The image pickup apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the mover of the first relay has a cylindrical shape, an outer peripheral surface of the mover is provided with a flat portion recessed inward, the support base is provided with a holding portion engaged with the flat portion so that the support base is rotatable with the mover, and a length of the holding portion in a moving direction of the mover is longer than a length of the flat portion.

The camera device according to claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism includes a motor, a reduction gearbox, a driving shaft, a first transmission member, and a second transmission member, the driving shaft is connected to the motor through the reduction gearbox, the first transmission member is sleeved on the driving shaft and is fixedly connected to the supporting base, and the second transmission member is connected between the mover of the first relay and the driving shaft.

The image capturing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the second transmission member includes a sleeve sleeved on the driving shaft and rotating with the driving shaft, and a connecting member located at one end of the sleeve, wherein one of the connecting member and the mover of the first relay is provided with a locking block, and the other one of the connecting member and the mover of the first relay is provided with a locking notch corresponding to the locking block.

The image pickup apparatus according to claim 5, further comprising a mounting mechanism for mounting the image pickup apparatus to an electronic device and movable relative to the mounting mechanism, and a guide mechanism passing through the first transmission member to guide the first transmission member to move in an axial direction of the drive shaft.
8. An electronic device, comprising a housing having an accommodating space and the camera device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the camera device is disposed in the accommodating space, and a through hole for the camera mechanism to pass through is formed in the housing.
9. A method for using the electronic device of claim 8, comprising:
the electronic equipment receives a control instruction and sends an execution instruction to the driving mechanism;
the driving mechanism receives the execution instruction and then drives the camera shooting mechanism and the supporting seat to be clamped, the rotor of the first relay is separated from the driving mechanism, and therefore the driving mechanism drives the supporting seat and the camera shooting mechanism to do linear motion and pushes the camera shooting mechanism out to a preset position.
10. The use method of the electronic device according to claim 9, wherein after the image capturing mechanism is pushed out to the predetermined position, the supporting base is disengaged from the image capturing mechanism, and the mover of the first relay is connected to the driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism drives the image capturing mechanism to rotate relative to the supporting base.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the driving mechanism driving the camera mechanism to engage with the support base after receiving the execution command comprises: the second coil is powered off, and the bayonet lock is driven by the second elastic piece to be clamped with the supporting seat;
the supporting seat with the mechanism of making a video recording breaks away from the joint and includes: the second coil is electrified, and the bayonet lock is attracted by the second iron core so as to be separated from the clamping connection with the supporting seat.
