Background
The plastic crusher is used for crushing waste plastics and plastic leftover materials of factories. The plastic crusher is widely applied to waste plastic regeneration and recycling of factory leftover materials. The motor power of the plastic crusher is between 3.5 and 150 kilowatts, and the rotating speed of the knife roll is between 150 and 500 rpm. The structure is divided into tangential feeding and top feeding; the knife roll is different from a solid knife roll and a hollow knife roll. The plastic crusher drives the movable cutter head to rotate at a high speed through the motor, the movable cutter and the fixed cutter move relatively in the high-speed rotating process, a gap formed between the movable cutter and the fixed cutter is utilized to cause a cut for crushing and shearing plastic, and accordingly large plastic blocks are crushed, and the crushed plastic is filtered and output to the size of plastic particles through the screen.
