Further, the corner supporting anti-dropping device comprises a corner clamping mechanism for clamping corners on four corner positions of the product and a corner supporting lifting mechanism for driving the corner clamping mechanism to do lifting movement between a corner supporting station and a paper sheet folding surrounding station; the two groups of corner clamping mechanisms are respectively and correspondingly arranged on two sides of the product; each group of corner clamping and wrapping mechanism comprises a corner clamping plate and a corner clamping and wrapping cylinder; the corner clamping cylinder is arranged in the horizontal direction, and the corner clamping plate is arranged on a telescopic rod of the corner clamping cylinder and drives the corner clamping plate to clamp the corner; the corner supporting lifting mechanism comprises a mounting plate and a corner supporting lifting cylinder; the mounting plate is arranged on a telescopic rod of the corner lifting cylinder, and the corner lifting cylinder drives the corner clamping cylinder on the mounting plate to do lifting movement in the up-down direction at the same time; the two wrap angle clamping cylinders are arranged at the bottom of the mounting plate.
Further, the surrounding edge type packaging equipment also comprises a bearing mechanism for bearing the product of the paper sheet to be coated; the two groups of bearing mechanisms are respectively and correspondingly arranged on two sides of the product and are positioned between the product lifting mechanism and the corner lifting mechanism; each group of bearing mechanisms comprises a connecting plate and a bearing cylinder; the bearing cylinder is arranged in the horizontal direction, the bearing plate is arranged on a telescopic rod of the bearing cylinder, and the bearing cylinder drives the bearing plate to stretch in the horizontal direction; after the product with clamped wrap angle is lifted to the paper sheet folding surrounding edge station, the receiving mechanism stretches into the product from the bottom of the product and supports the product.
Further, the surrounding edge type packaging equipment also comprises an additional receiving mechanism for additionally supporting the product; the two groups of additional bearing mechanisms are arranged on the same horizontal position; each group of additional bearing mechanisms comprises an additional connecting plate and an additional bearing cylinder; the additional bearing cylinder is arranged in the horizontal direction, the additional bearing plate is arranged on a telescopic rod of the additional bearing cylinder, and the additional bearing cylinder drives the additional bearing plate to stretch along the horizontal direction.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(2) In the folding surrounding process of the paper sheet, the front paper sheet and the rear paper sheet are respectively wrapped on the periphery of the product from the front side and the rear side of the product to form surrounding packaging, and compared with the full-wrapping type packaging mode in the prior art, the surrounding type packaging mode can save 1/3 packaging paper, reduce the cost of the packaging paper, is suitable for plate packaging of any size, and improves the production benefit.

In the invention, the surrounding edge type packaging equipment sequentially passes through different processing stations from right to left to process different procedures, and the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism is left and right, and the vertical direction is vertical to the conveying direction of the conveying mechanism.
As shown in fig. 1-16, the surrounding edge type packaging equipment comprises a conveying mechanism 1 for conveying products D to different processing stations, a corner placing device 2 for placing corners C on four corners of the products, a corner supporting and falling preventing device 3 for clamping the corners to prevent the corners from falling off, a product lifting mechanism 4 for lifting the products clamped with the corners to a paper sheet folding surrounding edge station, and a paper sheet folding device 5 for correspondingly wrapping paper sheets before folding A and paper sheets after folding B on four peripheral edges of the products; the corner placing and wrapping devices are arranged at two sides of the advancing direction of the product conveyed by the conveying mechanism; the corner support anti-falling device is arranged above the conveying mechanism; the product lifting mechanism is arranged below the corner support anti-falling device; the front paper sheet folding device and the rear paper sheet folding device are arranged between the corner wrapping anti-falling device and the product lifting mechanism.

As a further preferable scheme, the corner placing device 2 comprises a corner grip 21, a corner unloading cylinder 22 and a corner position lifting mechanism 23; the wrap angle grippers are respectively arranged on four corner positions of the product, and the wrap angle unloading cylinder is in transmission connection with the wrap angle grippers; the wrap angle position lifting mechanism is arranged below the wrap angle station; when the product is conveyed to the wrapping station by the conveying mechanism, the wrapping position lifting mechanism lifts the product off the conveying belt, the wrapping unloading cylinder drives the wrapping gripper to extend out, the wrapping in the wrapping gripper is placed on four corner positions of the product, and the process of placing the wrapping on the product is completed.
As a further preferred embodiment, as shown in figures 3-5, the corner supporting anti-dropping device 3 comprises a corner clamping mechanism 31 for clamping corners on four corner positions of a product and a corner supporting lifting mechanism 32 for driving the corner clamping mechanism to do lifting movement between a corner supporting station and a paper sheet folding surrounding edge station; the two groups of corner clamping mechanisms are respectively and correspondingly arranged on two sides of the product; each group of corner clamping mechanisms comprises a corner clamping plate 312 and a corner clamping cylinder 311; the corner clamping cylinder is arranged in the horizontal direction, and the corner clamping plate is arranged on a telescopic rod of the corner clamping cylinder and drives the corner clamping plate to clamp the corner; when the telescopic rods of the two groups of corner clamping cylinders shrink, the corner clamping plates on the two sides can respectively clamp corners from the side surfaces of the product at the same time, and each side of the corner clamping plates clamps two corners at the same time; the corner lifting mechanism comprises a mounting plate 321 and a corner lifting cylinder 322; the mounting plate is arranged on a telescopic rod of the corner lifting cylinder, and the corner lifting cylinder drives the corner clamping cylinder on the mounting plate to do lifting movement in the up-down direction at the same time; the two wrap angle clamping cylinders are arranged at the bottom of the mounting plate. When the product is conveyed to a corner supporting station below the paper folding surrounding edge station by a conveying belt, a telescopic rod of a corner supporting lifting cylinder extends out, so that two corner clamping mechanisms on the mounting plate drop to two sides of the product, and waiting for a corner clamping procedure; at this time, the telescopic link of two sets of clamp cornerite cylinders contracts, and two sets of clamp cornerite boards correspond respectively and hold cornerite and product simultaneously from the product side, and at this moment, hold up the lift cylinder of cornerite and cut off the gas, let the telescopic link be in free state, wait that product lifting mechanism promotes product, cornerite and clamp cornerite mechanism from holding up the cornerite station and rise to the folding surrounding edge station of leatheroid.
As a further preferred solution, the peripheral packaging device further comprises a receiving mechanism 6 for supporting the product to be wrapped with the leathers; the two groups of bearing mechanisms are respectively and correspondingly arranged on two sides of the product and are positioned between the product lifting mechanism and the corner lifting mechanism; each group of receiving mechanisms comprises a receiving plate 61 and a receiving cylinder 62; the bearing cylinder is arranged in the horizontal direction, the bearing plate is arranged on a telescopic rod of the bearing cylinder, and the bearing cylinder drives the bearing plate to stretch in the horizontal direction; after the product with clamped wrap angle is lifted to the paper sheet folding and surrounding edge station, the receiving mechanism stretches in from the bottom of the product and supports the product, and the processing of the paper sheet folding and covering process is waited.
As a further preferred solution, the peripheral packaging apparatus further comprises additional receiving means 7 for additional support of the product; the two groups of additional bearing mechanisms are arranged on the same horizontal position; each set of additional receiving mechanisms comprises an additional receiving plate 71 and an additional receiving cylinder 72; the additional bearing cylinder is arranged in the horizontal direction, the additional bearing plate is arranged on a telescopic rod of the additional bearing cylinder, and the additional bearing cylinder drives the additional bearing plate to stretch along the horizontal direction. The additional receiving mechanism has the function of supporting the wrap angle, and drawing out the additional receiving plate after the front paper sheet is folded, so that the front paper sheet and the front paper sheet folding mechanism can be pushed continuously.
In the folding surrounding process of the leatheroid, the front leatheroid and the rear leatheroid are respectively wrapped on the periphery of the product from the front side and the rear side of the product to form surrounding packaging, and compared with the full-wrapping type packaging mode in the prior art, the surrounding type packaging mode can save 1/3 packaging paper, reduce packaging cost and improve production benefits.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the surrounding edge type leatheroid comprises a front leatheroid a and a rear leatheroid B, the patterns of which are as follows, the front leatheroid a comprises a front leatheroid body A1, a front paper upper cover A2 arranged at the upper part of the front leatheroid, a front paper lower cover A3 arranged at the lower part of the front leatheroid, and front paper side small covers A4 arranged at two sides of the front leatheroid; the rear paper cover B comprises a rear paper cover body B1, a rear paper upper cover B2 arranged on the upper portion of the rear paper cover, a rear paper lower cover B3 arranged on the lower portion of the rear paper cover, rear paper side covers B4 arranged on two sides of the front paper cover, a rear paper side upper cover B5 arranged on the upper portion of the rear paper side cover and a rear paper side lower cover B6 arranged on the lower portion of the rear paper side cover. The front paper sheet is used for wrapping one side edge of the product and comprises an upper extension edge and a lower edge of the side edge of the product; the back leatheroid is used for cladding three other sides of product, including the last extension limit and the lower edge limit of three sides of product, and the back paper side cap of back leatheroid is including the preceding paper side cap cladding of preceding leatheroid, more firmly spacing preceding leatheroid in product one side, waits to send to down already process and carries out aftertreatment, and the product that will enclose the leatheroid carries out the ribbon and handles, accomplishes the surrounding edge formula packing of product.

The paper folding joint can be replaced by a paper folding mechanism which is commonly used on the existing paper packaging device and used for folding the corner position of the paper, and as a further preferable scheme, as shown in fig. 13-14, the paper folding joint 511 of the application comprises a swinging plate 5111, a return spring 5112, a rotating shaft 5113 and a fixing seat 5114; the swing plate is rotatably pivoted on the fixing seat through the rotating shaft, the reset spring is sleeved on the rotating shaft, one end of the reset spring is abutted on the swing plate, and the other end of the reset spring is abutted on the fixing seat. Specifically, the fixing base 5114 includes a mounting plate 51141, shaft mounting portions 51142 disposed on both sides of the mounting plate, and a limiting plate 51143 disposed between the shaft mounting portions; the swing plate 5111 includes right-angle lugs 51111, spring contact portions 51112 provided at the rear sides of the right-angle lugs, and lug attachment portions 51113 provided at both sides of the right-angle lugs. According to the paper folding joint, the reset springs are designed, so that on one hand, when the front paper leather contacts with the right-angle side ears of the paper folding joint, the reset springs start to shrink, and the reset springs among the paper folding joints can finely adjust the position error of the front paper leather, so that the paper folding interference caused by the position error is reduced; on the other hand, the paper folding joint has a reset function, and after paper folding of the front paper leather is completed, the paper folding joint can be quickly reset to wait for the packaging of the next product to prepare.
Specifically, one end of the folded paper upper cover guide plate is folded upwards and outwards to form an arc-shaped guide surface, one end of the folded paper lower cover guide plate is folded downwards and outwards to form an arc-shaped guide surface, one end of the folded paper side guide plate is folded inwards to two sides and outwards to form an arc-shaped guide surface, one end of the folded paper upper cover guide plate is folded upwards and outwards to form an arc-shaped guide surface, and one end of the folded paper lower cover guide plate is folded downwards and outwards to form an arc-shaped guide surface. Because the folding mechanism of the folded paper cover is used for passively finishing the folding of the paper, each side cover of the folded paper cover needs to be sequentially folded, preferably, the folded paper upper cover guide plate and the folded paper lower cover guide plate are arranged at the positions of the folded paper upper cover and the folded paper lower cover which are firstly contacted with the folded paper cover, then the folded paper side guide plate is arranged at the rear sides of the folded paper upper cover guide plate and the folded paper lower cover guide plate, and finally the folded paper upper cover guide plate and the folded paper lower cover guide plate are arranged at the rear sides of the folded paper side guide plate, so that the folded paper cover sequentially folds the folded paper upper cover and the folded paper lower cover, the back paper side upper cover and the back paper side lower cover.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 11-12, the number of the paper folding joints is six, two paper folding joints are respectively installed at the top of the active push plate, two paper folding joints are respectively installed at the bottom of the active push plate, and the remaining two paper folding joints are respectively and correspondingly installed at the left side and the right side of the active push plate. The design position of the paper folding joint is beneficial to more uniform stress of each side cover of the rear paper sheet, and especially, the long side of the product needs to be additionally provided with one paper folding joint.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 12, the projection positions of the two paper folding joints at the top of the active pushing plate and the two paper folding joints at the bottom of the active pushing plate in the vertical direction are uniformly staggered. The design that paper folding joints are evenly staggered is favorable for bending the upper back paper cover and the lower back paper cover of the back paper leather, and the paper folding joints have more reasonable stress points.
Preferably, the width of the active pusher plate matches the thickness of the product. The design is favorable for the continuous orderly pushing of the front leatheroid and the front leatheroid folding mechanism.
As a further preferable scheme, the front paper sheet folding device and the rear paper sheet folding device further comprise a front positioning mechanism 53 for positioning the front paper sheet, wherein the front positioning mechanism comprises a front bearing table 531 and a front positioning groove 532, the front bearing table and the front positioning groove are positioned between the bearing plate and the front paper sheet folding mechanism, the front positioning groove is positioned above the front bearing table, and the front bearing table is used for bearing the front paper sheet to be folded and is used for limiting the position of the top of the front paper sheet to be folded.
As a further preferred embodiment, as shown in figure 15, the peripheral edge type packaging apparatus further includes a front sheet conveying device 8 for conveying the front sheet to the front positioning mechanism. The front leatheroid conveying device is arranged above the front leatheroid folding mechanism and comprises a front leatheroid storage rack 81, a front leatheroid rotary taking device 82 and a front leatheroid guide slot 83; the front leatheroid rotating and taking device is provided with a sucker, the sucker adsorbs the front leatheroid on the front leatheroid storage rack, then the front leatheroid rotates by 90 degrees, the sucker deflates, and the front leatheroid on the sucker just falls into the front leatheroid guide groove and slides onto the front positioning mechanism.
As a further preferable scheme, the front paper sheet folding device and the rear paper sheet folding device further comprise a rear positioning mechanism 54 for positioning the positions of the rear paper sheets, the rear positioning mechanism comprises a rear bearing platform 541 and a rear positioning groove 542, the rear bearing platform and the rear positioning groove are positioned between the bearing plate and the rear paper sheet folding mechanism, the rear positioning groove is positioned above the rear bearing platform, and the front bearing platform is used for bearing the front paper sheets to be folded and is used for limiting the positions of two sides of the front paper sheets to be folded.
As a further preferred embodiment, the peripheral edge type packaging apparatus further comprises a rear sheet conveying device 9 for conveying the rear sheet to the rear positioning mechanism, as shown in fig. 16. The rear leatheroid conveying device is arranged above the folding mechanism of the folded leatheroid and comprises a rear leatheroid storage rack 91, a rear leatheroid swinging and taking device 92 and a rear leatheroid guide groove 93; the swing is equipped with the swinging rod on getting back leatheroid device, is equipped with the sucking disc on the swinging rod, and the swinging rod swings to back leatheroid storage rack one side, and the sucking disc adsorbs back leatheroid on the back leatheroid storage rack, then the swinging rod swings to back leatheroid guide slot top, and the sucking disc gassing, back leatheroid on the sucking disc drop in the back leatheroid guide slot just to on the positioning mechanism behind the landing.
As a further preferred aspect, the peripheral edge type packaging apparatus further comprises a straightening device 10 for stacking the corner positions of the products in order before the corner wrapping process. The process is a straightening process, the straightening device is arranged before the corner wrapping process, the straightening device is suitable for an application scene of irregular stacking generated after a plurality of plates are stacked, and the straightening device is designed to straighten and level the stacked plurality of plates so that the corner wrapping process can be smoothly carried out. Of course, if the product is a single piece product, the process need not be performed. The straightening device 10 comprises a transverse straightening device 101 and a longitudinal straightening device 102, when a product is conveyed to a straightening station, a straightening position lifting mechanism 11 located below the straightening station lifts the product, the transverse straightening device and the longitudinal straightening device intervene at the moment, and under the combined action of a roller and a clamp, the transverse side edge and the longitudinal side edge of the product are straightened, and the straightening position lifting mechanism descends the product onto a conveying belt and conveys the product to the next station for corner wrapping treatment.
The product is one of plate-shaped sectional materials such as ceramic tiles, doors and windows, plates and the like. Taking a packaged ceramic tile product as an example, the working process of the folded edge type packaging equipment is as follows:
1. ceramic tile products to be surrounded by paper sheets are placed on a conveying belt, sequentially conveying the workpiece to different processing stations through a conveying belt to carry out processing treatment of different procedures;
2. straightening: the ceramic tile products are products to be packaged, wherein a plurality of ceramic tiles are stacked to form a uniform specification, and the ceramic tiles are not stacked in order in the stacking process, so that straightening is required; if the product is a single piece of sheet material, this process need not be performed. When ceramic tile products are conveyed to a straightening station, a straightening position lifting mechanism 11 positioned below the straightening station lifts the products, the transverse side edges and the longitudinal side edges of the products are straightened under the combined action of rollers and clamps of the straightening device, and the straightening position lifting mechanism descends the products onto a conveying belt and conveys the products to the next station for wrap angle treatment;
3. a corner wrapping procedure is carried out; when the ceramic tile products are conveyed to a corner placing station by a conveying mechanism, a corner placing position lifting mechanism lifts the products off a conveying belt, a corner discharging cylinder drives a corner gripper to extend out, corners in the corner gripper are placed on four corners of the products, and the process of placing the corners of the products is completed; the wrap angle position lifting mechanism descends the product onto the conveying belt, the wrap angle is placed on the conveying belt, the product and the conveying belt clamp the lower edge of the wrap angle to prevent the product from falling off, and then the conveying belt conveys the product to the next station;
