一种套管火针,由套管及火针组成,所述套管由前端带薄壁套管体,火针由针体、针尖及手柄组成;本发明的优点有:1.依赖器械简单、有利推广及减低医疗费用。2.中医火针治疗慢性腰痛效果经过依靠现代医学理论改进工具临床疗效得到进一步提高。3.避免传统火针烧皮肤,入针过程温度降低明显,到达深部已经失火。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械,尤其是一种套管火针。
背景技术
目前射频毁损脊神经后内侧支治疗腰椎小关节病变所致慢性腰痛的疗效。小关节综合征也称为小关节滑膜嵌顿,多是由于长期腰椎负荷过重或弯腰后猛然起立,使滑膜嵌入小关节之间,造成小关节交锁或脱位,脊椎活动受限,是导致急、慢性腰痛的重要原因之一。腰椎小关节退变是其主要原因。腰椎小关节囊及周围组织密布伤害感受器,当关节囊受到牵拉或压迫时,可刺激伤害感受器,引起疼痛。有研究结果显示,15~52%的患者的慢性腰痛与腰椎小关节病变有关。在国外,明确患者腰痛的原因为腰椎小关节病变后,可进行腰椎小关节内皮质类固醇注射治疗或行脊神经后根中间支射频毁损术,以达到长期消除疼痛的目的。
射频热凝外周神经毁损技术是在神经阻滞疗法的基础上,将某一特定的外周神经以热凝破坏后治疗疼痛的技术。射频通过升高针尖局部组织温度达到毁损神经的目的。射频毁损神经的方法靠,理论上其可有效地阻断神经传导,达到消除疼痛的目的。
射频热凝依赖一定设备基础在基层难于开展,以降低医疗费用、简便为原则。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述存在的技术问题,提供过一种套管火针。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种套管火针,由套管及火针组成,所述套管由前端带薄壁套管体,火针由针体、针尖及手柄组成。
所述套管体后端焊接套管柄。
所述火针针尖为斜针尖。
本发明的优点有:1.依赖器械简单、有利推广及减低医疗费用。2.中医火针治疗慢性腰痛效果经过依靠现代医学理论改进工具临床疗效得到进一步提高。3.避免传统火针烧皮肤,入针过程温度降低明显,到达深部已经失火。

具体实施方式
如图1及图2所示,本发明由套管及火针组成,所述套管由前端带薄壁套管体,火针由针体、针尖及手柄组成,所述套管体后端焊接套管柄;所述火针针尖为斜针尖。
本发明的操作方法:套管针通过套针穿刺定位针尖应位于上关节突和横突的连接处,用 C 型臂验证,影像显示正位针尖在横突根部,侧位针尖不超过上关节突关节面。定位完成后,行感觉测试和运动测试。拔出针心,预热火针约50度温度,缘套管插入,如果该后内侧支分布区有微痛、温热、憋胀感或串麻感,同时没有出现下肢难以耐受的剧烈疼痛及下肢肌肉抽动,则感觉测试及运动测试成功。拔出火加热至100度温度缘套管插入行脊神经后内侧支毁损,缘着关节面改变方向反复操作1-2次。

1.一种套管火针,其特征在于:由套管及火针组成,所述套管由前端带薄壁套管体,火针由针体、针尖及手柄组成。
