Claims (10)
1. A method of improving driving safety, comprising:
step S1, periodically or in real time, acquiring the driving speed, if the driving speed is smaller than a first preset speed, repeating the step S1, and if the driving speed is larger than or equal to the first preset speed, entering the step S2;
step S2, judging whether the driver focuses on the terminal, if the driver focuses on the terminal, obtaining the allowed time based on the driving speed, recording the time of focusing on the terminal as the actual time, and if the actual time is greater than or equal to the allowed time, entering step S3; if the driver' S attention is not focused on the terminal or the actual duration is less than the allowable duration, returning to step S1;
step S3, prompting the driver to divert attention; judging whether the driving is finished or not: if the driving is not finished, returning to the step S1; if the driving is finished, ending the flow;
a method of determining whether driver attention is focused on a terminal: in step S2, if it is determined that the driver ' S attention is focused on the terminal, starting timing, recording a time when the driver ' S attention is continuously focused on the terminal, during which, if the driver ' S attention is focused on the terminal, there is an interruption, if the interruption time is less than a preset interruption threshold, the driver ' S attention is considered to be still focused on the terminal, if the interruption time is greater than or equal to the interruption threshold, the driver ' S attention is considered to be not focused on the terminal, ending timing, and obtaining an actual duration;
