本发明公开了一种高效的混合动力汽车动力总成装置,包括发动机、电机Ⅰ、前排行星单元、后排行星单元、主减速器和车轮;发动机的输出轴与电机Ⅰ的转子及前排行星单元的太阳轮同轴连接,前排行星单元的前排齿圈通过制动器Ⅰ与前壳体连接,前排行星单元的行星轮连接前排行星架,前排行星架与后排行星单元的太阳轮同轴连接,后排行星单元的行星轮连接后排行星架,后排齿圈通过制动器Ⅱ与后壳体连接;后排行星架通过主减速器和车轮连接。本发明通过前排行星单元和后排行星单元的组合,能实现串联式、并联式、混联式三种混合动力模式的自由切换,本发明能有效地提高整车的传动效率,不仅结构简单,还能最大化减小发动机排量及电机体积。

本发明涉及一种高效的混合动力汽车动力总成装置。
背景技术
随着社会节能减排的需求,车辆纯电动化趋势成为当前潮流,但受电池、电机、电控等关键技术的制约,正式大规模产业化还需要一段漫长的过程。而混合动力汽车(HEV)被认为是当前阶段降低油耗和空气污染的有效解决方案。它是指车辆驱动系统采用发动机和电机作为动力源的车辆,有串联式、并联式和混联式,均已得到大规模应用,代表车型分别有宝马i3、本田IMA、丰田普锐斯等,呈现出蓬勃发展、百花齐放的姿态。串联式混合动力汽车结构简单、实用性强,缺点是成本高、效率低;并联式混合动力汽车成本低、动力性强,缺点是需要变速器;混联式混合动力汽车无需变速器、效率高、重量轻、动力性较高,缺点是成本高、结构复杂。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种结构简单,能最大化减小发动机排量及电机体积大小,降低成本及动力总成系统所占体积和重量,有利于整车节能减排、集成化和轻量化的高效的混合动力汽车动力总成装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种高效的混合动力汽车动力总成装置,包括发动机、电机Ⅰ、前排行星单元、后排行星单元、主减速器和车轮;所述的发动机的输出轴与电机Ⅰ的转子及前排行星单元的太阳轮同轴连接,前排行星单元的前排齿圈上设有制动器Ⅰ的运动部,制动器Ⅰ的制动部安装在前壳体上,前排行星单元的行星轮连接前排行星架,前排行星架与后排行星单元的太阳轮同轴连接,后排行星单元的行星轮连接后排行星架,后排齿圈上设有制动器Ⅱ的运动部,制动器Ⅱ的制动部安装在后壳体上;后排行星架通过主减速器和车轮连接。
上述的高效的混合动力汽车动力总成装置中,还包括电机Ⅱ及离合器Ⅰ,发动机与电机Ⅰ转子同轴连接后,再通过离合器Ⅰ与前排太阳轮同轴连接;电机Ⅱ的转子的两端分别与前排行星架和后排太阳轮同轴连接。
上述的高效的混合动力汽车动力总成装置中,所述的主减速器包括输入齿轮、传动齿轮Ⅰ、传动齿轮Ⅱ、输出齿轮及差速器;所述的输入齿轮与传动齿轮Ⅰ啮合,传动齿轮Ⅰ与传动齿轮Ⅱ同轴连接,传动齿轮Ⅱ与输出齿轮啮合,输出齿轮通过差速器与输出轴连接,输出轴连接车轮。
上述的高效的混合动力汽车动力总成装置中,所述后排行星架与离合器Ⅱ的主动端连接,离合器Ⅱ的从动端安装在后排齿圈上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过前排行星单元和后排行星单元的组合,实现了串联式、并联式、混联式三种混合动力模式的自由切换;本发明通过整车能量管理系统的调控,可将各型混合动力系统的优势发挥到极致,能有效地提高整车的传动效率,不仅结构简单,而且能最大化减小发动机排量、电机体积大小,降低成本及动力总成系统所占体积和重量,有利于整车节能减排、集成化和轻量化。

如图1所示,本发明包括发动机1、电机Ⅰ2、离合器Ⅰ3、前排行星单元、后排行星单元、主减速器、电机Ⅱ8和车轮20;所述的发动机1的输出轴与电机Ⅰ2的转子同轴连接后,通过离合器Ⅰ3与前排行星单元的太阳轮6同轴连接。前排行星单元的前排齿圈7与制动器Ⅰ5的运动部连接,制动器Ⅰ5的制动部安装在前壳体23上。前排行星单元的行星轮4连接前排行星架9,前排行星架9与电机Ⅱ8的转子、后排行星单元的太阳轮14同轴连接。后排行星单元的行星轮13连接后排行星架15,后排行星单元的后排齿圈11与制动器Ⅱ10的运动部连接,制动器Ⅱ10的制动部安装在后壳体22上;后排行星架15与离合器Ⅱ12的主动部连接,离合器Ⅱ12的从动部安装在后排齿圈11上。后排行星架15通过主减速器和车轮20连接。
所述的主减速器包括输入齿轮16、传动齿轮Ⅰ17、传动齿轮Ⅱ18、输出齿轮19及差速器21;所述的输入齿轮16与后排行星架15连接,输入齿轮16与传动齿轮Ⅰ17啮合,传动齿轮Ⅰ17与传动齿轮Ⅱ18同轴连接,传动齿轮Ⅱ18与输出齿轮19啮合,输出齿轮19通过差速器21与输出轴连接,输出轴连接车轮。
本发明的工作原理如下:本发明采用串联式拓扑结构时,离合器Ⅰ3分离,制动器Ⅰ5分离,车辆由电机Ⅱ8驱动,制动器Ⅱ10接合,低速大扭矩输出,制动器Ⅱ10和离合器Ⅱ12接合,高速小扭矩输出,制动时可进行挡位切换为第二电机8提供最佳制动力,此外,电机Ⅰ2可先工作,带发动机1启动,然后电机Ⅰ2进行充电。本发明采用并联式拓扑结构时,离合器Ⅰ3结合,制动器Ⅰ5结合,电机Ⅰ2不工作,电机Ⅱ8与发动机1并联联合驱动,电机Ⅱ8也可作为发电机,同样制动器10和离合器Ⅱ12的联合接合为系统提供输出动力,制动时为电机Ⅱ8提供最佳制动力。本发明采用混联式拓扑结构时,离合器Ⅰ3结合,制动器Ⅰ5结合,电机Ⅰ2工作,作发电机使用,电机Ⅱ8可驱动可发电,根据系统所需功率以及发动机高效工作区间,对发动机1、电机Ⅰ2、电机Ⅱ8进行协调控制,同时匹配制动器Ⅱ10和离合器Ⅱ12接合条件,实现整车功率分流。上述三种拓扑结构切换控制,均是依靠驾驶员驾驶意图、SOC值、整车负荷等条件进行切换,如整车SOC值极低的时候,可使系统切换至串联式拓扑结构,快速提升整车SOC,怠速工况亦如此,只需离合器Ⅰ3分离,可以避免发动机频繁启停且处于高耗油区。

Claims (4)

1.一种高效的混合动力汽车动力总成装置,其特征在于:包括发动机、电机Ⅰ、前排行星单元、后排行星单元、主减速器和车轮;所述的发动机的输出轴与电机Ⅰ的转子及前排行星单元的太阳轮同轴连接,前排行星单元的前排齿圈上设有制动器Ⅰ的运动部,制动器Ⅰ的制动部安装在前壳体上,前排行星单元的行星轮连接前排行星架,前排行星架与后排行星单元的太阳轮同轴连接,后排行星单元的行星轮连接后排行星架,后排齿圈上设有制动器Ⅱ的运动部,制动器Ⅱ的制动部安装在后壳体上;后排行星架通过主减速器和车轮连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效的混合动力汽车动力总成装置,其特征是:还包括电机Ⅱ及离合器Ⅰ,发动机与电机Ⅰ转子同轴连接后,再通过离合器Ⅰ与前排太阳轮同轴连接;电机Ⅱ的转子的两端分别与前排行星架和后排太阳轮同轴连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效的混合动力汽车动力总成装置,其特征是:所述的主减速器包括输入齿轮、传动齿轮Ⅰ、传动齿轮Ⅱ、输出齿轮及差速器;所述的输入齿轮与传动齿轮Ⅰ啮合,传动齿轮Ⅰ与传动齿轮Ⅱ同轴连接,传动齿轮Ⅱ与输出齿轮啮合,输出齿轮通过差速器与输出轴连接,输出轴连接车轮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效的混合动力汽车动力总成装置,其特征在于:所述后排行星架与离合器Ⅱ的主动端连接,离合器Ⅱ的从动端安装在后排齿圈上。
