本发明公开了一种抛光前处理酸洗液,所述的抛光前处理酸洗液的组分配方重量比为:水30%~60%,十二烷基硫酸钠5%~10%,柠檬酸5%~8%,OP‑TX10活性剂5%~10%,璜酸3%~8%,冰醋酸3%~5%,碳酸钠1%~2%,乳化剂1%~2%,所述乳化剂为非离子型乳化剂。其优点是:能够代替具有硝酸或氢氟酸的抛光液使用,使用方便且安全,并且还起到了环保的作用;能够确保加工出来的工件表面光亮美观、色泽鲜艳,能使工件表面光整,工件的研磨质量高,抛光亮度好,能够一次性清洗掉工件表面的油污、锈油、表面附着的灰尘和自然腐蚀斑,使工件表面清洁平整,无光亮斑,而且可以重复使用,并且不会污染环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属工件清洗液,具体讲是一种抛光前处理酸洗液。
背景技术
抛光液是一种具有良好的去油污,防锈,清洗和增光性能,并能使金属制品超过原有的光泽的清洗液。
目前,现有技术的抛光液的成分里往往会含有氢氟酸和硝酸,而氢氟酸和硝酸都是腐蚀性很强的液体,硝酸液对皮肤和粘膜有强刺激和腐蚀作用,不能直接用手接触,一旦身体碰到硝酸或氢氟酸,都会造成严重的伤害,而且对环境会造成极大的污染。因为硝酸溅于皮肤能引起烧伤,并染成黄色斑点,最后变黄的表皮会起皮脱落,蚀性很强,能灼伤皮肤,也能损害粘膜和呼吸道,与蛋白质接触,即生成一种鲜明的黄蛋白酸黄色物质,必须禁止皮肤直接接触,作业操作时应带耐酸碱手套、口罩,以及其他劳保用品,皮肤接触应马上用大量清水冲洗。
如CN103498185A的专利公开了一种低温抛光液,包括水、氢氟酸、磷酸、 OP-10活性剂和三梨醇,而氢氟酸是氟化氢气体的水溶液,清澈,无色、发烟的腐蚀性液体,有剧烈刺激性气味,氟化氢对衣物、皮肤、眼睛、呼吸道、消化道粘膜均有刺激,腐蚀作用,氟离子进入血液或组织可与其钙镁离子结合,使其成为不溶或微溶的氟化钙和氟化镁,量大的话直接堵塞血管,直接或间接影响中枢神经系统和心血管系统的功能,导致低血钙,低血镁综合症,氟离子还可以和血红蛋白结合形成氟血红素,抑制琥珀酸脱氢酶,至氧合作用下降,影响细胞呼吸功能。此外,氢氟酸可致接触部位明显灼伤,使组织蛋白脱水和溶解,可迅速穿透角质层,渗入深部组织,溶解细胞膜,引起组织液化,重者可深达骨膜和骨质,使骨骼成为氟化钙,形成愈合缓慢的溃疡。
而氢氟酸和硝酸一旦混合在一起就会生成“王液”,即氟王水,它是一种腐蚀性非常强、且冒黄色烟的液体,会对大气造成污染,不利于环境保护。
而且,目前的抛光液还存在抛光亮度较差、光亮度不够、工件表面不够平整、不可重复利用的问题。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的在于:提供一种抛光效果好、无污染且可重复利用的抛光前处理酸洗液。
本发明的技术解决方案是:抛光前处理酸洗液,所述的抛光前处理酸洗液的组分配方重量比为:水55%~60%,十二烷基硫酸钠5%~10%,柠檬酸5%~8%,OP-10活性剂5%~10%,璜酸3%~8%,冰醋酸3%~5%,碳酸钠1%~2%,乳化剂1%~2%。
应用本发明所提供的抛光前处理酸洗液,其有益效果是:
1.能够代替具有硝酸或氢氟酸的抛光液使用,能够广泛应用于铜、铝、锌合金等多种金属上,可以用手直接接触,不会对人体产生危害,使用方便且安全,并且还起到了环保的作用;
2.能够确保加工出来的工件表面光亮美观、色泽鲜艳,能使工件表面光整,工件的研磨质量高,抛光亮度好,能够一次性清洗掉工件表面的油污、锈油、表面附着的灰尘和自然腐蚀斑,使工件表面清洁平整,无光亮斑,而且可以重复使用,并且不会污染环境,起到保护环境的作用。
具体实施方式
为比较直观、完整地理解本发明的技术方案,现就进行非限制性的特征说明如下:
实施例一:
抛光前处理酸洗液的组分配方重量比为:水55%,十二烷基硫酸钠10%,柠檬酸8%,OP-10活性剂10%,璜酸8%,冰醋酸5%,碳酸钠2%,乳化剂2%。
根据组分配方重量称取配方,先将柠檬酸加入水中,再加入其余组分,制得酸洗液。
实施例二:
抛光前处理酸洗液的组分配方重量比为:水60%,十二烷基硫酸钠10%,柠檬酸5%,OP-10活性剂10%,璜酸8%,冰醋酸4%,碳酸钠2%,乳化剂2%。其制备方法与实施例一相同。
实施例三:
抛光前处理酸洗液的组分配方重量比为:水60%,十二烷基硫酸钠8%,柠檬酸7%,OP-10活性剂10%,璜酸7%,冰醋酸5%,碳酸钠2%,乳化剂1%。其制备方法与实施例一、实施例二相同。
对比例一:
采用氢氟酸的抛光前处理酸洗液。
对比例二:
采用硝酸的抛光前处理酸洗液。
对比例三:
采用氢氟酸和硝酸的抛光前处理酸洗液。
分别用实施例1、2、3制备的抛光前处理酸洗液与市场中的抛光前处理酸洗液,将铁块分别置于上述抛光前处理酸洗液中浸泡20min后取出,检测铁块表面的光泽度及腐蚀度等基本性能进行比较,得到的结果如表1所示。

从以上试验结果可以看出,本发明提供的抛光前处理酸洗液能够很好地进行金属表面的抛光,同时抛光后金属表面光滑,光泽度较高,无腐蚀情况,优于现有技术产品。

1.抛光前处理酸洗液,其特征在于:所述的抛光前处理酸洗液的组分配方重量比为:水55%~60%,十二烷基硫酸钠5%~10%,柠檬酸5%~8%,OP-TX10活性剂5%~10%,璜酸3%~8%,冰醋酸3%~5%,碳酸钠1%~2%,乳化剂1%~2%。
