Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of spinning, in particular to a multilayer fabric processing technology combining three-dimensional embossed patterns and small ground patterns.
Background
Along with the more applications of the multi-warp multi-weft multi-layer weaving technology in home textile products, especially products such as pillow towels, towels and quilts, bedding and the like, the products are more and more popular due to the characteristics of no hair falling, beautiful appearance and practicability. However, the surface and the pattern of the existing multilayer cloth home textile product are both planar effects, and only the pattern and the color are changed. The surface and the flower type of the main body of the existing multi-layer cloth home textile product are of a plane structure, so that the popularization and the application of textile cloth are influenced, and the application range is limited; and the cloth existing in the prior art shows only the change of patterns and colors, thereby influencing the aesthetic requirements of consumers. Therefore, how to change from plane to three-dimensional, so as to enrich the product types, becomes a subject that the textile product designer must solve as soon as possible.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
a multilayer fabric weaving process combining three-dimensional embossed patterns and small ground patterns comprises the following steps:
(1) overall weaving
(1.1) warp A is dyed yarn for the warp of the first layer, warp B is plain base yarn, according to 1: 1: 1, dividing into three warps for the second, third and fourth layers, using the C warp as common raw yarn for the fifth layer, and repeating the steps until N layers, wherein N is an integer more than 5;
(1.2) weft a is a dyed yarn and is used as weft of the first layer, weft b is a common raw yarn, and the ratio of the weft a to the weft b is as follows 1: 1: 1, dividing into three parts for the second, third and fourth layers of warps, using c weft as common raw yarn for the fifth layer, using d weft as dyed yarn for local color changing of patterns, and repeating the steps until N layers, wherein N is an integer greater than 5;
(2) making of surface layer theme relief stereo pattern
Three fourths of warps B and C and weft C form a three-dimensional relief effect of a theme pattern on the surface by a warp-raised fabric weave;
(3) surface layer full-spread small ground pattern
The A warp and the a weft form a small ground pattern effect of full pavement on the surface by weft-raised fabric weave.
Further, in the part without the theme pattern, the B warp and the B weft are equally divided into three layers to form the second layer, the third layer and the fourth layer in the middle of the fabric, and the fabric is suitable for N layers, wherein N is an integer larger than 5.
Further, the C warp and C weft form a tight ground fabric effect in a plain weave at the fifth layer and are suitable for N layers, N being an integer greater than 5.
After the weaving process is adopted, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the surface main body pattern adopts a warp-raising fabric structure with heavy warp and heavy weft, so that the surface of the multilayer fabric achieves a three-dimensional embossment effect, and meanwhile, the multilayer fabric has soft hand feeling and good air permeability;
(2) the ground pattern on the surface layer of the fabric adopts various small-pattern fabric textures, the traditional plain weave and unchanged style are broken through, the weft yarn count is thicker than that of the warp yarn, the small ground pattern patterns are expressed by weft yarn raising and form contrast with the warp yarn raising of the main pattern, so that the small ground pattern patterns are mutually set off and form a whole which brings out the best in each other;
(3) under the condition that the cost of raw materials of the product is the same as the weaving difficulty, the whole jacquard multilayer fabric product is changed from the traditional plane style into the three-dimensional style, so that the air permeability is better, the hand feeling is softer, the use comfort is better, and the ornamental value is stronger.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention changes the manufacturing method of the plane fabric in the prior art, and the new weaving method can realize the change from plane to solid under the condition of not changing weaving equipment and production materials, so that the product is more colorful; under the condition of not increasing the cost, the invention utilizes the existing textile equipment to develop the multilayer cloth art home textile product from a plane to a stereoscopic visual effect, and the use is more comfortable.
The invention completes weaving by using a rapier loom or an air jet loom and matching with an electronic jacquard.
In the specific implementation:
a multilayer fabric weaving process combining three-dimensional embossed patterns and small ground patterns comprises the following steps:
(1) overall weaving
(1.1) warp A is dyed yarn for the warp of the first layer, warp B is plain base yarn, according to 1: 1: 1, dividing into three warps for the second, third and fourth layers, using the C warp as common raw yarn for the fifth layer, and repeating the steps until N layers, wherein N is an integer more than 5;
(1.2) weft a is a dyed yarn and is used as weft of the first layer, weft b is a common raw yarn, and the ratio of the weft a to the weft b is as follows 1: 1: 1, dividing into three parts for the second, third and fourth layers of warps, using c weft as common raw yarn for the fifth layer, using d weft as dyed yarn for local color changing of patterns, and repeating the steps until N layers, wherein N is an integer greater than 5;
(2) making of surface layer theme relief stereo pattern
Three fourths of warps B and C and weft C form a three-dimensional relief effect of a theme pattern on the surface by a warp-raised fabric weave;
(3) surface layer full-spread small ground pattern
The A warp and the a weft form a small ground pattern effect of full pavement on the surface by weft-raised fabric weave.
In the part without the theme pattern, the B warp and the B weft are equally divided into three layers to form the second layer, the third layer and the fourth layer in the middle of the fabric, and the fabric is suitable for N layers, wherein N is an integer larger than 5.
The C warp and the C weft form a compact ground fabric effect in a plain weave fabric structure at the fifth layer and are suitable for N layers, wherein N is an integer more than 5.
The invention solves the problem of simple layout of the plane fabric in the prior art, and realizes the implementation of a novel three-dimensional and multi-layer fabric weaving process with embossed patterns and small ground patterns, thereby meeting the requirement of people on new aesthetic feeling of cloth and having wider market prospect.
