Abstract

一种带有覆面层的吸声板,以玻璃纤维棉毡A为第一吸声层,以方形环状阻尼垫B为支架,以碳纤维毡C为第二吸声层,按照A/B/C的方式紧贴排列组成填充芯材,以网格状织物增强的PVF复合膜为填充芯材的覆面材料;其中,玻璃纤维棉毡A由多层叠加而成,网格状织物增强的PVF复合膜直接包覆后热封。本发明采用纤维增强的PVF薄膜为覆面材料,耐候性好,能对芯材起到长时间的保护作用,且对低频噪音有明显的削弱,复合中空结构又降低了中高频噪音,整体上能适应各种苛刻环境,且吸声频带宽。

一种带有覆面层的吸声板
技术领域
本发明属于吸音降噪材料技术领域,具体涉及一种带有覆面层的吸声板。
背景技术
无机纤维材料如玻璃棉、岩棉,因为具有吸声性能优良、容重轻、不燃、不腐、隔热等特性,而且价格比较便宜,使其成为声学工程中应用最为广泛的吸声材料,但是它又因为质地软、强度低,以及纤维性脆,易于折断,在施工安装中,会形成纤维灰尘污染环境。这些短纤维灰尘使皮肤刺痒,还会影响人体呼吸系统。因此,在实际使用中,会采用覆面材料以防止纤维散落。常用的有玻璃纤维布、高穿孔率铝箔、PVC微孔饰面等,这些覆面层大多能保持玻璃棉的吸声特性,但耐候性差,不适于潮湿和受雨淋的户外使用。塑料薄膜覆面的优点是可以防水、防尘、隔绝潮湿,但同样普通塑料膜易老化,不耐久。
PVF薄膜具有防紫外线、防静电、防尘、防水、强度高和耐久的特点,使用PVF作为覆面材料,能克服苛刻的使用环境,同时能提升整个吸声板对低频噪音的吸收,文献“PVF膜在纤维吸声材料中的应用”(钟祥璋,祝培生. PVF膜在纤维吸声材料中的应用[J].电声技术,2002(1):11—12)指出PVF薄膜覆面对玻璃棉2000Hz以下的中低频范围的吸声系数有提升,对2500Hz以上则有略微下降。把薄膜张紧后形成的吸声共振腔室可以大幅度提升对低频噪音的吸收能力。
授权公告号为CN 202986208U的中国专利中介绍了一种微穿孔板薄膜粘层复合吸声板,包括三层吸声组合层,依次是均布微孔的微穿孔板吸声层、粘弹结构吸声层和薄膜吸声层,薄膜吸声层与微穿孔板吸声层之间由粘弹结构吸声层粘结,粘弹结构吸声层具有弹性通孔和微细弹性通道。这种结构增加了吸声带宽,但是暴露后容易老化的缺陷并没有克服。
授权公告号为CN 203594122U的中国专利公布了一种玻璃纤维空间吸声体,包括若干个平面吸声板,所述若干个平面吸声板通过胶水黏合形成一个封闭的多面体,所述平面吸声板包括玻璃纤维基板层,所述玻璃纤维基板层外侧通过胶水黏贴有玻纤毡层和防火纺织布。该吸声体吸声结构单一,不能满足宽频带的噪音吸收。
采用PVF薄膜作为覆面材料能有效解决易老化失效,内材质露出后污染环境的问题,最大程度利用玻璃纤维的吸声性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带有覆面层的吸声板。
为实现本发明的目的,所采用的技术方案是:一种带有覆面层的吸声板,其特征在于:以玻璃纤维棉毡A为第一吸声层,以方形环状阻尼垫B为支承层,以碳纤维毡C为第二吸声层,按照A/B/C的方式紧贴排列组成填充芯材,以网格状织物增强的PVF复合膜为填充芯材的覆面材料;该吸声板的总厚度约为50~100mm。
所述的玻璃纤维棉毡A,容重为16~48kg/m3,单根玻璃纤维的直径为1.5~7μm,呈正态分布,由多层厚度为0.6~1.4mm的玻璃纤维毡叠加而成,玻璃纤维棉毡A厚度为20~40mm;碳纤维毡C为针刺毡,容重为150~170kg/m3,厚度为20~40mm,含胶率3~20%,碳纤维直径为6~7μm。
所述的方形环状阻尼垫B长宽与玻璃纤维棉毡A一致,厚度为10~20mm,四边边框宽度一致,中心空白部分面积占总面积的比例不小于90%。
所述的覆面材料为经过网格状织物增强的复合膜,具体是PVF/PET/网格状织物按顺序组成的复合膜,厚度为30~80μm;其中PVF的裸露表面为惰性表面,具有自洁净能力,表面能仅25~28达因;网格状织物是由尼龙纤维或聚酯纤维,经过氯醋树脂浸渍后呈90°交叉状铺设于涂有有机硅涂层的PET表面,平行的增强网格线之间的间隔一致,为0.25~1cm。
该带有覆面层的吸声板的制备方法如下:将玻璃纤维棉毡A、方形环状阻尼垫B和碳纤维毡C按照A/B/C的方式排列,组成填充芯材,使用网格状织物增强的PVF复合膜对填充芯材进行贴覆,PVF一面朝外,网格状织物排布一面朝内,将覆面材料铺开,使膜无褶皱即可,对包覆后的边缘处进行超声热封,热封边宽度为5~12mm,即得到成品。
本发明所具有的有益效果是:以PVF薄膜为覆面材料,具有优良的耐候性,抗腐蚀耐辐射,自洁净能力强,且对低频噪音有明显的削弱效果;方形环状阻尼垫的空白部分形成空腔,拓宽了吸声频域;多层叠加的玻璃纤维棉毡对中高频噪音具有高效的削弱能力,较厚的碳纤维毡C还具有反射声波的能力。

具体实施方式

实施例
一种带有覆面层的吸声板,其特征在于:以玻璃纤维棉毡A为第一吸声层,以方形环状阻尼垫B为支架,以碳纤维毡C为第二吸声层,按照A/B/C的方式紧贴排列组成填充芯材,以网格状织物增强的PVF复合膜为填充芯材的覆面材料;该覆面宽频带吸声板的总厚度约为70mm。
玻璃纤维棉毡A,容重为20kg/m3,单根玻璃纤维的直径为3~5μm,呈正态分布,由多层厚度为0.8mm的玻璃纤维毡叠加而成,玻璃纤维棉毡A厚度为25mm;碳纤维毡C为针刺毡,容重为150kg/m3,厚度为30mm,含胶率10%,碳纤维直径为6μm。
方形环状阻尼垫B长宽与玻璃纤维棉毡A一致,厚度为15mm,四边边框宽度一致,中心空白部分面积占总面积的比例不小于90%。
覆面材料为经过网格状织物增强的复合膜,具体是PVF/PET/网格状织物按顺序组成的复合膜,厚度为50μm;其中PVF的裸露表面为惰性表面,具有自洁净能力,表面能仅25~28达因;网格状织物是由尼龙纤维或聚酯纤维,经过氯醋树脂浸渍后呈90°交叉状铺设于涂有有机硅涂层的PET表面,平行的增强网格线之间的间隔一致,为0.8cm。
该带有覆面层的吸声板的制备方法具体是:将玻璃纤维棉毡A、方形环状阻尼垫B和碳纤维毡C按照A/B/C的方式排列,组成填充芯材,使用网格状织物增强的PVF复合膜对填充芯材进行贴覆,PVF一面朝外,网格状织物排布一面朝内,将覆面材料铺开,使膜无褶皱即可,对包覆后的边缘处进行超声热封,热封边宽度为10mm,即得到成品。
该吸声板采用复合式中空结构,平均吸声系数可达0.90,高频吸声系数超过0.95,吸声性能优异,可用于室内装修,舱内吸声减振。

1.一种带有覆面层的吸声板,其特征在于:以玻璃纤维棉毡A为第一吸声层,以方形环状阻尼垫B为支承层,以碳纤维毡C为第二吸声层,按照A/B/C的方式紧贴排列组成填充芯材,以网格状织物增强的PVF复合膜为填充芯材的覆面材料;该吸声板的总厚度约为50~100mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述,其特征在于所述的玻璃纤维棉毡A,容重为16~48kg/m3,单根玻璃纤维的直径为1.5~7μm,呈正态分布,由多层厚度为0.6~1.4mm的玻璃纤维毡叠加而成,玻璃纤维棉毡A厚度为20~40mm;碳纤维毡C为针刺毡,容重为150~170kg/m3,厚度为20~40mm,含胶率3~20%,碳纤维直径为6~7μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述,其特征在于所述的方形环状阻尼垫B长宽与玻璃纤维棉毡A一致,厚度为10~20mm,四边边框宽度一致,中心空白部分面积占总面积的比例不小于90%。
4.根据权利要求1所述,其特征在于所述的覆面材料为经过网格状织物增强的复合膜,具体是PVF/PET/纤维状网格按顺序组成的复合膜,厚度为30~80μm;其中PVF的裸露表面为惰性表面,具有自洁净能力,表面能仅25~28达因;网格状织物是由尼龙纤维或聚酯纤维,经过氯醋树脂浸渍后呈90°交叉状铺设于涂有有机硅涂层的PET表面,平行的增强网格线之间的间隔一致,为0.25~1cm。
