本发明属于面料技术领域,具体涉及一种三维织物及其制备方法。
背景技术
三维编织技术是二维编织技术的扩展,在三维编织时纱线通过位置转换实现相互旋转或正交交织形成具有整体结构的织物。
三维织物具有独特的结构,其结构复杂,形状各异,种类繁多。封顶三维织物是封顶三维织物复合材料制件的支撑体,在三维织物中属于异型织物,形状特殊,性能要求高、整体性要求好。然而,市面上的三维织物都是为了追求其强度、刚性,忽略了其柔软性和透气性,如果是制成衣物,人体在长时间使用时容易产生疲劳感。
因此,需要设计一种具有高强度,且柔软性高,透气性强度的三维织物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有高弹性,且具有高强度的塑胶粒。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
三维织物,包括顶面、中间层和底面,所述底面上方连接有复数个中间层,所述顶面和所述底面通过所述中间层连接;
所述顶面由连续的第一经纱与连续的第一纬纱平纹编织而成,所述底面由连续的第二经纱与连续的第二纬纱平纹编织而成,所述中间层由复数根连续的连接丝组成,所述连接丝连接所述顶面和所述底面。
进一步的,所述顶面相邻两根所述第一经纱与相邻两根第一纬纱之间形成第一丝孔,所述底面相邻两根所述第二经纱与相邻两根第二纬纱之间形成第二丝孔;
所述连接丝包括第一连接丝和第二连接丝,所述第一连接丝依次在所述第一丝孔上沉浮编织,所述第二连接丝依次在所述第二丝孔上沉浮编织,所述第一连接丝和所述第二连接丝之间形成连续的交织点。
进一步的,所述顶面的经纱为DTY或FDY,所述顶面的纬纱为DTY或FDY;

进一步的,所述后整理过程中,所述退浆步骤时采用退浆剂处理,所述退浆剂包括按照水量计的如下组分:亚溴酸钠7~11g/L,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚5~8g/L,二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠2~5g/L,退浆温度为105~120℃。
进一步的,所述后整理过程包括第一整理剂处理和第二整理剂处理。
进一步的,所述第一整理剂包括按照质量份数计的如下组分:酚醛树脂20~30份,环氧树脂20~30份,聚苯硫醚10~18份,烯丙基缩水甘油醚8~9份,去离子水100~120份。
进一步的,所述第二整理剂包括按照质量份数计的如下组分:纳米二氧化钛10~16份,二异氰酸酯7~12份,过氧化二异丙苯4~12份,纳米沸石粉13~20份,去离子水100~120份。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
第一、本发明三维织物,通过中间层即涤纶,将顶面和底面连接使其形成三维织物,并且,将形成的三维织物进行退浆、水洗、染色、后整理处理和打卷包装,形成具有高强度、高柔软度和高透气性的三维织物;
第二、申请人自主研发的退浆剂,通过亚溴酸钠作为主要退浆组分,采用亚溴酸钠可以防止织物纤维被破坏,影响手感,通过壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠共同作为表面活性剂,提高退浆效果,并且,二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠还有润湿织物纤维的效果,进一步提高三维织物退浆效果,有助于提高后续的染色及后整理处理效果;
第三、为了提高三维织物的强度,通过第一整理剂对三维织物进行处理,烯丙基缩水甘油醚作为偶联剂,通过酚醛树脂和环氧树脂包裹着面料纤维,形成第一整理剂层,并通过具有耐高温性能强的聚苯硫醚混合使用,可以有效提高织物的强度,即具有优异的面料支撑性能,并提高其耐热性;
第四、为了提高三维织物的透气、柔韧性,通过第二整理剂进行处理,通过少量纳米二氧化钛提高三维织物的强度,并且,过氧化二异丙苯作为交联剂,将纳米沸石粉和纳米二氧化钛混合附着在第一整理剂层上,而二异氰酸酯具有很好的防水效果,而纳米沸石粉具有多孔结构,提高三维织物其气体流通性,具有良好的透气效果,促进三维织物的速干效果。

实施例1

所述的三维织物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:整经、浆丝、烘干、并轴、织造、退浆、水洗、染色、后整理处理、打卷包装。
所述后整理过程中,所述退浆步骤时采用退浆剂处理,所述退浆剂包括按照水量计的如下组分:亚溴酸钠11g/L,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚8g/L,二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠5g/L,退浆温度为120℃。
其中,所述后整理过程包括第一整理剂处理和第二整理剂处理。
其中,所述第一整理剂包括按照质量份数计的如下组分:酚醛树脂30g/L,环氧树脂30g/L,聚苯硫醚18g/L,烯丙基缩水甘油醚9g/L,所述第一整理剂温度为105℃,通过所述第一整理剂处理的时间为40min。
其中,所述第二整理剂包括按照质量份数计的如下组分:纳米二氧化钛6份,二异氰酸酯12份,过氧化二异丙苯12份,纳米沸石粉20份,去离子水120份,所述第一整理剂温度为105℃,通过所述第一整理剂处理的时间为40min。
将实施例1~4所得的三维织物进行性能检测,其检测结果如下表1:

从表1中可知,实施例1~4制得的三维织物其拉伸强度达到径向871N、纬向356N,断裂伸长率达到径向33.4%、纬向89%,撕破强力达到径向83N、纬向56N,耐磨性达到153次,耐摩擦色牢度达到干摩4级、湿摩4级,耐刷洗色牢度达到4级,且其透气性能高,触摸手感好,柔软度高。

Claims (1)

1.三维织物,其特征在于,包括顶面(1)、中间层(2)和底面(3),所述底面(3)上方连接有复数个中间层(2),所述顶面(1)和所述底面(3)通过所述中间层(2)连接;
所述顶面(1)由连续的第一经纱(4)与连续的第一纬纱(5)平纹编织而成,所述底面(3)由连续的第二经纱(6)与连续的第二纬纱(7)平纹编织而成,所述中间层(2)由复数根连续的连接丝组成,所述连接丝连接所述顶面(1)和所述底面(3);
所述的三维织物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:整经、浆丝、烘干、并轴、织造、退浆、水洗、染色、后整理处理、打卷包装;
所述退浆步骤时采用退浆剂处理,所述退浆剂包括按照水量计的如下组分:亚溴酸钠7~11g/L,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚5~8 g/L,二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠2~5g/L,退浆温度为105~120℃;
所述后整理处理过程包括第一整理剂处理和第二整理剂处理;
所述第一整理剂包括按照质量份数计的如下组分:酚醛树脂20~30 g/L,环氧树脂20~30 g/L,聚苯硫醚10~18 g/L,烯丙基缩水甘油醚8~9 g/L;
所述第二整理剂包括按照质量份数计的如下组分:纳米二氧化钛5~6份,二异氰酸酯7~12份,过氧化二异丙苯4~12份,纳米沸石粉13~20份,去离子水100~120份;
所述顶面(1)相邻两根所述第一经纱(4)与相邻两根第一纬纱(5)之间形成第一丝孔(8),所述底面(3)相邻两根所述第二经纱(6)与相邻两根第二纬纱(7)之间形成第二丝孔(9);
所述连接丝包括第一连接丝(10)和第二连接丝(11),所述第一连接丝(10)依次在所述第一丝孔(8)上沉浮编织,所述第二连接丝(11)依次在所述第二丝孔(9)上沉浮编织,所述第一连接丝(10)和所述第二连接丝(11)之间形成连续的交织点(12);
所述顶面(1)的经纱为DTY或FDY,所述顶面(1)的纬纱为DTY或FDY;
所述底面(3)的经纱为FDY,所述底面(3)的纬纱为FDY;
所述连接丝均为涤纶。
