本发明涉及一种基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账方法及系统，其中，所述方法包括服务器与客户端之间通过区块链系统连接；内容拥有者向服务器发布音视频特征代码；所述服务器设置客户端播放权限；所述客户端播放音视频特征代码；所述服务器统计客户端付费情况。采用本发明的基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账方法及系统，透过区块链公开账本的机制，实现版权收益透明化，每个区块链结点的发行商都能够观察到每部剧的真实观看情况，收视率调查、分帐金额都能够在无法作弊的情况下公开给节点上的会员。

技术领域
本发明涉及区块链技术领域，更具体地说，涉及一种基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账方法及系统。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，现今影剧服务一般都为会员制度。用户为了看一部热播剧，一般必须买一个月甚至一整年的的观看时数，这样势必增加用户的经济投入。用户希望能够方便地透过影视终端，寻找正确版权途径购买单部视频，并同时能让发行商透过不可窜改、无法仿冒、实时同步的分帐机制获得利润。
因此，现有技术亟待有很大的进步。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于，针对现有技术的上述的缺陷，一方面，提供一种基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账方法，包括：服务器与客户端之间通过区块链系统连接；内容拥有者向服务器发布音视频特征代码；所述服务器设置客户端播放权限；所述客户端播放音视频特征代码；所述服务器统计客户端付费情况。
优选地，所述音视频特征代码设有标识所述内容拥有者唯一编码。
优选地，所述服务器用于存储、缓冲、播放所述音视频。
优选地，所述服务器设有数据库。
优选地，所述客户端包括音视频点播方。
优选地，所述所述客户端为手机、PC机、IPAD、平板电脑。
另一方面，本发明公开了一种基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账系统，包括客户端，服务器，所述服务器包括通过电连接的流媒体节点、资产统计模块、音视频特征模块、音视频管理模块、音视频播放模块、客户端身份认证模块、音视频版权管理模块，所述系统执行上述的方法。
优选地，所述服务器还包括管理者设置模块、统计分析模块。
优选地，所述客户端包括客户设置模块。
优选地，所述统计分析模块用于统计音视频播放次数、客户端人数、客户端播放列表、客户端付费列表、内容拥有者上传特征代码的次数、内容拥有者获取的收益。
实施本发明的基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账方法，具有以下有益效果：透过区块链公开账本的机制，实现版权收益透明化，每个区块链结点的发行商都能够观察到每部剧的真实观看情况，收视率调查、分帐金额都能够在无法作弊的情况下公开给节点上的会员。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1，为本发明基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账方法流程图。如图1所示，在本发明第一实施例提供的基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账方法中，至少包括，一种基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账方法，包括步骤：
S11、服务器与客户端之间通过区块链系统连接；
S12、内容拥有者向服务器发布音视频特征代码；
S13、所述服务器设置客户端播放权限；
S14、所述客户端播放音视频特征代码；
S15、所述服务器统计客户端付费情况。
具体实施时，音视频特征代码设有标识所述内容拥有者唯一编码。通过该唯一编码，来一一匹配到是哪个内容持有者所提交的音视频。音视频特征代码表示音视频具体内容。
第一服务器运行区块链系统。区块链(Blockchain)是由节点参与的分布式数据库系统，它的特点是不可更改，不可伪造，也可以将其理解为账簿系统(ledger)。通过账簿系统上的信息，我们可以找到每一个信息来源，每一个信息在它持续的时间历史上任何一点所拥有的价值。
区块链是由一串使用密码学方法产生的数据块组成的，每一个区块都包含了上一个区块的哈希值(hash)，从创始区块(genesis block)开始连接到当前区块，形成块链。每一个区块都确保按照时间顺序在上一个区块之后产生，否则前一个区块的哈希值是未知的。
服务器用于存储、缓冲、播放所述音视频信息，服务器上设有数据库。它可以为一般的服务器，在这里可以理解为应用及串流服务器，服务器与若干个客户端通过区块链系统网络连接。客户端包括音视频点播方，如影片点播方，视频点播客户端。客户端通过付费获取播放权限，服务器对具有播放权限的客户端开通音视频播放权限，进行播放音视频。客户端可以为任意智能设备，如手机、PC机、IPAD、平板电脑等。
请参阅图2，本发明基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账系统一优选实施例结构图。如图2所示，本发明基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账系统中，至少包括：客户端，服务器，所述服务器下设有流媒体管理平台，具体实施时，流媒体管理平台包括通过网络连接的流媒体节点、资产统计模块、音视频特征模块、音视频管理模块、音视频播放模块、客户端身份认证模块、音视频版权管理模块，所述系统执行上述基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播的分账的方法。服务器还包括管理者设置模块、统计分析模块。客户端包括客户设置模块。内容拥有者通过客户端设置模块，设置用于标识自己的唯一编码，向所述基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账系统上传音视频特征代码。所述基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账系统设有若干个流媒体节点，用于不同音视频特征代码之间的集合。流媒体节点下设置若干个资产统计模块。资产统计模块设有版权版本模块、音视频特征模块、视频播放模块，视频特征模块下设有视频管理模块。统计分析模块用于统计音视频播放次数、客户端人数、客户端播放列表、客户端付费列表、内容拥有者上传特征代码的次数、内容拥有者获取的收益。客户端通过身份认证后，再通过视频管理模块获取所点播的音视频资源后，进行音视频播放，所述基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账系统再针对客户端的播放情况进行计费统计。
与传统主从式架构式分账模式相比，传统分账模式总会有中央集权的服务器管理，权力集中就有造假点击率和分帐金额的疑虑，本发明采用区块链电子签名验证使用者、不可窜改、无法仿冒、实时同步让每个人共有一本一模一样的帐本等的分账模式，透过将权力分散给全部发行商的点击事件记录机制，没有人有权利可以造假数据，达到透明公开分帐机制。
本发明通过以上实施例的设计，其有益效果是：透过区块链公开账本的机制，改善传统点击分帐机制，实现了更公平的多媒体使用者付款方法与更真实的多媒体提供者拆帐方法，实现版权收益透明化，每个区块链结点的发行商都能够观察到每部剧的真实观看情况，收视率调查、分帐金额都能够在无法作弊的情况下公开给节点上的会员。
本发明是根据特定实施例进行描述的，但本领域的技术人员应明白在不脱离本发明范围时，可进行各种变化和等同替换。此外，为适应本发明技术的特定场合，可对本发明进行诸多修改而不脱离其保护范围。因此，本发明并不限于在此公开的特定实施例，而包括所有落入到权利要求保护范围的实施例。

1.一种基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账方法，其特征在于，包括：
服务器与客户端之间通过区块链系统连接；
内容拥有者向服务器发布音视频特征代码；
所述服务器设置客户端播放权限；
所述客户端播放音视频特征代码；
所述服务器统计客户端付费情况。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账方法，其特征在于，所述音视频特征代码设有标识所述内容拥有者唯一编码。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账方法，其特征在于，所述服务器用于存储、缓冲、播放所述音视频。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账方法，其特征在于，所述服务器设有数据库。
5.根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账方法，其特征在于，所述客户端包括音视频点播方。
6.根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账方法，其特征在于，所述所述客户端为手机、PC机、IPAD、平板电脑。
7.一种基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账系统，其特征在于，包括客户端，服务器，所述服务器包括通过网络连接的流媒体节点、资产统计模块、音视频特征模块、音视频管理模块、音视频播放模块、客户端身份认证模块、音视频版权管理模块，所述系统执行权利要求1至6任意一项所述的方法。
8.根据权利要求7所述的基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账系统，其特征在于，所述服务器还包括管理者设置模块、统计分析模块。
9.根据权利要求7所述的基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账系统，其特征在于，所述客户端包括客户设置模块。
10.根据权利要求8所述的基于区块链技术的数字媒体点播分账系统，其特征在于，所述统计分析模块用于统计音视频播放次数、客户端人数、客户端播放列表、客户端付费列表、内容拥有者上传特征代码的次数、内容拥有者获取的收益。
