a. collecting the excrement in the animal activity area through an excrement collecting device;
b. mixing and stirring the collected animal excrement;
c. adding a disinfectant into the mixture, and disinfecting the mixture; the disinfectant is a mixture of NBCM, silver colloid, hydrogen peroxide and nano titanium dioxide;
d. carrying out heavy metal removal treatment on the mixture; removing heavy metals from the mixture by using phosphoric acid;
e. carrying out dehydration treatment and acidity reduction treatment on the mixture;
f. drying the mixture;
g. putting the dried product into a pulverizer to perform pulverizing treatment to obtain a powdery product; a powdered product for improving soil;
