Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the book sorting apparatus further includes a picking station 500, and the picking station 500 is disposed at the initial section 110 for picking books from the book boxes and placing the books on the sorting conveyor line 100 by picking personnel. Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, in one embodiment, the book sorting apparatus further includes a book case conveying line 600, the book case conveying line 600 is sequentially provided with an out-warehouse section 610, a picking section 620 and a returning section 630 along an extending direction thereof, and is used for conveying the book cases sequentially through the out-warehouse section 610, the picking section 620 and the returning section 630; the delivery section 610 is used for delivering the book boxes in the book library out of the library; the conveying path of the sorting section 620 passes through the sorting table 500 for the sorting personnel to sort the books in the book boxes; the back section 630 is used to transport the bookboxes that have finished picking back to the warehouse.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, in one embodiment, the warehouse-out section 610, the picking section 620 and the warehouse-back section 630 have a height difference in height position, the height position of the warehouse-out section 610 is higher than that of the picking section 620, the warehouse-out section 610 communicates with the picking section 620 through a first descending slope 640, the height position of the picking section 620 is higher than that of the warehouse-back section 630, and the warehouse-back section 620 communicates with the warehouse-back section 630 through a second descending slope 650. Referring to fig. 4, the direction indicated by the arrow a is the direction of conveyance of the book on the first descending ramp 640, and referring to fig. 5, the direction indicated by the arrow b is the direction of conveyance of the book on the second descending ramp 650.
In one embodiment, the sortation conveyor line 100 employs at least one of a conveyor belt structure and a conveyor roller structure.
Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the sorting conveyor line 100 extends in a U-shape, the sorting deck 500 is disposed inside the U-shaped sorting conveyor line 100, and a second turning device 700 is disposed at a turning position of the U-shaped sorting conveyor line 100 for changing the conveying direction of the books on the sorting conveyor line 100. Specifically, the second steering device 700 may employ the same structure as the first steering device 300. In other embodiments, the sorting conveyor line may be arranged to extend in a straight line, L-shape, or other suitable shape.
In one embodiment, a counter is provided within the sorting bin 400 for counting the number of books that fall into the sorting bin 400. In particular, the counter may be a spring counter or other photoelectric device that counts while the book is detected.
On the other hand, the embodiment also provides a book sorting method of the book sorting equipment.
Referring to fig. 6, the book sorting method is applied to a book sorting apparatus, and the book sorting apparatus includes: the system comprises a control unit loaded with a master control system, a sorting conveying line, a label reader, a sensor, a sorting device and a sorting box; the sorting conveying line is sequentially provided with a starting section for placing books, a reading section for reading book information and a sorting section for sorting the books along the extending direction of the sorting conveying line; the tag reader is arranged in the reading section; the sorting device and the sorting box are arranged on the sorting section corresponding to the sorting port, and the sorting device and/or the sorting port are/is provided with corresponding sensors which are used for sensing whether books are conveyed to the sorting device and/or the sorting port and sending sensing signals to the control unit;
the book sorting method comprises the following steps:
the information acquisition step: the master control system acquires reader information, address information and book form information;
wave division: after acquiring reader information, address information and book order information, the master control system divides the book into at least one wave number according to the address information, wherein the address number of each wave number is less than or equal to a (a is a positive integer), the wave number comprises a first wave number according to a processing sequence, and each wave number comprises a sorting step;
the sorting step of the first wave comprises the following steps:
binding a sorting port: after the book wave division is completed, the master control system binds the addresses in the first wave and the sorting ports in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
and sending a shipment instruction: the master control system sends out a delivery instruction according to the order information of the first order so as to obtain books corresponding to the order information of the first order;
starting a conveying step: the sorting conveying line receives the sorted books and starts to convey the books;
a reading step: the book is conveyed to a label reader by a sorting conveying line, and the label reader reads label information in a label on the book;
and sending label information: the tag reader sends tag information to the master control system;
distributing sorting openings: after receiving the label information, the master control system binds the books with the sorting ports corresponding to the book sending addresses of the books according to the label information, and calculates the conveying time of the corresponding books sent to the corresponding sorting ports;
a conveying step: the master control system controls the sorting conveying line to convey the books to move forward and records the conveying time of the corresponding books;
a sorting section sorting step: when the control unit monitors that the conveying time is up and receives an induction signal indicating that the books are conveyed to the corresponding sorting opening or the corresponding sorting device, the control unit controls the corresponding sorting device to convey the books into the corresponding sorting box through the corresponding sorting opening;
removing the binding of the sorting port: after receiving the information of finishing the first-wave-time sorting work, the master control system removes the binding between the sorting port and the address in the first wave time.
Referring to fig. 6, in one embodiment, the wave times include a first wave time and an n-th wave time … (n is a positive integer greater than or equal to two) according to the processing sequence, each wave time respectively executes corresponding sorting steps in sequence, and the sorting steps of each wave time are consistent with the sorting steps of the first wave time.
Referring to fig. 6, in one embodiment, the general control system includes a warehouse management system, a warehouse control system, a book management system and a programmable logic controller,
in the information acquisition step, the book management system acquires reader information, address information and book form information input by readers and sends the reader information, the address information and the book form information to the warehousing management system;
in the step of wave division, after the warehousing management system acquires reader information, address information and book order information from the book management system, the book is divided into at least one wave according to the address information, and the number of addresses of each wave is less than or equal to a (a is a positive integer);
in the step of binding the sorting ports, the warehousing management system correspondingly binds the addresses in the first wave number with the sorting ports one by one;
in the step of sending out the shipment instruction, the warehousing management system sends out the shipment instruction according to the book order information of the first wave;
in the step of sending the tag information, the tag reader sends the tag information to a warehousing control system;
in the step of distributing sorting ports, after receiving the label information, the warehousing control system sends the label information to the warehousing management system, the warehousing management system binds the books with the sorting ports corresponding to the book sending addresses of the books according to the label information, the warehousing management system sends the binding information to the warehousing control system, the warehousing control system sends conveying instructions to the programmable logic controller after receiving the binding information, the programmable logic controller controls the conveying speed of the sorting conveying line after receiving the conveying instructions and calculates the conveying time of the corresponding books to be conveyed to the corresponding sorting ports;
in the conveying step, the programmable logic controller controls the sorting conveying line to convey the books to advance, and records the conveying time of the corresponding books;
in the sorting step, when the programmable logic controller monitors that the conveying time is up and receives an induction signal indicating that the books are conveyed to the corresponding sorting opening or the corresponding sorting device, the programmable logic controller controls the corresponding sorting device to convey the books into the corresponding sorting box through the corresponding sorting opening;
in the step of removing the binding of the sorting port, after receiving the information that the first wave-time sorting work is finished, the warehousing management system removes the binding of the sorting port and the address in the first wave-time.
Specifically, a is equal to the number of sorting openings, and a may be 50, 40, 30, or other suitable number.
Referring to fig. 7, in an embodiment, the wave division step includes:
a sorting step: the warehousing management system sorts the address information according to the number of books corresponding to each address information;
a pre-selection step: the warehousing management system selects the first a addresses after sequencing as preselected multiples (a is a positive integer);
a first judgment step: the warehousing management system judges whether the variance of the ex-warehouse quantity of books with preselected times is within a preset range, if so, the step of generating the times is carried out, and if not, the step of second judgment is carried out;
a second judgment step: the warehousing management system judges whether addresses which are not in the preselected wave number exist, if so, the replacement step is carried out, and if not, the wave number generation step is carried out;
wave generation step: the warehousing management system generates a wave number from a addresses of the preselected wave number, the generated wave number is sequentially determined as a first wave number and an nth wave number (n is a positive integer) of … of the second wave number according to the generation sequence, the addresses of the generated wave number are removed from the sequenced addresses, and then a third judgment step is carried out;
a replacement step: the warehousing management system selects an address which is not in the preselected times as a replacement address, selects an address in the preselected times as a replaced address, replaces the replaced address with the replacement address, and then enters a first judgment step;
a third judging step: and the warehousing management system judges whether the number of the residual addresses is greater than a, if so, the sorting step is carried out, and if not, the residual addresses are generated into the last wave number to finish wave number division.
In an alternative step of one embodiment, the warehousing management system calculates an average of the pre-selected number of times of ex-warehouse, calculates an absolute value of a difference between the number of ex-warehouse per address and the average as a reference value of each address, selects an address with a minimum reference value from addresses not in the pre-selected number of times as a replacement address, and selects an address with a maximum reference value from the addresses in the pre-selected number of times as a replaced address.
In one embodiment, a counter is disposed within the sorting bin; the book sorting method further comprises the following counting steps: after the books fall into the sorting box, the number of the books falling into the sorting box is accumulated by a counter in the sorting box, and the accumulated number is sent to the storage management system.
In one embodiment, the book sorting method further comprises a checking step: after finishing the sorting work of one wave, the warehousing management system checks whether the numerical value obtained in the counting step is the same as the number of books distributed by the system, and if the numerical value is different from the number of books distributed by the system, an error is reported.
In one embodiment, the tag information includes the title, author, and publisher of the book.
In one embodiment, the book sorting equipment further comprises an information sharing end, which is used for workers to check various information; the book sorting method further comprises the following information sharing step: the warehousing management system acquires the reader information, the address information and the book form information from the book management system and then sends the reader information, the address information and the book form information to the information sharing end.
In one embodiment, the reader information includes the reader's name and contact details.

Claims (9)

1. A book sorting method of book sorting equipment is characterized in that the book sorting method is applied to the book sorting equipment, and the book sorting equipment comprises: the system comprises a control unit loaded with a master control system, a sorting conveying line, a label reader, a sensor, a sorting device and a sorting box; the sorting conveying line is sequentially provided with a starting section for placing books, a reading section for reading book information and a sorting section for sorting the books along the extending direction of the sorting conveying line; the tag reader is arranged in the reading section; the sorting device and the sorting box are arranged on the sorting section corresponding to the sorting port, and the sorting device and/or the sorting port are/is provided with corresponding sensors which are used for sensing whether books are conveyed to the sorting device and/or the sorting port and sending sensing signals to the control unit;
the book sorting method comprises the following steps:
the information acquisition step: the master control system acquires reader information, address information and book form information;
wave division: after acquiring reader information, address information and book order information, the master control system divides the book into at least one wave number according to the address information, wherein the address number of each wave number is less than or equal to a (a is a positive integer), the wave number comprises a first wave number according to a processing sequence, and each wave number comprises a sorting step;
the sorting step of the first wave comprises the following steps:
binding a sorting port: after the book wave division is completed, the master control system binds the addresses in the first wave and the sorting ports in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
and sending a shipment instruction: the master control system sends out a delivery instruction according to the order information of the first order so as to obtain books corresponding to the order information of the first order;
starting a conveying step: the sorting conveying line receives the sorted books and starts to convey the books;
a reading step: the book is conveyed to a label reader by a sorting conveying line, and the label reader reads label information in a label on the book;
and sending label information: the tag reader sends tag information to the master control system;
distributing sorting openings: after receiving the label information, the master control system binds the books with the sorting ports corresponding to the book sending addresses of the books according to the label information, and calculates the conveying time of the corresponding books sent to the corresponding sorting ports;
a conveying step: the master control system controls the sorting conveying line to convey the books to move forward and records the conveying time of the corresponding books;
a sorting section sorting step: when the control unit monitors that the conveying time is up and receives an induction signal indicating that the books are conveyed to the corresponding sorting opening or the corresponding sorting device, the control unit controls the corresponding sorting device to convey the books into the corresponding sorting box through the corresponding sorting opening;
removing the binding of the sorting port: after receiving the information of finishing the first-wave sorting work, the master control system removes the binding between the sorting port and the address in the first wave;
the wave division step comprises the following steps:
a sorting step: the warehousing management system sorts the address information according to the number of books corresponding to each address information;
a pre-selection step: the warehousing management system selects the first a addresses after sequencing as preselected multiples (a is a positive integer);
a first judgment step: the warehousing management system judges whether the variance of the ex-warehouse quantity of books with preselected times is within a preset range, if so, the step of generating the times is carried out, and if not, the step of second judgment is carried out;
a second judgment step: the warehousing management system judges whether addresses which are not in the preselected wave number exist, if so, the replacement step is carried out, and if not, the wave number generation step is carried out;
wave generation step: the warehousing management system generates a wave number from a addresses of the preselected wave number, the generated wave number is sequentially determined as a first wave number and an nth wave number (n is a positive integer) of … of the second wave number according to the generation sequence, the addresses of the generated wave number are removed from the sequenced addresses, and then a third judgment step is carried out;
a replacement step: the warehousing management system selects an address which is not in the preselected times as a replacement address, selects an address in the preselected times as a replaced address, replaces the replaced address with the replacement address, and then enters a first judgment step;
a third judging step: and the warehousing management system judges whether the number of the residual addresses is greater than a, if so, the sorting step is carried out, and if not, the residual addresses are generated into the last wave number to finish wave number division.

in the step of sending the tag information, the tag reader sends the tag information to a warehousing control system;
in the step of distributing sorting ports, after receiving the label information, the warehousing control system sends the label information to the warehousing management system, the warehousing management system binds the books with the sorting ports corresponding to the book sending addresses of the books according to the label information, the warehousing management system sends the binding information to the warehousing control system, the warehousing control system sends conveying instructions to the programmable logic controller after receiving the binding information, the programmable logic controller controls the conveying speed of a sorting conveying line after receiving the conveying instructions and calculates the conveying time of the corresponding books to be conveyed to the corresponding sorting ports;
in the conveying step, the programmable logic controller controls the sorting conveying line to convey the books to advance, and records the conveying time of the corresponding books;
in the sorting section sorting step, when the programmable logic controller monitors that the conveying time is up and receives an induction signal indicating that the books are conveyed to the corresponding sorting opening or the corresponding sorting device, the programmable logic controller controls the corresponding sorting device to convey the books into the corresponding sorting box through the corresponding sorting opening;
in the step of removing the binding of the sorting port, after receiving the information that the first wave-time sorting work is finished, the warehousing management system removes the binding of the sorting port and the address in the first wave-time.

The book sorting method according to claim 3, wherein in the replacing step, the warehousing management system calculates an average of the number of ex-warehouses at the preselected times, calculates an absolute value of a difference between the number of ex-warehouses at each address and the average as a reference value of each address, selects an address with a minimum reference value from addresses not at the preselected times as a replacing address, and selects an address with a maximum reference value from addresses at the preselected times as a replaced address.

The book sorting method according to claim 5, further comprising the checking step of: after finishing the sorting work of one wave, the warehousing management system checks whether the numerical value obtained in the counting step is the same as the number of books distributed by the system, and if the numerical value is different from the number of books distributed by the system, an error is reported.
7. The book sorting method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the tag information includes a title, an author, and a publisher of the book.
8. The book sorting method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the book sorting apparatus further comprises an information sharing terminal for a staff to view various information;
the book sorting method further comprises the following information sharing step: the warehousing management system acquires the reader information, the address information and the book form information from the book management system and then sends the reader information, the address information and the book form information to the information sharing end.
