The invention discloses a test system of control software, which realizes the test of the control software and obtains test data by running the control software and the controlled object software on a controller board, monitoring the controlled object software on the first controller board through a first device and monitoring the control software on a second controller board through a second device. The invention also discloses a test method of the control software, and the effect is as above.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of software testing, in particular to a system and a method for testing control software.
Background
The control software is used as a core part of the control system, and the quality of the performance of the control software directly determines the quality and the performance of the whole control system. Therefore, it is very important to the function, performance and reliability test of the control software.
The test of the existing control software generally adopts a hardware-in-loop (HIL) method to carry out real-time simulation test, wherein, the controlled control software runs on a controller board card in real time, and the controlled object software is simulated by a special high-performance real-time simulation computer; the existing test system consists of a simulation PC, a debugging PC, a high-performance real-time simulation computer and signal conditioning equipment. In the existing test system, the high-performance real-time simulation computer and the controller board card need to communicate with each other and need to convert respective output signals during communication, so that a corresponding IO interface module needs to be configured between the high-performance real-time simulation computer and the controller board card, and a signal conditioning device is used for matching the controller board card and the real-time simulation computer, thereby resulting in an extremely complex structure of the whole test system.
Therefore, how to reduce the complexity of the structure of the test system for testing the control software is a problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a test system of control software according to a first embodiment of the present invention, where the system includes: a first device 101, a second device 102, a first controller board 103 running controlled object software, and a second controller board 104 running control software;
the first controller board 103 and the second controller board 104 are controller boards of the same type, and the first controller board 103 and the second controller board 104 are connected to enable the control software to perform a control test on the controlled object software; the first device 101 is connected with the first controller board 103 to monitor the controlled object software to obtain the test result of the control software, and the second device 102 is connected with the second controller board 104 to monitor the control software to obtain the test operation data of the control software.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the first device 101 may be an emulation computer, and its main functions include the following points; firstly, a first device 101 develops a model of controlled object software and downloads the model to a first controller board 103; secondly, the first device 101 monitors the model data and parameters of the controlled object software in real time and obtains the test result of the test software for testing the controlled object software; third, the first device 101 adjusts parameters of the controlled object software. The second device 102 may be a debugging computer, which may be a high-performance computer; the second device 102 mainly functions as follows; first, the second device 102 develops control software and downloads the control software to the second controller board 104; secondly, the second device 102 monitors the parameters of the control software and the running data of the software during running; third, the second device 102 makes real-time adjustments to the parameters of the control software.
The first controller board 103 and the second controller board 104 may be composed of a control chip and a peripheral circuit, and the type of the control chip is not limited herein in this embodiment of the present invention. The first controller board 103 and the second controller board 104 have data bus interfaces, and the first controller board 103 and the second controller board 104 can connect their respective data bus interfaces through data lines for communication. The number of the first controller board 103 and the second controller board 104 may be determined according to the number of controlled object software and the number of control software, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited herein. The first controller board 103 and the second controller board 104 may be mounted on a measured controller, a control cabinet, or the like.
Based on the above embodiments, please refer to fig. 2 as a preferred embodiment, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a test system of control software according to a second embodiment of the present invention; the first controller board 103 and the second controller board 104 are both installed in the control cabinet 10, and the first controller board 103 and the second controller board 104 are both connected to the interface board 100 of the control cabinet; when the first controller board 103 receives a first trigger signal sent by the first device 101 or the second controller board 104 receives a second trigger signal sent by the second device 102, the control software on the second controller board 104 performs a control test on the controlled object software on the first controller board 103 through the interface board.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the number and the installation position of the first controller board 103 and the second controller board 104 may be determined according to the structure of the control chassis and the number of interfaces of the interface board of the control chassis, which is not limited herein in this embodiment of the present invention. The communication mode between the first controller board 103 and the first device 101 and between the second controller board 104 and the second device 102 may be a serial port communication mode, and then, the ethernet switch 105 may also be connected between the first controller board 103 and the first device 101 and between the second controller board 104 and the second device 102, so as to perform communication through the ethernet switch 105.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a test system of control software according to a third embodiment of the present invention. Based on the above two communication modes, the second trigger signal may be a simulation test enable signal, i.e. a signal for the second controller board card 104 to start a simulation test on the controlled object software; a first trigger signal sent by the first device 101 may be sent to the first controller board card 103 in a serial communication or ethernet communication manner, where the first trigger signal may be a signal sent by the first device 101 to control the control software to start operating; when the first controller board 103 or the second controller board 104 correspondingly receives the first trigger signal or the second trigger signal, neither the first controller board 103 nor the second controller board 104 receives data of an interface board of the control chassis related to the control chassis, and only the communication between the first controller board 103 and the second controller board 104, between the first controller board 103 and the first device 101, and between the second controller board 104 and the second device 102 is performed. Specifically, the interface board is an I/O interface board.
Based on the above-described embodiment, as a preferred embodiment, there are a plurality of first controller boards 103, and one second controller board 104; each first controller board 103 is connected to a second data bus interface of the second controller board through its own first data bus interface.

Specifically, in this embodiment, each first controller board 103 is correspondingly connected to one second controller board 104, each first controller board 103 is connected to the first device 101, and each second controller board 104 is connected to the second device 102. The first controller boards 103 and the second controller boards 104 may be connected to each other through their own data bus interfaces to exchange data. The controlled object software running on the first controller board 103 may be the same, and correspondingly, the type of control software running on the second controller board 104 may be the same. Of course, if the control software on the second controller board 104 is different, the controlled object software running on the first controller board 103 is also different correspondingly. The communication mode between each first controller board 103 and the second controller board 104 may be serial communication, ethernet communication, or the like. As a preferred embodiment, the first controller board 103 and the second controller board 104 are connected through an ethernet switch, and the communication mode between the first controller board 103 and the second controller board 104 is specifically ethernet communication.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a test system of control software, which comprises first equipment, second equipment, a first controller board for running controlled object software and a second controller board for running control software; the first controller board and the second controller board are the same controller board, the first controller board and the second controller board are connected to enable the control software to perform control testing on the controlled object software, the first device is connected with the first controller board to monitor the controlled object software to obtain a test result of the control software, and the second device is connected with the second control device to monitor the control software to obtain test operation data of the control software. Therefore, in the scheme, the control software and the controlled object software are operated on the controller boards, the controlled object software on the first controller board is monitored through the first device, and the control software on the second controller board is monitored through the second device, so that the test of the control software is realized and the test data is obtained.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a testing method of control software according to an embodiment of the present invention, including:
