Abstract
由稀土,瓷泥矿料粉,木炭或锯屑经混合加水,炼
泥、成型、干燥、高温煅烧而成的稀土微孔瓷砂,用于
工业废水处理的过滤材料。它具有表面微孔多,吸附
力强,不与废水反应生成不溶性无机物而造成结块堵
塞,从而避免经常从拆开设备清洗的工序;再是它具
有耐蚀,抗氧化,无毒性,硬度高,使用寿命15年以上
等特性,由此,适于在工业废水处理之中作滤料之
用。
Description
本发明涉及一种工业废水处理的过滤材料。
本发明以前处理工业废水的方法及采用的材料有很多,例如,用离子交换法处理废水,用石英砂或木炭等材料过滤废水,用树脂粒处理废水等,虽然用这些方法和材料对废水的处理有一定的作用,但有的方法和材料对废水的处理有一定的作用,但有的方法其成本高或处理时间长,或达不到水质处理标准等等。
本发明的目的就是提供一种能提高水质,使用寿命长,能迅速处理工业废水的稀土微孔瓷砂过滤材料。
本发明的要点在于将稀土,瓷泥矿料,木炭或锯梢等多种原料,混合加水、炼泥、成型干燥、高温煅烧而成。
本发明的配制组分比是:稀土1-8,瓷泥矿料粉80-88,木炭或锯梢8-12。
本发明的最佳配制组分比是,稀土-2,木炭或锯梢-10,瓷矿料粉-88。
本发明的优点在于,(1)表面微孔多,吸附力强,不与废水反应生成不溶性无机物而造成结块堵塞,从而避免经常人工拆开设备清洗过程;(2)具有耐腐蚀,抗氧化,无毒性,硬度高,使用寿命15年以上等性能。
本发明目的的实现由下列实施例结出:
第一步按最佳制配组分比称取,瓷泥料粉,木炭或锯梢按最挂组分配备好后,进行混和。
第二步按规定要求,如φ0.5-1mm,φ1.5-2mm,φ2.5-3mm,φ10-12mm,等不同粒径,制作瓷砂颗粒,并干燥。
第三步,将干燥的瓷砂颗粒在1100-1400℃的温度中烧成可用作工业废水处理的滤料。

1、用稀土、瓷泥矿料粉、木炭或锯梢经混合加水、炼泥、成型、干燥、高温煅炼而成的,稀土微孔瓷砂,其特征在于:配制重量组分比为,稀土1-8;瓷泥矿料粉80-88,木炭或锯梢8-12;其最佳重量配制组分比是:稀土-2;木炭或锯梢-10,瓷矿料粉-88。
