In view of the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a ceramic tile cutting auxiliary set and a ceramic tile cutting method.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a tile cutting assistance kit, the kit comprising two parts, wherein the first part is a calibration device for assisting in positioning a tile in a first cut and the second part comprises a plurality of auxiliary cutting devices for assisting in cutting a tile in a second cut. According to the embodiment of the invention, the calibration device and the positioning device are respectively applied to the first cutting and the second cutting of the ceramic tile, so that the ceramic tile cutting is assisted, the operation of the ceramic tile cutting process is simple and easy to master, the labor intensity of workers is improved, and the purposes of reducing labor and improving efficiency are achieved.
The calibration device includes: the tile fixing device comprises a first bottom plate and a handle, wherein the first bottom plate is used for assisting the positioning of tiles, and the handle is arranged on the first bottom plate and used for grasping; specifically, the first bottom plate is a triangular plate. According to the embodiment of the invention, the calibrating device is set to be in the shape of the triangular plate, the position calibration is provided for the ceramic tile on the cutting machine through different angles of the triangular plate, and the handle is arranged on the first base plate, so that the operation of workers is facilitated.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary cutting device includes: the second bottom plate is used for bearing the ceramic tiles after the first cutting, and a plurality of grooves are formed in the second bottom plate and used for placing the ceramic tiles after the first cutting; the shape of the groove is matched with the shape of the ceramic tile after the first cutting. In the embodiment of the invention, the second bottom plate is provided with the plurality of grooves to accommodate the ceramic tiles subjected to the first cutting, so as to assist the ceramic tiles to be subjected to the second cutting.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the groove is further provided with a first through hole therein. According to the embodiment of the invention, the first through hole is formed in the groove, so that the ceramic tile is drained when being cut for the second time in the cutting machine.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the second bottom plate is further provided with a plurality of auxiliary grooves, and the auxiliary grooves pass through the grooves; when the second cut is made; the cutting edge of the cutting machine cuts the ceramic tile along the auxiliary groove. According to the embodiment of the invention, the auxiliary groove is arranged on the second bottom plate, so that an alignment mechanism is provided for the cutter edge of the cutting machine.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the grooves are arranged in an array on the second base plate. The groove array is arranged, so that a plurality of ceramic tiles can be cut simultaneously, and the cutting efficiency is improved.
Based on the ceramic tile cutting auxiliary set, the invention also provides a ceramic tile cutting method, which comprises the following steps:
placing the ceramic tile on a cutting machine, using a calibration device to assist the positioning of the bar tiles, and then carrying out primary cutting to obtain the quadrilateral ceramic tile;
and placing the quadrilateral ceramic tile subjected to the first cutting on an auxiliary cutting device, and feeding the auxiliary cutting device into a cutting machine to perform second cutting to obtain the hexagonal ceramic tile.
The method comprises the following steps of placing the ceramic tile on a cutting machine, using a calibration device to assist the positioning of the bar tile, and then carrying out the first cutting to obtain the quadrilateral ceramic tile:
the whole tile is cut into a bar-shaped tile of a desired size in advance.

and correspondingly using different edges of the calibration device to carry out position alignment according to the shape of the strip-shaped ceramic tile.
Compared with the prior art, the ceramic tile cutting auxiliary set provided by the invention comprises two parts, wherein the first part is a calibration device for assisting the ceramic tile positioning during the first cutting, and the second part comprises a plurality of auxiliary cutting devices for assisting the ceramic tile cutting during the second cutting. According to the embodiment of the invention, the calibration device and the positioning device are respectively applied to the first cutting and the second cutting of the ceramic tile, so that the ceramic tile cutting is assisted, the operation of the ceramic tile cutting process is simple and easy to master, the labor intensity of workers is improved, and the purposes of reducing labor and improving efficiency are achieved.
Detailed Description
In view of the problems of high production cost, low yield and complex process of cutting ceramic hexagons by a water jet cutter in the prior art, the invention provides the ceramic cutting auxiliary set, and the calibration device and the positioning device are respectively applied to the first cutting and the second cutting of the ceramic tiles so as to assist the cutting of the ceramic tiles, so that the operation of the ceramic tile cutting process is simple and easy to master, the labor intensity of workers is improved, and the purposes of reducing staff and improving efficiency are achieved.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and effects of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an auxiliary set for cutting tiles comprises two parts, the first of which is a calibration device 10 for assisting in positioning the tiles during the first cutting; the second part comprises a number of auxiliary cutting devices 20 for assisting the cutting of the tile in the second cutting. According to the embodiment of the invention, the calibration device 10 and the auxiliary cutting device 20 are respectively applied to the first cutting and the second cutting of the ceramic tile, so that the ceramic tile cutting is assisted, the operation of the ceramic tile cutting process is simple and easy to master, the labor intensity of workers is improved, and the purposes of reducing the number of workers and improving the efficiency are achieved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the ceramic tiles need to be cut to different degrees according to the requirement of a customer order, and the quadrilateral and hexagonal ceramic tiles have the largest demand; the quadrangular ceramic tile to be cut only needs to be cut for the first time for the strip-shaped ceramic tile which is processed in advance, and the strip-shaped ceramic tile to be cut needs to be cut for the second time when the strip-shaped ceramic tile is required to be cut into a hexagon.
Specifically, when only a quadrangle is to be cut, the position of the cut strip-shaped ceramic tile is calibrated by using the calibration device 10; because the cutting angle that the order requirement of difference corresponds is different, consequently needs calibrating device 10 to carry out the angle calibration for the bar ceramic tile, selects calibrating device 10's different angles and limit to withstand the bar ceramic tile and can make the bar ceramic tile fix at corresponding angular position to make the cutting machine can accurately carry out the cutting for the first time to the bar ceramic tile.
Further, when the hexagon is required to be cut, a second cutting is required on the basis of the first cutting. The tile after the first cutting has a small size, and the cutting on the cutting machine is very inconvenient, so the auxiliary cutting device 20 is needed to assist the second cutting. The ceramic tile cutting process is simple and easy to master, rapid cutting of the ceramic tiles is achieved, and production efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that, in addition to the two shapes of the square and the hexagon to be cut by the tile in the above embodiments, the calibration device 10 and the auxiliary cutting device 20 can be adjusted as required to adapt to other shapes.
Referring to fig. 1, optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the calibration apparatus includes: a first base plate 100 for assisting in positioning of tiles, and a handle 110 provided on the first base plate for grasping; specifically, the first base plate 100 is a triangular plate; specifically, the calibration device 10 is a triangular plate. The embodiment of the present invention provides a position calibration for a tile on a cutting machine through different angles of a set square by setting the calibration device 10 in a set square shape, and facilitates a worker's operation by providing the handle 110 on the first base plate 100.
In one embodiment, the first base plate 100 is a square triangle, and a handle 110 is disposed on the square triangle for grasping, thereby forming the calibration device 10. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the angles of the three angles of the right-angle triangle are 30 degrees, 60 degrees, and 90 degrees, respectively. When only a quadrangle is to be cut, the position calibration of the cut strip-shaped ceramic tiles is performed using the calibration device 10. For example, when the ceramic tile required by the customer order is rectangular, the whole ceramic tile is cut into a long rectangle, one right-angle side of a right-angle triangle is tightly attached to the edge of the cutting machine, and the other right-angle side of the right-angle triangle supports the ceramic tile, so that the ceramic tile can be cut into the rectangle; and when the ceramic tile that requires when customer's order was other parallelogram, cut the monoblock ceramic tile earlier and be corresponding rectangular parallelogram, according to the concrete angle of ceramic tile, through hugging closely the edge of cutting machine with the adjacent right-angle side of right-angle set square 30 degrees or 60 degrees, withstood the angle that the ceramic tile can calibrate rectangular parallelogram ceramic tile by the hypotenuse, carries out the ceramic tile that the cutting obtained corresponding shape for the first time.
In particular, in the embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the right-angle triangular plate is 1.2 cm.
It should be noted that the handle may be disposed on the first base plate by means of nailing, welding, etc., and the specific disposition is not limited herein, and the first base plate 100 may be disposed in other shapes as required besides the shape of the right triangle in the above embodiment, and the thickness thereof may be disposed differently as required.
Referring to fig. 2, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary cutting device 20 includes: a second bottom plate 200 for carrying the ceramic tiles after the first cutting, and a plurality of grooves 210 arranged on the second bottom plate 200 for placing the ceramic tiles after the first cutting; the shape of the groove 210 is adapted to the shape of the tile after the first cutting. In the embodiment of the present invention, the second bottom plate 200 is provided with a plurality of grooves 210 to accommodate the ceramic tiles after the first cutting, so as to assist the ceramic tiles in the second cutting.
In specific implementation, in the embodiment of the present invention, the auxiliary cutting device 20 is a rectangular plate, and a plurality of grooves 210 are formed on the rectangular plate for placing the ceramic tiles after the first cutting. Specifically, when the ceramic tile needs to be cut into a hexagon, the ceramic tile needs to be cut for the second time on the basis of the quadrangle. Before cutting, the cut quadrilateral ceramic tiles are placed in the grooves 210 of the rectangular plate, the grooves 210 of the rectangular plate are filled with the quadrilateral ceramic tiles, then the quadrilateral ceramic tiles are fed into the cutting machine to be cut for the second time, namely, two quadrilateral corners are cut off to form a hexagon, and the hexagonal ceramic tiles are obtained.
Specifically, for the continuity of production, the auxiliary cutting devices 20 may be multiple, after one auxiliary cutting device 20 is fed into the cutting machine, the quadrangular ceramic tiles may be assembled again by using the other auxiliary cutting devices 20, and then the quadrangular ceramic tiles may be fed into the cutting machine for cutting, so as to ensure the continuous production line, and after the second cutting is completed, the hexagonal ceramic tiles are collected, and then the unloaded auxiliary cutting devices 20 are transported to the assembly position for continuous assembly.
In particular, in the embodiment of the present invention, the size of the rectangular plate may be set to be 42cm long and 37.6cm wide, the thickness of the rectangular plate may be 1.2cm, and the depth of the groove 210 may be 0.4 cm.
It should be noted that the rectangular plate in the above embodiments is only used for example, and is not limited to the shape, the shape may be changed according to the requirement, and the size may be selectively set according to the requirement.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, a first through hole 220 is further disposed in the groove 210. In the embodiment of the invention, the first through hole 220 is formed in the groove 210, so that the water is drained when the ceramic tile is cut for the second time in the cutting machine.
When the ceramic tile cutting machine is specifically implemented, a large amount of water is generated due to water cutter cutting, and when water is poured into the groove, the ceramic tile can be jacked up or shaken, so that the cutting accuracy is influenced; therefore, in the embodiment, each groove 210 is provided with one first through hole 220, so that water is drained from the first through holes 220 during cutting, the influence of water flow on the ceramic tile is avoided, and the cutting accuracy is ensured. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first through hole 220 is a circular hole with a diameter of 1.3 cm.
The shape of the first through hole 220 is not limited to a circular hole, and may be other shapes, which can be freely selected as needed. The size of the first through hole 220 is not limited, and can be freely selected according to the requirement.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of auxiliary grooves 230 are further disposed on the second bottom plate 200, and the auxiliary grooves 230 pass through the grooves 210; when the second cut is made; the cutter blade cuts the tile along the auxiliary groove 230. The embodiment of the invention provides an alignment mechanism for the cutter edge by arranging the auxiliary groove 230 on the second base plate 200.
In particular, since the cutting position may deviate during cutting, in order to further enhance the cutting accuracy, a plurality of auxiliary grooves 230 may be disposed on the second base plate 200 to further assist cutting. Taking a rectangular plate as an example, after a plurality of quadrilateral grooves 210 matched with the quadrilateral ceramic tiles in shape are arranged on the rectangular plate, an auxiliary groove 230 is arranged at the position where two edges of each row or each column of grooves 210 need to be cut; when the cutting is performed for the second time, the cutter edge is cut into the auxiliary groove 230, so that the cutting position can be easily aligned, the cutter edge is placed to be deviated, and the cutting accuracy is further improved.
In particular, in the above-mentioned embodiment of the invention, the grooves 210 are arranged in an array on the second base plate 200. For example, the number of grooves 210 in each row or column is equal, and the position between each groove 210 is equivalent to a translation with an equal distance; the array arrangement of the grooves 210 facilitates simultaneous cutting of a plurality of tiles, and cutting efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, based on the above tile cutting auxiliary set, the present invention further provides a tile cutting method, including the steps of:
s100, placing the ceramic tile on a cutting machine, using a calibration device to assist the positioning of the bar tile, and then cutting for the first time to obtain a quadrilateral ceramic tile;
s200, placing the quadrilateral ceramic tile subjected to the first cutting on an auxiliary cutting device, and feeding the auxiliary cutting device into a cutting machine to perform second cutting to obtain the hexagonal ceramic tile.
Referring to fig. 4, before S100, the method further includes the steps of:
s101, cutting the whole ceramic tile into strip-shaped ceramic tiles with required sizes in advance.
Referring to fig. 5, S100 further includes the steps of:
and S102, correspondingly using different sides of the calibration device to carry out position alignment according to the shape of the strip-shaped ceramic tile.
When the method is specifically implemented, firstly, a whole ceramic tile is pre-cut into strip-shaped ceramic tiles with certain shapes according to the requirement of an order, the ceramic tiles are sequentially placed on a cutting machine, and the angular positions of the ceramic tiles are calibrated through a calibrating device, so that the position deviation is avoided, and the product is avoided being scrapped; forming a quadrilateral ceramic tile after the first cutting, and performing second cutting on the basis of the quadrilateral ceramic tile after the first cutting if the quadrilateral ceramic tile needs to be cut into a hexagonal ceramic tile; collect the quadrangle ceramic tile earlier, then place the quadrangle ceramic tile on supplementary cutting device, send supplementary cutting device and only carry out the cutting for the second time with the cutting machine, because supplementary cutting device is provided with a plurality of recesses, so can fix the position of quadrangle ceramic tile, can carry out the cutting in batches moreover, improve production efficiency.
In summary, the set of auxiliary tiles for cutting provided by the present invention comprises two parts, wherein the first part is a calibration device for assisting the positioning of the tiles during the first cutting, and the second part comprises a plurality of auxiliary cutting devices for assisting the cutting of the tiles during the second cutting. According to the embodiment of the invention, the calibration device and the positioning device are respectively applied to the first cutting and the second cutting of the ceramic tile, so that the ceramic tile cutting is assisted, the operation of the ceramic tile cutting process is simple and easy to master, the labor intensity of workers is improved, and the purposes of reducing labor and improving efficiency are achieved.
