Abstract
本发明公开一种室内空气污染净化系统,包括新风全热交换机、热交换器、蒸发器与保温管,所述蒸发器与热交换器组成热泵系统,所述热交换器的两端分别设有C口与D口,本发明由封堵改为疏通,能进一步的清除污染。由新风机热交换机A口引入室外新鲜空气,经过B口送至热泵系统的热交换器,带走大量热能,从热交换器的D口排到室内,室内空气温度为50度左右,有害气体快速释放,再经E口排出室外,E口排出高温空气再经过F口进入新风全热交换机,把热能传递给由A口进入的空气预热,此时有害气体还有少量余热,再经热泵系统的的蒸发器H口进入,再次吸收热能,有害气体最后经蒸发器I口排出室外。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气污染治理技术领域,尤其涉及一种室内空气污染净化系统。
背景技术
新装修的室内场所主要污染源,主要来自室内装饰材料、建筑物墙体和新家具使用各种塑胶、油漆、涂料、溶剂、稀释剂、混凝土添加剂、粘结化学品、复合板材等散发的有毒有害物质。通过喷涂光触媒、甲醛清除剂、封闭剂对室内空气治理,但光触媒需要强光或一定波段的紫外线才能发挥较好作用,室内不能满足这些条件,尤其晚上睡觉时间,室内光线最差,光触媒无法发挥作用。甲醛清除剂只能作用至少量能喷涂到的地方作用,且紧对甲醛有效,对毒性更大的苯等有机挥发物无效。封闭剂只能短时封堵,不能长期封堵,封堵住的有害气体不会自行消失,并且延长了有害气体排放周期。以上成份都会或多或少带来二次污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的为解决目前背景技术中存在的缺点,提供了一种室内空气污染净化系统,包括新风全热交换机、热交换器、蒸发器与保温管,所述蒸发器与热交换器组成热泵系统,所述新风全热交换机的两端分别设有A口、G口与F口、B口,所述热交换器的两端分别设有C口与D口,所述蒸发器的两端分别设有H口与I口,所述新风全热交换机与热泵交叉连接,所述新风全热交换机的F口通过保温管连接于室内的E口,所述新风全热交换机的G口通过保温管连接于蒸发器的H口,所述热交换器的D口设于室内。
对本发明的进一步描述,所述新风机全热交换机的B口连接于热交换器的C口。
对本发明的进一步描述,所述室内的温度保持在50摄氏度。
对本发明的进一步描述,所述室内的一端设有D口,所述室内的另一端设有E口。
采用上述技术方案,具有如下有益效果:
本发明由封堵改为疏通,能进一步的清除污染。由新风机热交换机A口引入室外新鲜空气,经过B口送至热泵系统的热交换器,带走大量热能,从热交换器的D口排到室内,室内空气温度为50度左右,有害气体快速释放,再经E口排出室外,E口排出高温空气再经过F口进入新风全热交换机,把热能传递给由A口进入的空气预热,此时有害气体还有少量余热,再经热泵系统的的蒸发器H口进入,再次吸收热能,有害气体最后经蒸发器I口变为低温空气排出室外,本发明解决了封闭措施治理使室内空气只能短暂治理不能长期治理的缺点,疏通染污源通道,创建甲醛、苯、TVOC等有害气体快速排放环境,同时快速排出,解决室内空气污染,满足了人们的使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1:如图1所示的一种室内空气污染净化系统,包括新风全热交换机1、热交换器2、蒸发器3与保温管4,所述蒸发器3与热交换器2组成热泵系统,所述新风全热交换机1的两端分别设有A口、G口与F口、B口,所述热交换器2的两端分别设有C口与D口,所述蒸发器3的两端分别设有H口与I口,所述新风全热交换机1与热泵交叉连接,所述新风全热交换机1的F口通过保温管4连接于室内的E口,所述新风全热交换机1的G口通过保温管4连接于蒸发器3的H口,所述热交换器2的D口设于室内,所述新风机全热交换机的B口连接于热交换器2的C口,所述室内的温度保持在50摄氏度,所述室内的一端设有D口,所述室内的另一端设有E口。
图1中的箭头是风流的方向,图1中新风全热交换机1与热泵系统交叉连接,实现热能与新鲜空气与废气的交换,由D出口连接保温管4,把极热空气排进室内,再由E与F之间连接保温管4,把废气排出室外,
例如:以新风量为350立方米/小时计算,高温环境下甲醛浓度均值0.6毫克/立方米,一天的排放量就是350*24*0.6=5040毫克游离甲醛,一天自然释放以0.08毫克/立方米,80平方米的房子,高度为2.5米,一年的排放量360*0.08*80*2.5=5760毫克.该发现实现在实现了热能多次回收.

1.一种室内空气污染净化系统,其特征在于,包括新风全热交换机、热交换器、蒸发器与保温管,所述蒸发器与热交换器组成热泵系统,所述新风全热交换机的两端分别设有A口、G口与F口、B口,所述热交换器的两端分别设有C口与D口,所述蒸发器的两端分别设有H口与I口,所述新风全热交换机与热泵交叉连接,所述新风全热交换机的F口通过保温管连接于室内的E口,所述新风全热交换机的G口通过保温管连接于蒸发器的H口,所述热交换器的D口设于室内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内空气污染净化系统,其特征在于,包括所述新风机全热交换机的B口连接于热交换器的C口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内空气污染净化系统,其特征在于,所述室内的温度保持在50摄氏度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内空气污染净化系统,其特征在于,所述室内的一端设有D口,所述室内的另一端设有E口。
