Abstract
本发明公开了一种带透气装置的球笼总成,主要包括球笼、端盖、单向透气装置,球笼右端连接端盖,端盖上中心设计有一个安装孔,安装孔两侧设计有小的透气孔,安装孔中安装单向透气装置;单透气装置主要由伞形结构、固定结构构成,固定结构位于伞形结构凹侧中心,并且固定结构中间段外径与安装孔直径配合,固定结构中间段外的两段圆柱外径大于安装孔直径;伞形结构在正常气压下遮盖住端盖上的透气孔。本发明使得球笼内部气压过大时自动泄压,解决了球笼在使用中内部气压过高导致护套破裂的问题;又有效防止传动轴在生产及运输过程中油脂泄露的问题,具有良好的密封效果;同时泄压装置可靠并安装方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及传动轴总成的领域,具体涉及一种带透气装置的球笼总成。
背景技术
现有车型传动轴上运用固定式球笼结构,球笼内部填充适量油脂用于润滑,球笼左端为橡胶防护套,用卡箍卡紧在连接轴头上,右侧为端盖,端盖中间开有直径1mm透气孔,当传动轴高速旋转后,内部气压增大,通过此通气孔将气排出,防止橡胶防护套膨胀破裂,但在生产及流转运输过程中,会发生振荡、倾斜,导致内部油脂泄漏,同时外部污染物也可以通过通气孔进入,污染油脂,从而影响球笼性能。所以小孔透气孔方案无法避免内部油脂外泄,外部污染物进入,即使采用便签纸或其他遮挡物封住,效果也不良,要么运动过程中脱落,要么无法起到排气作用,最终均会影响总成性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种带透气装置的球笼总成。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:这种带透气装置的球笼总成,主要包括球笼、端盖、透气孔、单向透气装置、安装孔,球笼右端连接端盖,端盖上中心设计有一个安装孔,安装孔两侧设计有小的透气孔,安装孔中安装单向透气装置。
所述单透气装置主要由伞形结构、固定结构构成,固定结构位于伞形结构凹侧中心,并且固定结构中间段外径与安装孔直径配合,固定结构中间段外的两段圆柱外径大于安装孔直径。
所述伞形结构在正常气压下遮盖住端盖上的透气孔。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过一个单向泄压装置使得球笼内部气压过大时自动泄压,解决了球笼在使用中内部气压过高导致护套破裂的问题;又有效防止传动轴在生产及运输过程中油脂泄露的问题,具有良好的密封效果;同时单向泄压装置可靠并安装方便。

下面将结合附图对本发明做详细的介绍:
实施例:如附图所示,这种带透气装置的球笼总成,主要包括球笼1、端盖2、透气孔3、单向透气装置4、安装孔5,球笼1右端连接端盖2,端盖2上中心设计有一个安装孔5,安装孔5两侧设计有小的透气孔3,安装孔5中安装单向透气装置4。
所述单透气装置4主要由伞形结构41、固定结构42构成,固定结构42位于伞形结构41凹侧中心,并且固定结构42中间段外径与安装孔5直径配合,固定结构42中间段外的两段圆柱外径大于安装孔5直径。
所述伞形结构41在正常气压下遮盖住端盖2上的透气孔3。
本发明工作方式:装配时单向透气装置4嵌入φ3的安装孔5内,靠橡胶的弹性变形产生的力,使伞形结构41紧密包拢φ1的两个透气孔3,起到密封作用。当球笼1内部气压过大时,通过左右两个透气孔3,将伞形结构41的伞面撑开进行泄压,当气压降低后,伞形结构41的伞面又重新紧密包拢透气孔3,从而进行调节内部气压。
可以理解的是,对本领域技术人员来说,对本发明的技术方案及发明构思加以等同替换或改变都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种带透气装置的球笼总成,其特征在于:主要包括球笼(1)、端盖(2)、透气孔(3)、单向透气装置(4)、安装孔(5),球笼(1)右端连接端盖(2),端盖(2)上中心设计有一个安装孔(5),安装孔(5)两侧设计有小的透气孔(3),安装孔(5)中安装单向透气装置(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带透气装置的球笼总成,其特征在于:所述单透气装置(4)主要由伞形结构(41)、固定结构(42)构成,固定结构(42)位于伞形结构(41)凹侧中心,并且固定结构(42)中间段外径与安装孔(5)直径配合,固定结构(42)中间段外的两段圆柱外径大于安装孔(5)直径。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带透气装置的球笼总成,其特征在于:所述伞形结构(41)在正常气压下遮盖住端盖(2)上的透气孔(3)。
