本发明涉及毛圈布术领域,具体为一种高透气性双面毛圈布。
背景技术
毛圈布是一种针织面料,有单面毛圈和双面毛圈,这种面料通常比较厚,保暖性比较好,毛圈布是针织面料的品种。织造时,某些纱线按一定的比例在织物其余的纱线上呈现为线圈并停留在织物的表面,即为毛圈布,可分为单面毛圈与双面毛圈,毛圈布通常较厚,毛圈部分可容纳更多空气,因此具有保暖性,多用于秋冬季服饰用品,毛圈部分经过拉毛加工,可加工为绒布,具有更加轻盈柔软的手感和更加优越的保暖性能,毛圈布所用的原料,通常以涤纶长丝、棉混纺纱或锦纶丝作地纱,以棉纱、腈纶纱、棉混纺纱、醋酸纤维纱和气流纺化纤纱等作毛圈纱,现有的双面毛圈布应用非常广泛,但是还存在这以下问题:
1.现有的双面毛圈布,其透气性一般不是很好,在炎热的夏天不够凉爽,且排汗性能也不是很好,使用者穿着或使用时效果不是很好,一定程度上减小了整体的适用条件;
2.现有的双面毛圈布,一般不能直接通过开设有通气孔达到透气性强的效果,形式单一。
因此急需解决双面毛圈布透气性不好且形式单一的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种高透气性双面毛圈布,解决了双面毛圈布透气性不好且形式单一的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种高透气性双面毛圈布,包括基层,所述基层的顶部和底部均车缝连接有内层毛圈,所述基层的顶部和底部且位于内层毛圈的背面车缝连接有外层毛圈,所述内层毛圈包括全棉层、丝光棉层、糖化棉层和冰丝层,所述全棉层的底部与丝光棉层的顶部通过粘合剂粘合,并且丝光棉层的底部与糖化棉层的顶部通过粘合剂粘合,所述糖化棉层的底部与冰丝层的顶部通过粘合剂粘合,所述外层毛圈包括麻布层和雪纺层,所述麻布层的内部与雪纺层的表面通过粘合剂粘合。
优选的,所述基层包括涤纶层、腈纶层和棉混纺纱层,所述涤纶层的底部与腈纶层的顶部粘合,并且腈纶层的底部与棉混纺纱层的顶部粘合。
优选的,所述内层毛圈和外层毛圈均设置有多个。
优选的,所述基层的内部且位于两个内层毛圈之间开设有通气孔。
优选的,所述通气孔的内壁粘附有一层耐磨材料,且耐磨材料是通过聚酰亚胺纤维和尼龙纤维交叉编织而成。
优选的,所述内层毛圈的厚度为1-2mm。

(1)、该高透气性双面毛圈布,通过内层毛圈包括全棉层、丝光棉层、糖化棉层和冰丝层,全棉层的底部与丝光棉层的顶部通过粘合剂粘合,并且丝光棉层的底部与糖化棉层的顶部通过粘合剂粘合,糖化棉层的底部与冰丝层的顶部通过粘合剂粘合,外层毛圈包括麻布层和雪纺层,麻布层的内部与雪纺层的表面通过粘合剂粘合,能够具有很好的透气性,且具有很好的吸汗功能,使用者在炎热的夏天穿着非常舒适,大大的提高了整体的透气效果,一定程度上增加了整体的适用环境,整体实用性强,清凉舒爽。
(2)、该高透气性双面毛圈布,通过基层包括涤纶层、腈纶层和棉混纺纱层,涤纶层的底部与腈纶层的顶部粘合,并且腈纶层的底部与棉混纺纱层的顶部粘合,基层的内部且位于两个内层毛圈之间开设有通气孔,通气孔的内壁粘附有一层耐磨材料,且耐磨材料是通过聚酰亚胺纤维和尼龙纤维交叉编织而成,内层毛圈和外层毛圈均设置有多个,能够直接通过开设有通气孔达到透气性强的效果。
