刘某，男，68岁，腰部疼痛12年，每遇劳累加剧，屡治疗效不佳，反复发作，近2年，腰部疼痛范围扩大，双下肢酸困明显。X线检查提示腰椎增生，CT检查提示腰4、5椎间盘轻度突出，硬膜囊无明显受压。经当地医院中西医结合治疗无效。经外敷本发明实施例1的膏药5次后疼痛缓解，11次后腰部疼痛明显减退，仅感下肢酸困；1月余治疗基本痊愈。
程某，男，42岁，矿山工人，腰部疼痛4年，时轻时重，反复发作，5年前腰部扭伤史。休息后减轻，劳累加重，有时适当活动或双手捶腰时减轻。查体见腰部外观无异常，活动无障碍，双侧骶棘肌压痛明显。X线检查提示腰椎侧弯，腰3、4、5椎骨质增生。曾在某三级医院以“腰肌劳损”住院治疗，上班后复发，经理疗、中西药内服疗效不佳。经外敷本发明实施例2的膏药3次后腰部疼痛明显缓解，15次月余治愈。
白某，女，62岁，腰背部疼痛、僵硬感7年。劳累或受凉后症状加重。查体见腰椎生理曲度消失，腰部活动困难，棘突旁压痛，叩击痛不明显，直腿抬高试验阳性。X线检查提示腰椎椎体边缘骨质增生。，椎间隙变窄，椎体上下缘骨质致密，腰3、4、5右侧关节突肥大。MRI检查提示腰椎骨质增生。经外敷本发明实施例3的膏药8次后腰部疼痛僵硬感缓解，2月余治愈。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗腰腿疼痛的膏药，其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的原料制成：35份生川乌、35份肉桂、35份干姜、25份赤芍、25份白芷、25份生南星、55份威灵仙、35份骨碎补、25份徐长卿、25份续断、25份甘松、35份樟脑、425份松香、72份香油、38份蜂蜡、128份滑石粉、22份氧化锌、22份冰片、13份硅氮酮。
4.制备如权利要求1-3任一所述膏药的方法，其特征在于包括下述步骤：
1)将生川乌、肉桂、干姜、赤芍、白芷、生南星、威灵仙、骨碎补、徐长卿、续断、甘松先加工粉末状，过120一200目筛；形成中药粉；
2)在反应釜内，用文火将松香加热熔化至100℃，依次将香油、蜂蜡加入并不断搅拌混合均匀后离火，待温度降至80℃以下时，按顺序放入滑石粉、氧化锌、樟脑、冰片，搅匀，再放入所述中药粉、硅氮酮，搅匀5分钟即成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备膏药的方法，其特征在于：冬天，操作间温度在10℃一15℃，反应釜内温度在80℃放入滑石粉、氧化锌、樟脑、冰片，搅匀，再放入所述中药粉、硅氮酮，搅匀并加热时间5分钟；夏天，操作间温度在21℃一28℃，温度在60℃放入滑石粉、氧化锌、樟脑、冰片，搅匀，再放入所述中药粉、硅氮酮，搅匀并加热时间5分钟。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备膏药的方法，其特征在于，春秋天，操作间温度在16℃一20℃，温度在70℃放入滑石粉、氧化锌、樟脑、冰片，搅匀，再放入所述中药粉、硅氮酮，搅匀并加热时间10分钟。
