背景技术
在已知的热交换器中,例如在汽车工业中使用的热交换器中,热交换可以在两种流体之间进行。第一流体可以被引导通过由热交换器的元件形成的导管。这些元件可以是通过管的方式流体连接的两个歧管。其中一种流体在所述歧管之间行进穿过这些管。在管之间可以设置有空间,第二流体可以通过该空间从管的一侧行进到另一侧。管传导第一流体的热量,然后其被传递给第二流体,反之亦然。

至少一个侧壁13包括片材的第一层13a和第二层13b。当通过将片材折叠成扁平管的形状来制造该管时实现这一点,其中片的两个相对的端部彼此重叠。该管也可以由两部分制成,即底部和上部,当各个壁以分层方式连接时形成侧壁。在任何一种情况下,这些层都可以通过钎焊连接。
