Abstract

本发明涉及一种可回收的增强发泡薄片包装材料及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)通过发泡工艺制备上发泡板与下发泡板;(2)上发泡板置于上绝缘辊与高压放电棒之间,下发泡板置于下绝缘辊与高压放电棒之间,经电晕放电加热熔化的上发泡板下表面及对应的下发泡板上表面同步通过电晕加热区经复合辊压合,使上发泡板下表面与下发泡板上表面之间形成热渗透层,热渗透层联结上发泡板与下发泡板,使之成为一复合整体;(3)将BOPP/PE/PET塑料薄膜层用PUR胶通过UV固化技术贴合在上发泡板的上表面和/或下发泡板的下表面。电晕处理结合复合辊压合后上发泡板下表面及对应的下发泡板上表面相互渗透形成热渗透层,可以提高整体强度,强度可增强50%左右,还能提高韧性。

Description

一种可回收的增强发泡薄片包装材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于包装材料,特别涉及一种可回收的增强发泡薄片包装材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,用于制作包装箱或其他容器的包装材料一般采用瓦楞纸板,瓦楞纸板容易老化、破损、不防潮、不防水,且瓦楞纸板需要采用大量木材为原料进行制作,往往导致树木的过度砍伐而破坏环境,不利于环保。
因此,本行业一直努力寻求一些可代替瓦楞纸板的包装材料,假如完全采用注塑塑料板材,则成本过高,而且由于注塑塑料板自身密度较高,制作出来的包装箱自身较重,不宜搬运,另外,较厚的注塑塑料板材难以翻折打包,较薄的注塑塑料板材则刚性难以达到包装要求,因此,注塑塑料板材难以代替瓦楞纸板作为包装材料,只是在某些特殊应用才采用注塑塑料板材进行包装,无法广泛推广应用。发泡板具有重量轻,防水及隔热性能好等优点,但单层发泡板抗冲压强度低,韧性差,易击穿,作为包装箱箱体存有缺陷。
发明内容
为上述缺陷缺陷且可回收(因渗透层没用其他贴合剂,保证了回收料质量),本发明提供一种可回收的增强发泡薄片包装材料及其制备方法,本发明的增强发泡包装材料具有较高的韧性和强度,能够代替瓦楞纸板作为包装材料,并且表面平整,具有防潮防水、抗老化、保温、重量轻等优点,回收成本也比较低。
一种可回收的增强发泡薄片包装材料的制备方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)通过发泡工艺制备上发泡板与下发泡板;
(2)采用电晕复合过程复合:在上、下绝缘辊之间设置高压放电棒,通过控制器使高压放电棒产生电晕,上发泡板置于上绝缘辊与高压放电棒之间,下发泡板置于下绝缘辊与高压放电棒之间,经电晕放电加热熔化的上发泡板下表面及对应的下发泡板上表面同步通过电晕加热区经复合辊压合,使上发泡板下表面与下发泡板上表面之间形成热渗透层,热渗透层联结上发泡板与下发泡板,使之成为一复合整体;
(3)复合整体通过复膜工段进行表面复膜:将BOPP/PE/PET塑料薄膜层用PUR胶通过UV固化技术贴合在上发泡板的上表面和/或下发泡板的下表面。
所述控制器由高压发生器,整流电路,电压电流调节器,控制电路等构成。
通过电晕处理后,上发泡板下表面及对应的下发泡板上表面已经熔化;复合辊压合后上发泡板下表面及对应的下发泡板上表面相互渗透形成热渗透层,可以大幅度提高整体强度,强度可增强50%左右,同时还能提高韧性。
UV固化技术具有以秒为单位快速干燥固化、无污染的杀菌效果。PUR胶通过UV固化技术贴合可以防止发泡板受损失,增加了发泡板的机械强度和抗压能力。
采用的PUR具有如下优点:
1、无溶剂,液型。不象溶剂型胶粘剂那样需有干燥过程,没有因溶剂存在的环境污染和中毒问题,满足环保要求。粘接工艺简便,可采用滚筒涂敷或喷涂等施胶方法。
2、操作性良好。在短时间内即可将两被粘体固定,故可快速将装配件转入下道加工工序,提高工效。
3、耐热,耐寒,耐水蒸气,耐化学品和耐溶剂性能优良。与原热熔胶粘剂相比,由于反应型热熔胶粘剂的交联结构使所列性能以及粘接强度大幅度提高。
进一步的,步骤(3)主要包括在上发泡板的上表面和/或下发泡板的下表面采用涂布辊涂布PUR胶;上层塑料薄膜放卷器和/或下层塑料薄膜放卷器推送BOPP/PE/PET塑料薄膜到上发泡板的上表面和/或下发泡板的下表面,经压合辊压合后,再经UV固化器固化。
进一步的,所述的压合辊设有两对及两对以上。
进一步的,所述的上发泡板与下发泡板之间设有分隔板,所述的分隔板位于高压放电棒的前端。
进一步的,所述的高压放电棒产生电晕的电流为16-20A,收放卷张力为9-12kg。电晕的电流及收放卷张力是关键控制因素。
进一步的,所述的上发泡板可为平板状或卷状。
进一步的,所述的上发泡板和下发泡板为均为PS发泡板。
进一步的,所述的BOPP/PE/PET塑料薄膜从上到下依次为BOPP层、PE层和PET层。
上述制备方法制备所得可回收的增强发泡薄片包装材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过电晕加复合辊压合处理后,发泡板下表面及对应的下发泡板上表面相互渗透形成热渗透层;大幅度提高整体强度,强度可增强50%左右,同时还能提高韧性。第一BOPP/PE/PET塑料薄膜层、第二BOPP/PE/PET塑料薄膜层将复合发泡板夹置在中间,进一步提高整体的韧性、强度。采用PUR胶通过UV固化技术进行复合,确保这种可回收增强发泡包装材料具有平整的表面及韧性、强度的连续性,防止发泡板受损失,增加了发泡板的机械强度和抗压能力。本发明得到的可回收的增强发泡薄片包装材料具有重量轻、抗老化、防潮防水、保温等优点,回收成本比较低。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
实施例1
一种可回收的增强发泡薄片包装材料的制备方法,如图1所示,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)通过发泡工艺制备上PS发泡板与下PS发泡板;上PS发泡板可为平板状或卷状。
(2)采用电晕复合过程复合:在上、下绝缘辊之间设置高压放电棒,通过控制器使高压放电棒产生电晕,上发泡板置于上绝缘辊与高压放电棒之间,下发泡板置于下绝缘辊与高压放电棒之间,经电晕放电加热熔化的上发泡板下表面及对应的下发泡板上表面同步通过电晕加热区经复合辊压合,使上发泡板下表面与下发泡板上表面之间形成热渗透层,热渗透层联结上发泡板与下发泡板,使之成为一复合整体,得到双层贴合无复膜。上发泡板与下发泡板之间设有分隔板,分隔板位于高压放电棒的前端。高压放电棒产生电晕的电流为16-20A,收放卷张力为9-12kg。
(3)复合整体通过复膜工段进行表面复膜:在上发泡板的上表面和下发泡板的下表面采用涂布辊涂布PUR胶;上层塑料薄膜放卷器和/或下层塑料薄膜放卷器推送BOPP/PE/PET塑料薄膜到上发泡板的上表面和下发泡板的下表面,经两对压合辊压合后,再经UV固化器固化,得到可回收的增强发泡薄片包装材料。BOPP/PE/PET塑料薄膜从上到下依次为BOPP层、PE层和PET层。
本实施例得到的可回收的增强发泡薄片包装材料如图2所示,从上到下依次是第一BOPP/PE/PET塑料薄膜层21、第一PUR胶UV固化层、第一发泡板22、渗透层23、第二发泡板24;第二PUR胶UV固化层和第二BOPP/PE/PET塑料薄膜层25。热渗透层23是电晕复合时第一发泡板22和第二发泡板24表面熔合相互渗透形成。
对比例1
将实施例1中BOPP/PE/PET塑料薄膜换成PP薄膜,其它不变,得到发泡包装材料。
对比例2
将实施例1中PUR胶换成EVA热熔胶,直接涂布复合在上发泡板的上表面和下发泡板的下表面(即没有采用UV固化器固化),其它不变,得到发泡包装材料。
将实施例1中步骤(2)得到的双层贴合无复膜(双层发泡板中间有渗透层)与同样厚度单层发泡板、步骤(3)得到的可回收的增强发泡薄片包装材料、及对比例1、对比例2所得发泡包装材料做材料耐破程度对比实验,结果如表1所示,相同厚度的双层发泡板比单层发泡板强度增加50%左右。

Claims (9)

1.一种可回收的增强发泡薄片包装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)通过发泡工艺制备上发泡板与下发泡板;
(2)采用电晕复合过程复合:在上、下绝缘辊之间设置高压放电棒,通过控制器使高压放电棒产生电晕,上发泡板置于上绝缘辊与高压放电棒之间,下发泡板置于下绝缘辊与高压放电棒之间,经电晕放电加热熔化的上发泡板下表面及对应的下发泡板上表面同步通过电晕加热区经复合辊压合,使上发泡板下表面与下发泡板上表面之间形成热渗透层,热渗透层联结上发泡板与下发泡板,使之成为一复合整体;
(3)复合整体通过复膜工段进行表面复膜:将BOPP/PE/PET塑料薄膜层用PUR胶通过UV固化技术贴合在上发泡板的上表面和/或下发泡板的下表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)主要包括在上发泡板的上表面和/或下发泡板的下表面采用涂布辊涂布PUR胶;上层塑料薄膜放卷器和/或下层塑料薄膜放卷器推送BOPP/PE/PET塑料薄膜到上发泡板的上表面和/或下发泡板的下表面,经压合辊压合后,再经UV固化器固化。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的压合辊设有两对及两对以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的上发泡板与下发泡板之间设有分隔板,所述的分隔板位于高压放电棒的前端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的高压放电棒产生电晕的电流为16-20A,收放卷张力为9-12kg。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的上发泡板可为平板状或卷状。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的上发泡板和下发泡板为均为PS发泡板。
8.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的BOPP/PE/PET塑料薄膜从上到下依次为BOPP层、PE层和PET层。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述制备方法制备所得可回收的增强发泡薄片包装材料。
