Further, the charging circuit includes a battery charging circuit and a charging circuit for other devices (a hydrazine fuel leakage detector, an ultrasonic gas leakage detector). Under the condition of power frequency power supply access, Q5 is closed, the switch S2 is closed through the I/O interface of the FPGA control system, and the K2 relay acts, so that the AD1 charges the storage battery. Furthermore, the FPGA control system is a core part of the whole control system and realizes the functions of display, control, printing and fault alarm. The system controls the work of the insulation withstand voltage test module, the table type precision dew point instrument and the power supply vehicle boosting detection system through the RS232 communication bus, stores test data, controls S2 through the I/O interface and achieves the function of charging the storage battery.
Furthermore, a 15A three-core sparkless explosion-proof electric connector is adopted for the power frequency power supply input socket and the plug, the explosion-proof grade is EXIAIICT4Gc, the IP grade is IP54, and the high protection grade and the high safety performance are achieved. The storage battery pack is formed by connecting 3 storage batteries with the capacity of 150Ah24V in parallel, and the use requirement of the system can be met.
Furthermore, the alternating current-direct current power supply conversion module AD1 adopts a 1.1kW power special converter, and has the main function of converting a power frequency power supply into a 24V direct current power supply to charge a storage battery pack. The AD2 adopts a 150W power special converter, and mainly provides a 24V power supply for the FPGA control system. The DC-AC power supply conversion module DA adopts a 1kW power special converter and mainly has the function of converting a 24V DC power supply provided by a storage battery pack into a 220V50Hz power frequency power supply used by an insulation and voltage resistance test module, a desk-top precision dew-point meter and a charging power supply.

The data information management system mainly comprises an LG530-CK type 15.6-inch industrial touch screen all-in-one machine, an HP-2132 type printer, a portable data acquisition instrument and the like, wherein software of the data information management system is loaded on an industrial personal computer and the portable data acquisition instrument, and functions of detection data collection management, equipment information detection and maintenance management, man-machine interaction fault diagnosis, assistance, training and the like of different equipment can be realized through the system.
In a gas detection system, gas in a ground gas cylinder or a gas cylinder on a gas-filled vehicle is generally sampled and detected, the highest pressure of the gas is 35MPa (rated pressure of the gas cylinder of a high-pressure gas-filled vehicle), the lowest pressure of the gas is 15MPa, high-pressure gas (nitrogen, oxygen or cold gas) respectively flows through a check valve (DX 1, DX2 or DX 3), is reduced to a specified pressure through a pressure reducing valve (JY 1), then flows through a dew point instrument, and is exhausted after the moisture content of the gas is tested. The dew-point meter uses hydrophilic material or hydrophobic material as medium to form a capacitor or a resistor, after the gas containing water flows through, the dielectric constant or conductivity changes correspondingly, and the capacitance or resistance value at that time is measured to obtain the water content value of the gas.
As shown in fig. 4, the sampled gas outputs a corresponding voltage signal after sensing the oxygen concentration of the measured gas by the oxygen sensor, and the corresponding voltage signal is processed to be converted into a concentration value, so as to realize the function of detecting the leakage of oxygen and nitrogen; the gas turbulence phenomenon is generated when the sampled gas passes through the leakage hole, the high-frequency noise is generated due to the turbulence phenomenon, and after the leakage signal is detected by the sensor, the leakage signal is converted into an audio signal which can be heard by human ears, so that the gas leakage inspection is realized.
The equipment circuit insulation performance detection comprises an equipment insulation resistance test and an equipment voltage resistance test. The insulation resistance test mainly measures the resistance between an input live wire and a shell and between an output live wire and the shell of the device. And (3) equipment pressure resistance test: the voltage-withstanding test is mainly to apply a specified voltage between the live wire and the casing, and to measure the leakage current therebetween and compare the measured current with a set value to obtain a conclusion about whether the voltage is qualified or not. Using a voltage withstand tester, AC2000V/50Hz voltage was applied to ground at the input, and AC1500V/50Hz voltage was applied to ground at the output for 1min.
As shown in fig. 5, the microprocessor of the FPGA core is used as a control core to complete management of a/D conversion, output control, data processing, screen display, key processing, serial communication, and the like. The system generates SPWM signals by an FPGA processor, the SPWM signals are driven by a high-power MOS tube and then generate 50Hz or 60Hz sine waves by a filter circuit, and the sine waves generate source output signals of withstand voltage, grounding (32A) and insulation test by a transformer. The source output signal and the measured voltage or current signal are sampled and measured by the voltage and current sensors, the obtained numerical value enters the FPGA processor for operation after passing through the A/D converter, judgment is made, the conditions of 'test passing' or 'test failure' and the like are judged, and the detection result is displayed on the LCD.
In the detection of the grounding resistance, as shown in fig. 6, a DC/AC converter inside the grounding resistance measuring instrument converts direct current into alternating current with low frequency and constant current, the alternating current passes through an auxiliary grounding electrode and a detected object to form a loop, an alternating current voltage drop is generated on the detected object, the alternating current voltage drop is sent to an alternating current amplifier through the auxiliary grounding electrode for amplification, and the alternating current voltage drop is sent to a meter head through detection. The system adopts a rodless measurement method to measure the grounding resistance of the equipment: voltage clamps and current clamps, the clamps being on the equipment under test ground and being spaced 20cm apart from each other. And selecting a proper gear, pressing 'TEST' for testing, and displaying the resistance value of the grounding resistor by an LCD.
In the step-up conversion performance rapid detection, in the first stage, a PJD-800HT plug of a detected power supply vehicle is inserted into a PJ800A, an analog signal of 'airplane switch-on master switch' is sent out, namely, a No. 6 plug control line is in short connection with a 'minus' hole, at the moment, the power supply vehicle step-up conversion device executes corresponding actions, and whether output voltages of output ends of 1, 3, 2 and 3 of the conversion device are 28.5V +/-1.5V or not is detected. If the voltage is qualified, the subsequent detection is continued, otherwise, a fault alarm signal is sent out. And in the second stage, after the first stage is detected to be qualified, an airplane starting analog signal is sent by using an airplane starting analog key, namely, positive electricity is sent to the No. 4 control line, at the moment, the power supply vehicle boost conversion device executes corresponding actions, the voltage between the plugs 1, 3, 2 and 3 is detected, the voltage between the plugs 1 and 3 is still kept at 28.5V, and the voltage between the plugs 2 and 3 is converted into a 57V power supply. If the voltage meets the requirement, the boost conversion device works normally, otherwise, a fault alarm signal is sent out.
In a hydrazine fuel detection system, the hydrazine fuel leakage is detected by strictly monitoring and controlling the use of hydrazine equipment and the concentration of hydrazine fuel in the surrounding environment. The hydrazine fuel leakage detector adopts a hydrazine steam conductive polymer film hypersensitivity chemical sensor, because the electrolyte of the hydrazine fuel leakage detector is solid, the conductive polymer films such as a polytetrafluoroethylene sulfonate cation exchange membrane and the like are used as supporting electrolyte, the concentration of the gas to be detected is converted into an electrolytic current signal through oxidation or reduction reaction, the electrolytic current amplitude is measured to obtain a corresponding concentration value, and when the concentration value reaches an alarm set value, the detector immediately carries out alarm processing.

the gas detection system comprises a gas dew point detection module and a gas leakage detection module;
the gas dew point detection module comprises a one-way valve, a pressure reducing valve, a flowmeter, a dew point meter and three sampling pipelines; the gas leakage detection module comprises an oxygen concentration detector and an ultrasonic leak detector;
one sampling pipeline of the three sampling pipelines is used as a nitrogen sampling pipeline, the other sampling pipeline is used as an oxygen sampling pipeline, and the last sampling pipeline is used as a cold air sampling pipeline;
the three sampling pipelines are respectively connected in series with a one-way valve, and the three sampling pipelines are converged to form a total gas transmission pipeline, and an oxygen concentration detector, a pressure reducing valve, an ultrasonic leak detector, a flowmeter and a dew point instrument are connected in the total gas transmission pipeline.

the circuit insulation performance detection module comprises an insulation withstand voltage tester, realizes a full-automatic intelligent judgment function through upper and lower limit value setting, can automatically identify abnormal states, has overvoltage, undervoltage and overcurrent protection, and provides sound and light alarm;
the equipment grounding resistance rapid detection module comprises a grounding resistance tester used for rapidly detecting the grounding resistance value of the equipment.
