本发明公开了一种集纤维干添系统的固井设备,包括:纤维干添装置,所述纤维干添装置连接混合系统总成,以及所述混合系统总成撬接底盘总成,所述纤维干添装置至少包括下料漏斗、冲洗管线、下料口、绞龙输送机构,所述绞龙输送机构由多根绞龙连接,所述绞龙输送机构连接减速机,且由所述减速机带动旋转;所述混合系统总成至少包括混浆罐、搅拌器、高能混合器,所述纤维干添装置设置在所述混浆罐的上部;所述底盘总成上还至少撬装动力系统总成、高低压管汇、操控系统、液压系统以及电气系统;本发明不仅可以满足常规固井工艺,进行自动混浆、泥浆泵送、替浆、洗井等作业,还可以进行纤维干料的均匀添加和自动混合,满足特殊的固井作业工艺。

Description

一种集纤维干添系统的固井设备
技术领域
本发明涉及石油装备领域,尤其涉及一种集纤维干添系统的固井设备。
背景技术
随着固井设备在国内外井场作业中应用越来越广泛,固井工艺越来越复杂,常规的固井设备已经无法完全满足多样性的固井作业要求。其中一种固井工艺,往往需要在水泥浆中添加纤维,从而防止井壁渗漏,这种添加纤维俗称“堵漏剂”。
目前常规的添加纤维的方式是将成袋的纤维破袋后手动倒入混浆罐中,此类方式不仅严重影响人力资源,而且存在添加纤维量无法测量、混合时间长、混合效果差等缺点。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种集纤维干添系统的固井设备,实现固井设备一机多用功能,设置专门用于添加纤维的纤维添加装置,并将该装置与常规固井产品相结合,解决固井作业需要时需要添加纤维的特殊作业工艺。这款集纤维干添装置的固井设备,不仅可以满足常规固井工艺,进行自动混浆、泥浆泵送、替浆、洗井等作业,还可以进行纤维干料的均匀添加和自动混合,满足特殊的固井作业工艺。该产品的开发,不仅可以降低特殊固井工艺作业的人力和物料成本,提高工作效率,为客户获取更大利益,而且产品稳定性更佳,也可以使纤维和水泥浆混合更充分,作业质量更高。这不仅是公司固井设备技术能力的展现,也会推动固井设备向更高端、更全面、更安全的方向发展。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种集纤维干添系统的固井设备,包括:纤维干添装置,所述纤维干添装置连接混合系统总成,以及所述混合系统总成撬接底盘总成,其特征在于,所述纤维干添装置至少包括下料漏斗、冲洗管线、下料口、绞龙输送机构,所述绞龙输送机构由多根绞龙连接,所述绞龙输送机构连接减速机,且由所述减速机带动旋转;
所述混合系统总成至少包括混浆罐、搅拌器、高能混合器,所述纤维干添装置设置在所述混浆罐的上部;
所述底盘总成上还至少撬装动力系统总成、高低压管汇、操控系统、液压系统以及电气系统。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,本固井设备还包括车、拖、橇等多种型式,其中半挂车载式固井设备,至少包括底盘车、发动机、变速箱、三缸柱塞泵、计量罐、混浆系统、高低压管汇、纤维干添系统、操控系统、液压系统以及电气系统等全套固井半挂车设备。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,本固井设备主要用于油田固井作业的水泥浆混配和高压泵送,也可用于替浆、洗井等流体泵汲作业。配有AMS自动混浆系统、离心泵循环及灌注系统,可以满足自动连续混配作业。作业时,由发动机驱动变速箱,进而驱动三缸柱塞泵进行泵送作业。整车管线简捷,布局合理,结构紧凑。整车清洗非常方便,用水量少。自动混浆装置电脑操作简单易学,密度设定、自动及手动切换方便,自动控制灵敏准确。整车长度短,重量轻,驾驶灵活。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,本固井设备设置有超大混浆罐,并预留充分的安装空间,从而在混浆罐平台上安装纤维干添系统。在固井作业时,将袋装纤维干料破袋后放置在纤维干添装置漏斗上,通过干添绞龙机构的送料功能将纤维均匀的输送到干添装置排出口,即混浆罐的入口处,并在干添装置排出口位置设置有冲洗装置,一方面作业时及时将纤维冲进混浆罐中,确保纤维与水泥浆的充分混合,另一方面可以在作业结束后对纤维干添装置进行冲洗,避免堵塞。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述液压系统或动力系统能够驱动所述绞龙输送机构的旋转,并调节其旋转速度。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述绞龙输送机构能够顺时针或逆时针旋转进行纤维干料输送。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述混浆罐基于设备的二次混浆,通过不少于两个的所述搅拌器进行水泥浆与纤维干料或其它添加剂的搅拌混合,可以实现手动和自动添加纤维干添。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述混浆罐的容纳腔内沿自身轴线连接一隔板,所述隔板将所述混浆罐的容纳腔间隔为预混罐和均衡罐,
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述混浆罐连接导波雷达物位计,所述混浆罐容纳腔内设置隔板蝶阀、过滤网。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纤维干添装置的下料口处设置辅助送料管汇。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述下料口连接所述冲洗管线的一端,所述冲洗管线的另一端连接清水管汇总成。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述下料漏斗上方能够放置纤维干料,所述下料漏斗设置能够使所述纤维干料进入的进料口。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述下料口连通所述混浆罐的投料入口。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纤维干添装置连接显示屏,在显示屏或者仪表上显示下料速度、干添排量、累计干添排量等参数。
本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明具备以下有益效果:
(1)本发明解决固井作业需要时需要添加纤维的特殊作业工艺,这款集纤维干添装置的固井设备,不仅可以满足常规固井工艺,进行自动混浆、泥浆泵送、替浆、洗井等作业,还可以进行纤维干料的均匀添加和自动混合,满足特殊的固井作业工艺。
(2)本发明通过液压或者电机驱动实现无级变速,调节绞龙转速来调节纤维的添加量;可以实现正传送料,也可在干添装置堵塞或者其他紧急情况下进行反转,提高干添装置的可靠性、安全性;计算绞龙每转的排量,将数据进行转化,在显示屏上显示每转排量、每分钟排量、累计排量等参数,干添控制更加准确。
(3)本发明通过漏斗实现自动添加纤维干料,保证纤维下料顺畅,节省人力资源;辅助送料管汇和清洗管汇,通过清水或者泥浆将干添冲下料口处冲洗到混浆罐内,并在作业完成后,利用冲洗管汇对干添装置进行冲洗。
(4)本发明超大混浆罐设计有2个或者2个以上的搅拌轴,使水泥浆、纤维或其他添加剂等混合速度更快、混合更加充分,混浆能力更强,满足大排量、高混浆密度等严苛的作业工艺,设备性能更可靠。
(5)本发明对固井设备的开发,不仅可以降低特殊固井工艺作业的人力和物料成本,提高工作效率,为客户获取更大利益,而且产品稳定性更佳,也可以使纤维和水泥浆混合更充分,作业质量更高,这不仅是公司固井设备技术能力的展现,也会推动固井设备向更高端、更全面、更安全的方向发展。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
需要说明的是,当部件被称为“固定于”另一个部件,它可以直接在另一个部件上或者也可以存在居中的部件。当一个部件被认为是“连接”另一个部件,它可以是直接连接到另一个部件或者可能同时存在居中部件。本文所使用的术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。
如图1-3所示,一种集纤维干添系统的固井设备,包括:纤维干添装置,所述纤维干添装置连接9混合系统总成,以及所述9混合系统总成撬接1底盘总成,其特征在于,所述纤维干添装置至少包括下料漏斗、冲洗管线、下料口、绞龙输送机构,所述绞龙输送机构由多根绞龙连接,所述绞龙输送机构连接减速机,且由所述减速机带动旋转;
所述9混合系统总成至少包括混浆罐、搅拌器、高能混合器,所述纤维干添装置设置在所述混浆罐的上部;
所述1底盘总成上还至少撬装4动力系统总成、高低压管汇、6操控系统、2液压系统以及16电气系统。
如图1,本固井设备包含车、拖、橇等多种型式,以半挂车载式固井设备为例,它包括底盘车、发动机、变速箱、三缸柱塞泵、计量罐、混浆系统、高低压管汇、纤维干添系统、14操控系统、2液压系统以及电气系统等全套固井半挂车设备。
该设备主要用于油田固井作业的水泥浆混配和高压泵送,也可用于替浆、洗井等流体泵汲作业。配有AMS自动混浆系统、离心泵循环及灌注系统,可以满足自动连续混配作业。作业时,由发动机驱动变速箱,进而驱动三缸柱塞泵进行泵送作业。整车管线简捷,布局合理,结构紧凑。整车清洗非常方便,用水量少。自动混浆装置电脑操作简单易学,密度设定、自动及手动切换方便,自动控制灵敏准确。整车长度短,重量轻,驾驶灵活。
该设备设计有超大混浆罐,并预留充分的安装空间,从而在混浆罐平台上安装纤维干添系统。在固井作业时,将袋装纤维干料破袋后放置在纤维干添装置漏斗上,通过干添绞龙机构的送料功能将纤维均匀的输送到干添装置排出口,即混浆罐的入口处,并在干添装置排出口位置设计有冲洗装置,一方面作业时及时将纤维冲进混浆罐中,确保纤维与水泥浆的充分混合,另一方面可以在作业结束后对纤维干添装置进行冲洗,避免堵塞。
可以通过漏斗实现自动添加纤维干料,保证纤维下料顺畅,节省人力资源;可以通过液压(或者电机)驱动实现无级变速,调节绞龙转速来调节纤维的添加量;通过计算绞龙每转的排量,将数据进行转化,在显示屏上显示每转排量、、每分钟排量、累计排量等参数,干添控制更加准确;设计辅助送料管汇和清洗管汇,通过清水或者泥浆将干添冲下料口处冲洗到混浆罐内,并在作业完成后,利用冲洗管汇对干添装置进行冲洗;超大混浆罐设计有2个或者2个以上的搅拌轴,使水泥浆、纤维或其他添加剂等混合速度更快、混合更加充分,混浆能力更强,满足大排量、高混浆密度等严苛的作业工艺,设备性能更可靠。
如图2所示是超大混浆罐,混浆罐加大后,上平台空间更大,可以容纳纤维干添装置的安装,中间的安装隔板将混浆罐划分成两个区域:预混罐和均衡罐。
作业时通过5下灰阀向7混浆罐中提供干灰;通过6高能混合器提供清水,清水和干灰在混合器内进行混合,并通过3搅拌器在混浆罐内进行充分混合形成水泥浆,同时可以通过2纤维干添装置向混浆罐内添加纤维干料,并在混浆罐内与水泥浆进行充分混合,达到作业所需的特殊水泥浆,供给固井作业用;
如图3所示是纤维干添装置示意图。作业时将纤维干料破袋后,放在1下料漏斗上,向纤维干添装置中添加干料。通过5减速机带动内部的4绞龙机构旋转,将1下料漏斗输送下来的纤维均匀的传送到3下料口位置;同时,序号2冲洗管线连接至设备清水管汇上,向3下料口位置提供高流速的清水,将纤维干料快速冲刷到混浆罐中,避免纤维堵住下料口,并在作业完成后对3下料口进行清洗。
在固井设备上集成纤维干添装置,通过漏斗下料、绞龙送料、清水冲洗,实现纤维干料的自动均匀下料;通过混合系统的搅拌器和二次混浆实现水泥浆与纤维干料的充分混合;通过控制绞龙转速实现干添排量的调整,并计算每转的送料能力,得出该干添系统的每分钟排量及总排量等参数,并在显示屏上进行显示,方便操作手操作和观察。
本发明在固井设备上集纤维干添装置,通过纤维干添装置向混浆罐内添加纤维干料,并通过2个或2个以上的搅拌器和设备的二次混浆等功能实现水泥浆、纤维或其他添加剂等的充分混合,可以实现手动和自动添加纤维干添;纤维干添装置通过漏斗实现自动下料,漏水上可以设计振动筛等辅助送料机构,并通过多根绞龙均匀的向下料口送料,通过液压或者电机驱动绞龙转速可以实现无级调速;在显示屏或者仪表上显示下料速度、干添排量、累计干添排量等参数并进行记录;纤维干添装置下料口处设计有辅助送料管汇和冲洗管线,可以用清水或者泥浆等液体,将纤维干料从下料口处及时冲刷下去,避免纤维堵塞下料口,在作业完毕后,还可以通过冲洗管汇对下料口进行清洗;纤维干添装置可以实现正传送料,也可在干添装置堵塞或者其他紧急情况下进行反转,提高干添装置的可靠性、安全性。

1.一种集纤维干添系统的固井设备,包括:纤维干添装置,所述纤维干添装置连接混合系统总成,以及所述混合系统总成撬接底盘总成,其特征在于,所述纤维干添装置至少包括下料漏斗、冲洗管线、下料口、绞龙输送机构,所述绞龙输送机构由多根绞龙连接,所述绞龙输送机构连接减速机,且由所述减速机带动旋转;
所述混合系统总成至少包括混浆罐、搅拌器、高能混合器,所述纤维干添装置设置在所述混浆罐的上部;
所述底盘总成上还至少撬装动力系统总成、高低压管汇、操控系统、液压系统以及电气系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种集纤维干添系统的固井设备,其特征在于:所述液压系统或动力系统能够驱动所述绞龙输送机构的旋转,并调节其旋转速度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种集纤维干添系统的固井设备,其特征在于:所述绞龙输送机构能够顺时针或逆时针旋转进行纤维干料输送。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种集纤维干添系统的固井设备,其特征在于:所述混浆罐基于设备的二次混浆,通过多个所述搅拌器进行水泥浆与纤维干料的搅拌混合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种集纤维干添系统的固井设备,其特征在于:所述混浆罐的容纳腔内沿自身轴线连接一隔板,所述隔板将所述混浆罐的容纳腔间隔为预混罐和均衡罐。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种集纤维干添系统的固井设备,其特征在于:所述纤维干添装置的下料口处设置辅助送料管汇。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种集纤维干添系统的固井设备,其特征在于:所述下料口连接所述冲洗管线的一端,所述冲洗管线的另一端连接清水管汇总成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种集纤维干添系统的固井设备,其特征在于:所述下料漏斗上方能够放置纤维干料,所述下料漏斗设置能够使所述纤维干料进入的进料口。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种集纤维干添系统的固井设备,其特征在于:所述下料口连通所述混浆罐的投料入口。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种集纤维干添系统的固井设备,其特征在于:所述纤维干添装置连接显示屏。
