Background
The drainage tube is a medical appliance for clinical surgery drainage, which guides pus, blood and liquid accumulated in human tissues or body cavities to the outside of the body, prevents postoperative infection and promotes wound healing. An abdominal cavity drainage tube is required to be placed in an abdominal cavity operation, the drainage tube directly penetrates through the abdominal wall and extends into an abdominal cavity, and abdominal cavity liquid is drained into the drainage tube. However, in the use process of the drainage tube, as the gap exists between the abdominal wall tissue and the drainage tube, leakage can occur around the drainage tube, so that the dressing is wetted and falls off quickly, the workload of workers and the infection risk of patients are increased, and the recovery of the patients is not facilitated.
For example, the invention patent entitled "a surgical incision surface irrigation drainage device" disclosed in chinese patent document with publication number CN 201848007U and publication date 2011, 6, and 1 discloses an irrigation drainage device capable of solving the problem that the surgical incision surface does not need to be replaced after surgery, which includes: the pad pasting, the back of pad pasting is provided with flourishing cistern, and the both ends in flourishing cistern are provided with induction pipe and contact tube respectively, and the pad pasting is all stretched out to the outer end of induction pipe and the outer end of contact tube, is provided with the external tapping respectively, and external tapping department is provided with the stopper and blocks up. After the operation is finished and the incision is sutured, the flushing drainage device is placed on the surface of the operation incision to disinfect, clean and flush the operation incision, so that the pain of changing the medicine of a patient is avoided; and can maintain the negative pressure of the incision to promote the recovery of the incision; moreover, as long as the film with proper size is selected to be attached to the surface of the surgical incision, the uncomfortable feeling of wearing of the patient is relieved. The disadvantages are that: 1. the induction pipe and the delivery pipe are positioned at two ends of the liquid containing groove, the distance between the induction pipe and the delivery pipe is long, the drainage effect of the delivery pipe can be easily weakened, and the cleaning liquid can pass through the skin surface which is not injured and covered by the liquid containing groove, so that the cleaning effect of the cleaning liquid is influenced; 2. the shape and size of the liquid containing tanks are determined before use, each liquid containing tank can be used only by corresponding to the size of a wound, and the drainage device with the smaller liquid containing tanks cannot be suitable for large wounds and is poor in universality; 3. the drainage device is not provided with a drainage tube inserted into a human body, can not complete drainage of pus or tissue fluid in a wound or a cut, and has poor drainage effect.
This application will design one kind and can accomplish the interior drainage of wound or incision and accomplish the abluent seepage drainage device of drainage tube outer leakage liquid simultaneously, cleaning efficiency when improving the drainage.
Disclosure of Invention
The wound/incision leakage irrigation drainage device can complete drainage in a wound or an incision, synchronously maintain drainage in the wound or the incision and cleaning of leakage liquid on the surface of the wound or the incision when a drainage tube and a drainage part are leaked, and is high in cleaning efficiency.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions.
A wound/incision leakage irrigation drainage device comprises a drainage tube and a negative pressure device connected with one end of the drainage tube, and is characterized in that the other end of the drainage tube penetrates through a waterproof patch, one end of the drainage tube, which extends out of the waterproof patch, can extend into a wound or an incision, a transparent bag which is connected with the edge of the waterproof patch in a sealing manner is arranged on one side of the waterproof patch, which faces towards the negative pressure device, the drainage tube penetrates through the transparent bag, and the drainage tube and the transparent bag are sealed; the upper end of the transparent bag is provided with a washing pipe, the lower end of the transparent bag is provided with a delivery pipe, the side surface of the waterproof patch in the transparent bag is provided with a water passing pipe communicated with the washing pipe, the water passing pipe is vertically arranged in the transparent bag, and the water passing pipe is fixedly attached to the waterproof patch.
One end of the drainage tube penetrates through the transparent bag and is inserted into a wound or an incision of a human body to be drained, the waterproof patch is attached to the skin of the human body, and the negative pressure device generates negative pressure intensity to complete the suction and drainage of drainage liquid; the flushing liquid can be flushed when drainage liquid at the wound or incision and the peripheral wall of the drainage tube leaks to the surface of the skin; the device can realize synchronous maintenance of drainage in the wound or the incision and cleaning of leakage liquid on the inner surface of the wound or the incision, improves safety and cleanness during drainage in the wound or the incision, and prevents infection and rot on the surface of the wound. In the aspect of drainage, a plurality of drainage modes are considered, including connecting a drainage bag, a disposable negative pressure ball or a negative pressure bottle, a suction device which can be repeatedly used and a continuous negative pressure suction system on a wall, so that the negative pressure device can adopt the drainage bag, can also adopt the negative pressure suction device on the wall, can take care of wounds or incisions with leaks, and can also adopt the vacuum negative pressure suction bottle to facilitate walking.
Preferably, the waterproof patch and the water pipe attached to the waterproof patch are provided with perforations capable of being cut to fit the shape of the wound or incision, and the drainage tube extends from the perforations. The perforation can be when washing drainage device and using, according to wound or notched size judgement to make waterproof paster and the terminal surface laminating wound or the incision of water pipe, can not pass through other skin surface, thereby improve the cleaning efficiency, improve the utilization efficiency of washing liquid, and prevent other skin surface infections outside incision or the wound, be favorable to the patient to be recovered.
Preferably, the water pipes are arranged next to each other in sequence. The water pipe is communicated with the flushing pipe, the flushing liquid in the flushing pipe can be dispersed to the water pipe, so that the area of the cut or the surface of the wound which can be cleaned is enlarged, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
Preferably, the waterproof patch is provided with a dispersion groove pipe communicated with each water passing pipe at the upper end of the water passing pipe, the lower end of the flushing pipe is connected to the middle position of the dispersion groove pipe, and the dispersion groove pipe is provided with dispersion holes corresponding to the upper end of each water passing pipe. The dispersion groove pipe is communicated with the flushing pipe to disperse the cleaning liquid flowing down in the flushing pipe, so that the cleaning effect of the water passing pipe on the surface of the incision or wound is improved.
Preferably, the outer end of the flushing pipe is provided with a first plug. The flushing pipe is connected with external cleaning liquid, when the flushing pipe is not used, dust entering the flushing pipe can be prevented through the first plug, and the clean environment in the transparent bag is guaranteed.
Preferably, the outer end of the delivery pipe is provided with a second plug. The opening and closing of the delivery pipe can be controlled through the second plug, the deflation in the transparent bag can be completed through the second plug, and the first plug and the second plug are used together, so that the control of air discharge in the transparent bag is facilitated, and the vacuum drainage and cleaning of a wound or an incision are realized; after the air in the transparent bag is exhausted, the medicine can be sprayed to the surface of the wound or the incision through the flushing pipe, and the medicine liquid can stay on the surface of the wound or the incision for a long time because the delivery pipe is blocked by the second plug.
Preferably, a sealing sheet for separating two ends of each water passing pipe is arranged in the middle of each water passing pipe, and the sealing sheet is sealed and filled in the water passing pipe. The mounting piece separates the pipeline at water passing pipe both ends, can not communicate, because the drainage tube generally inserts from the intermediate position of wound or incision, the drainage tube is located fenestrate center in the position of waterproof paster, and the perforation can just cut the mounting piece in the water passing pipe who involves when cuting to guarantee that only the water passing pipe that corresponds wound or incision surface circulates, thereby improve cleaning efficiency.
Preferably, the water passing pipe is provided with a communication hole for communicating adjacent water passing pipes above the sealing sheet, and the communication hole is attached to the upper side of the sealing sheet. Prevent the hydrops in the water pipe that the mounting plate was not cut off, improve the utilization ratio of washing liquid.
Preferably, the drainage tube is provided with a switch valve between the negative pressure device and the transparent bag. The opening and closing of the drainage tube can be controlled through the switch valve, so that the drainage effect of the drainage tube is controllable.
Preferably, the delivery pipe is positioned at the lowest end of the waterproof patch, the delivery pipe is positioned below the water passing pipe, the flushing pipe is positioned at the uppermost end of the waterproof patch, and the flushing pipe and the delivery pipe are coaxial. Make things convenient for the contact tube to derive the washing liquid from transparent bag area, shorten the route between flushing pipe to the contact tube among the washing process, make things convenient for the washing liquid to flow out after rinsing wound or incision surface fast.
The invention has the advantages that: the drainage in the wound or the incision and the cleaning of the leakage liquid on the inner surface of the wound or the incision can be synchronously maintained; the safety and cleanness during drainage in the wound or the incision are improved, and the infection and the rot of the wound surface are prevented; the perforation can be when washing drainage device and using, according to wound or notched size judgement to make waterproof paster and the terminal surface laminating wound or the incision of water pipe, can not pass through other skin surface, thereby improve the cleaning efficiency, improve the utilization efficiency of washing liquid, and prevent other skin surface infections outside incision or the wound, be favorable to the patient to be recovered.

In fig. 1 to 5, a wound/incision leakage irrigation drainage device comprises a drainage tube 1 and a negative pressure device 11 connected with one end of the drainage tube 1, wherein the drainage tube 1 is provided with a switch valve 12 between the negative pressure device 11 and a transparent bag 3. The negative pressure device 11 can adopt a drainage bag; a wall negative pressure suction device can also be adopted, so that a wound or an incision with a leakage opening can be cared for; and a vacuum negative pressure suction bottle can be adopted, so that the walking is convenient. The drainage tube 1 is provided with a connector 10, and the connector 10 can be connected with a negative pressure device 11. The other end of the drainage tube 1 passes through a waterproof patch 2, and the waterproof patch 2 is circular. One end of the drainage tube 1 extending out of the waterproof patch 2 can extend into a wound or an incision, a transparent bag 3 which is connected with the edge of the waterproof patch 2 in a sealing way is arranged on one side of the waterproof patch 2 facing the negative pressure device 11, the drainage tube 1 penetrates through the transparent bag 3, and the drainage tube 1 and the transparent bag 3 are sealed; the upper end of the transparent bag 3 is provided with a washing pipe 4, and the outer end of the washing pipe 4 is provided with a first plug 41. The lower end of the transparent bag 3 is provided with a delivery pipe 5, and the outer end of the delivery pipe 5 is provided with a second plug 51. The side of the waterproof paster 2 in the transparent bag 3 is provided with a water pipe 6 communicated with the flushing pipe 4, and the water pipe 6 is fixedly attached to the waterproof paster 2. The flushing pipe 4 is positioned at the uppermost part of the waterproof paster 2, and the flushing pipe 4 and the delivery pipe 5 are coaxial. The delivery tube 5 is positioned at the lowest end of the waterproof patch 2, the delivery tube 5 is positioned below the water pipe 6, and the uppermost edge of the delivery tube 5 is sealed and fixed with the transparent bag 3. The lowermost end of the water pipe 6 is separated from the delivery pipe 5 by a certain distance, so that all cleaning liquid in the water pipe can flow into the delivery pipe 5 in a gathering manner. The upper end of the water passing pipe 6 of the waterproof patch 2 is provided with a dispersion groove pipe 7 communicated with each water passing pipe 6, and the dispersion groove pipe 7 is arc-shaped. The lower end of the flushing pipe 4 is connected with the middle position of the dispersion groove pipe 7, and the dispersion groove pipe 7 is provided with dispersion holes 71 corresponding to the upper end of each water passing pipe 6. Nine water passing pipes 6 are vertically arranged in the transparent bag 3, the nine water passing pipes 6 are arranged next to each other in sequence, and the axes of all the water passing pipes 6 are parallel. The dispersion holes 71 are hermetically bonded with the water passing pipe 6. The waterproof patch 2 and the water pipe 6 attached to the waterproof patch 2 can be cut to form a through hole 21 matched with the shape of a wound or an incision, and the drainage tube 1 extends out of the through hole 21. The middle position of each water passing pipe 6 is provided with a sealing sheet 61 for separating two ends of the water passing pipe 6, and the sealing sheet 61 is sealed and filled in the water passing pipe 6. The outer pipe surface of the water passing pipe 6 is cuboid, and the inner pipe surface of the water passing pipe 6 is cylindrical. The water flow pipe 6 is provided with a communication hole 62 for communicating adjacent water flow pipes 6 above the sealing sheet 61, and the communication hole 62 is attached to the upper side of the sealing sheet 61. The body between the water pipe below the mounting 61 can form and shelter from, prolongs the time that the washing liquid stayed on the surface of the wound when wasing, improves the cleaning efficiency of washing liquid.
When the drainage tube 1 is not used, one end of the drainage tube 1 is contracted in a cavity formed by the transparent bag 3 and the waterproof patch 2. When the leakage cleaning drainage device is used, the perforation 21 is cut on the whole formed by the waterproof patch 2 and the water pipe 6 according to the size of a wound or an incision, and the perforation 21 is matched with the outline of the wound or the incision. If only the cleaning of the wound surface or the continuous medicine application is needed, the drainage tube 1 can be not used, the drainage tube 1 is still bundled in the transparent bag 3, and only the flushing tube 4 and the delivery tube 5 are used. If tissue fluid drainage in a wound or an incision is required to be completed, the drainage tube 1 penetrates out of the perforation 21, one end of the drainage tube 1 is inserted into the wound or the incision, and the interface 10 of the drainage tube 1 is connected with the negative pressure device 11. When the drainage tube 1 and the drainage position leak, the cleaning solution flows to the shunt tubes from the outside along the flushing tube 4, the shunt tubes finish the shunt of the cleaning solution, the cleaning solution flows through the surface of a wound or an incision from the water passing tube 6 above the perforation 21, the delivery tube 5 is communicated with other accommodating devices through a pipeline, and the cleaned cleaning solution is stored. The device can realize synchronous maintenance of drainage in the wound or the incision and cleaning of leakage liquid on the inner surface of the wound or the incision, improves safety and cleanness during drainage in the wound or the incision, and prevents infection and rot on the surface of the wound. Perforation 21 can be when washing drainage device and using, and the size according to wound or incision is judged to make waterproof paster 2 and water pipe 6's terminal surface laminating wound or incision, can not pass through other skin surface, thereby improve the cleaning efficiency, improve the utilization efficiency of washing liquid, and prevent other skin surface infections outside incision or the wound, be favorable to the patient to be recovered.
