor to control the rotation shaft to rotate by a corresponding angle so that the selected stamp is opposite to the first opening.
7. The remote authorization-based sealing system of claim 1, wherein the fixing member includes a fastening ring and an elastic member, the fastening ring is adapted to the seal, and the elastic member is disposed inside the first hole and connects the first hole and the fastening ring.

The remote authorization-based sealing system of claim 2, further comprising a camera device, wherein the camera device comprises a camera head and a camera storage module connected to the camera head, the camera head is used for shooting sealing images to be transmitted to the camera storage module so as to send the stored sealing images to the personal sealing information storage unit; the bottom of casing is close to first open-ended position sets up the second opening, the camera stretches out the second opening, and the orientation first opening.
9. A method of using the remote authorization based sealing system of any of claims 1-8, the method essentially comprising the steps of:
step 1, a signer is requested to verify and open the scanning device through a face recognition module and a fingerprint recognition module;
step 2, scanning the file to be stamped through the scanning device, transmitting a scanning piece to the processor, and selecting the corresponding stamp through a stamp selection module;
step 3, the processor transmits the information of the scanned piece and the selected seal to an information receiving and transmitting module, the information receiving and transmitting module calls contact information of an authorized stamping person corresponding to the seal to transmit the information of the scanned piece and the selected seal to the authorized stamping person for confirmation, and receives information fed back by the authorized stamping person and transmits the information to the processor; if the authorized signer confirms the information, the step 4 is entered, and if the authorized signer feeds back the modification, the step 2 is entered;
step 4, the processor receives the confirmation information, controls the password analysis module to send a random password to the authorized signer, and enters step 3 if the authorized signer does not feed back the random password within 1-3 minutes; if the authorized stamping person feeds back the random password to the password analysis module within 1-3 minutes so as to transmit the random password to the processor, the processor controls the rotation of the rotating shaft, the sealing plate and the cylinder to act, and meanwhile, the processor starts the camera to shoot a stamping image so as to complete stamping of the file to be stamped, which is placed at the top end of the shielding plate.
