Abstract
本发明公开了一种含油污泥资源化利用调堵制剂,包括有机体系和无机体系两部分;所述有机体系包括有机絮凝剂、交联剂、膨化剂;所述无机体系包括无机絮凝剂、强化剂、增粘剂、添加剂;本发明的优点在于:实现了含油污泥中原油等具有二次利用价值的有机物质回收;大大降低了含油污泥对工程设施、设备及井下管柱、井口、管网的损坏,降低维护、维修费用,提高工作效率,改善工况;降低了药剂使用量,实现廉价处理;有效降低油田企业的运行费用,减少环保污染事故的发生;具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种调堵剂,具体地说是一种含油污泥资源化利用调堵制剂,属于调堵制剂领域。
背景技术
在油田开发过程中,油井产出液含有大量的泥砂,其在油罐、沉降罐、储水罐等罐体底部沉淀,形成难以处理的含油污泥;原油开采过程中部分原油放喷或被油管携带至地面,渗入土壤形成的油泥也属于含油污泥的一部分。目前,我国含油污泥呈现出产生速度快、产量大的特点,已成为一种严重危害生态环境和人类健康的污染物。同时,由于受处理技术缺乏、处理难度大、处理成本高等因素的影响,含油污泥处理使企业面临很大的压力,已成为制约油气田发展的重要因素。另一方面,随着油田开发时间的增加,井间水窜、汽窜现象日益明显,严重影响注入介质的驱油作用和油井生产效果,增加了驱油介质的注入量,导致油藏动用不均的矛盾加剧。
油田含油污泥具有含油量高、黏度大、颗粒细、脱水难等特点,但同时也富含烃类物质,是宝贵的二次资源。面对环境保护要求的日益严格和能源短缺的现状,含油污泥的处理对油田企业而言既是挑战也是机遇。现有技术因为污泥中含油量高,药剂中悬浮剂、增粘剂和添加剂使用量大,药剂费用高,且其强度不够。。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明设计了一种含油污泥资源化利用调堵制剂,实现了含油污泥中原油等具有二次利用价值的有机物质回收;大大降低了含油污泥对工程设施、设备及井下管柱、井口、管网的损坏,降低维护、维修费用,提高工作效率,改善工况;降低了药剂使用量,实现廉价处理;有效降低油田企业的运行费用,减少环保污染事故的发生;具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
本发明的技术方案为:
含油污泥资源化利用调堵制剂,包括有机体系和无机体系两部分;所述有机体系包括有机絮凝剂、交联剂、膨化剂;所述无机体系包括无机絮凝剂、强化剂、增粘剂、添加剂。通过添加强化剂或无机类药剂形成有机和无机两种体系,提高了污泥的利用量,实现更广泛的适应性。
所述有机絮凝剂为甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯季铵化后的单体和丙烯酰胺单体的共聚物;所述交联剂为水溶性酚醛树脂交联剂、有机铝交联剂或有机酚交联剂;所述膨化剂为固碱、松香和水按照重量比3:4:1于95℃混合所得的共溶物。
所述无机絮凝剂为聚氯化铝、硫酸亚铁或硫酸铝;所述强化剂为二甲亚砜、环丁砜、N-甲酰吗啉、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇或碳酸丙烯酯;所述增粘剂为聚丙烯酰胺;所述添加剂为氯化钠或氯化钙。
本发明的优点在于:对含油污泥进行预处理,实现了含油污泥中原油等具有二次利用价值的有机物质回收;大大降低了含油污泥对工程设施、设备及井下管柱、井口、管网的损坏如卡泵、堵塞、腐蚀、结垢等,降低维护、维修费用,提高工作效率,改善工况;降低了药剂使用量,实现廉价处理;结合整体调堵的方式实现规模化、工业化处理,大大减小污泥的存储量,有效降低油田企业的运行费用,减少环保污染事故的发生;具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明中涉及到的百分号“%”,若未特别说明,是指质量百分比;但溶液的百分比,除另有规定外,是指溶液100ml中含有溶质若干克;液体之间的百分比,是指20℃时容量的比例。
实施例1
含油污泥资源化利用调堵制剂,包括有机体系和无机体系两部分;所述有机体系包括有机絮凝剂15克、交联剂10克、膨化剂10克;所述无机体系包括无机絮凝剂10克、强化剂5克、增粘剂5克、添加剂5克。通过添加强化剂或无机类药剂形成有机和无机两种体系,提高了污泥的利用量,实现更广泛的适应性。
所述有机絮凝剂为甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯季铵化后的单体和丙烯酰胺单体的共聚物;所述交联剂为水溶性酚醛树脂交联剂、有机铝交联剂或有机酚交联剂;所述膨化剂为固碱、松香和水按照重量比3:4:1于95℃混合所得的共溶物。
所述无机絮凝剂为聚氯化铝(PAC)、硫酸亚铁或硫酸铝;所述强化剂为二甲亚砜、环丁砜、N-甲酰吗啉、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇或碳酸丙烯酯;所述增粘剂为聚丙烯酰胺;所述添加剂为氯化钠或氯化钙。
本发明中所用原料均为本领域生产中常用原料,均可从市场中得到,且对于生产结果不会产生影响;本发明中所采用的各种设备,均为本领域生产工艺中使用的常规设备,且各设备的操作、参数等均按照常规操作进行,并无特别之处。

1.含油污泥资源化利用调堵制剂,其特征在于:包括有机体系和无机体系两部分;所述有机体系包括有机絮凝剂、交联剂、膨化剂;所述无机体系包括无机絮凝剂、强化剂、增粘剂、添加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含油污泥资源化利用调堵制剂,其特征在于:所述有机絮凝剂为甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯季铵化后的单体和丙烯酰胺单体的共聚物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含油污泥资源化利用调堵制剂,其特征在于:所述交联剂为水溶性酚醛树脂交联剂、有机铝交联剂或有机酚交联剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含油污泥资源化利用调堵制剂,其特征在于:所述膨化剂为固碱、松香和水按照重量比3:4:1于95℃混合所得的共溶物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含油污泥资源化利用调堵制剂,其特征在于:所述无机絮凝剂为聚氯化铝、硫酸亚铁或硫酸铝。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含油污泥资源化利用调堵制剂,其特征在于:所述强化剂为二甲亚砜、环丁砜、N-甲酰吗啉、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇或碳酸丙烯酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的含油污泥资源化利用调堵制剂,其特征在于:所述增粘剂为聚丙烯酰胺。
8.根据权利要求1所述的含油污泥资源化利用调堵制剂,其特征在于:所述添加剂为氯化钠或氯化钙。
