The water-proof patch 2 is provided with a water-passing pipe 6 connected to the flushing pipe 4 on the side of the transparent bag 3, and the water-passing pipe 6 is fitted and fixed with the waterproof patch 2. The flushing pipe 4 is located on the top of the waterproof patch 2, and the flushing pipe 4 and the outlet pipe 5 are coaxial. The outlet pipe 5 is located at the lowermost end of the waterproof patch 2, the outlet pipe 5 is located below the water pipe 6, and the uppermost edge of the outlet pipe 5 is sealed and fixed with the transparent bag 3. There is a certain distance between the lowermost end of the water pipe 6 and the outlet pipe 5 , so that the cleaning liquid in all the water pipes can flow into the outlet pipe 5 together. The waterproof patch 2 is provided with a dispersion groove pipe 7 connected to each water passage pipe 6 at the upper end of the water passage pipe 6, and the dispersion groove pipe 7 is arc-shaped. The lower end of the flushing pipe 4 is connected to the middle of the dispersing tank pipe 7, and the dispersing tank pipe 7 is provided with a dispersing hole 71 corresponding to the upper end of each water passing pipe 6. Water-passing pipe 6 is vertically provided with nine in transparent bag 3, and nine water-passing pipes 6 are arranged next to each other successively, and the axes of all water-passing pipes 6 are parallel. The dispersion hole 71 is sealed and bonded with the water pipe 6 . The waterproof patch 2 and the water pipe 6 attached to the waterproof patch 2 can be cut and provided with a perforation 21 matching the shape of the wound or incision, and the drainage tube 1 protrudes from the perforation 21 . The middle of each water pipe 6 is provided with a sealing sheet 61 separating the two ends of the water pipe 6 , and the sealing sheet 61 is sealed and filled inside the water pipe 6 . The outer surface of the water pipe 6 is in the shape of a cuboid, and the inner surface of the water pipe 6 is a cylindrical surface. The water pipe 6 is provided with a communication hole 62 connected to the adjacent water pipe 6 above the sealing sheet 61 , and the communication hole 62 is attached to the upper side of the sealing sheet 61 . The pipe body between the water passing pipes below the sealing sheet 61 can form a shield, prolong the time that the cleaning liquid stays on the wound surface when cleaning, and improve the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning liquid.
引流管1未使用时,引流管1的一端收束在透明袋3和防水贴片2组成的空腔内。在渗漏清洗引流装置使用时,依据伤口或切口的大小在防水贴片2和过水管6组成的整体上剪出穿孔21,穿孔21配合伤口或切口的轮廓。若只需完成伤口表面的清洗或持续上药,可以不使用引流管1,仍将引流管1收束在透明袋3内,只使用冲洗管4和导出管5。若需完成伤口或切口内的组织液引流,则将引流管1从穿孔21穿出,引流管1的一端插入到伤口或切口内,引流管1的接口10与负压装置11相连。在引流管1和引流处渗漏时,清洗液从外部沿冲洗管4流向分流管,经过分流管完成清洗液的分流,清洗液从穿孔21上方的过水管6流过伤口或切口表面,导出管5通过管道连通其他容纳装置,完成清洗过的清洗液存放。通过本装置能够实现同步保持伤口或切口内的引流和伤口或切口内表面渗漏液的清洗,提高伤口或切口内引流时的安全和洁净性,防止伤口表面感染和腐烂。穿孔21可以在冲洗引流装置使用时,依据伤口或切口的大小判断,从而使防水贴片2和过水管6的端面贴合伤口或切口,不会经过其他皮肤表面,从而提高清洗效率,提高清洗液的利用效率,并且防止切口或伤口外的其他皮肤表面感染,有利于患者康复。When the drainage tube 1 is not in use, one end of the drainage tube 1 is bundled in the cavity formed by the transparent bag 3 and the waterproof patch 2 . When the drainage tube 1 and the drainage place leak, the cleaning liquid flows from the outside along the flushing pipe 4 to the shunt pipe, and the shunt of the cleaning liquid is completed through the shunt pipe. The pipe 5 communicates with other containing devices through pipelines to complete the storage of the cleaned cleaning solution. The device can simultaneously maintain the drainage of the wound or the incision and the cleaning of the leakage liquid on the inner surface of the wound or the incision, improve the safety and cleanliness of the drainage in the wound or the incision, and prevent the infection and decay of the wound surface. The perforation 21 can be judged according to the size of the wound or incision when the flushing and drainage device is used, so that the end faces of the waterproof patch 2 and the water pipe 6 fit the wound or the incision without passing through other skin surfaces, thereby improving cleaning efficiency and improving cleaning efficiency. It can improve the utilization efficiency of fluid, and prevent infection of other skin surfaces outside the incision or wound, which is beneficial to the recovery of patients.
