A light-emitting layer frame comprises a glass layer plate and a frame arranged around the glass layer plate, and is characterized in that an accommodating groove is formed in the frame, light holes are formed in the side wall, close to the glass layer plate, of the accommodating groove, the light holes extend in the direction close to the glass layer plate and extend to the glass layer plate, a lamp plate is arranged in the accommodating groove, and light generated by the lamp plate irradiates the glass layer plate through the light holes; the two ends of the accommodating groove along the length direction of the accommodating groove are provided with adapter pieces and elastic pieces; baffles are arranged at two ends of the lamp panel in the length direction respectively, positioning columns are arranged at the ends, not connected with the lamp panel, of the baffles, and the elastic pieces are sleeved on the positioning columns; the accommodating groove is provided with an opening for the lamp panel to pass through, and a shading cover is arranged at the opening; the shading cover is provided with a first limiting rib and a second limiting rib, a gap is formed between the first limiting rib and the second limiting rib, and the baffle is positioned in the gap and can slide relative to the first limiting rib and the second limiting rib; the first limiting rib is located on one side, facing the elastic part, of the baffle, and a position avoiding groove for avoiding the position of the positioning column is formed in the first limiting rib.

The light-emitting layer frame according to claim 1, wherein through holes are formed in the frame at two ends in the length direction of the accommodating groove, one end of the adapter is connected with the lamp panel through an elastic piece, and the other end of the adapter penetrates through the through holes to be arranged outside the frame.
3. The light emitting layer frame of claim 2, wherein the elastic member is a spring.

6. The light emitting shelf as set forth in claim 5, wherein the safety plug is provided with a groove for engaging with the elastic member.
7. A refrigerator, characterized in that it comprises a light emitting shelf according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
