Description

Awning and child-care article with awning
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a canopy and a child-care article provided with the canopy.
Background
Conventionally, a canopy is provided in most of child care products such as a stroller and a rocking chair. A conventional canopy generally includes a canopy main body covering a seat back supported by a support portion serving as a main body of the childcare article, and a connecting portion for connecting the canopy main body to the support portion. The supporting portion as the childcare article main body is provided with a holding portion that is connected to the connecting portion of the canopy and holds the canopy. The tent body includes a tent cloth and a plurality of tent ribs mounted to the tent cloth. The canopy rib is formed in a substantially U-shape and is attached to a connection portion connected to both proximal end portions of the canopy rib so as to be swingable. The tarpaulin can be unfolded by swinging the tarpaulin rib with respect to the connecting portion. In the state where the canopy is deployed, a space surrounded by the support portion and the canopy is formed. Such a canopy can shield sunlight and/or illumination light, wind, rain, and the like, thereby providing a comfortable environment for the infant in the space.
As one of the requirements for such a canopy, it is required to be applicable to various support portions and/or seat cushions. If the canopy can be adapted to various support portions, the canopy can be used in combination with the support portions and/or the seat back cushion in a desired manner.
However, the connecting portion of the canopy can be connected to only the holding portion designed corresponding to the connecting portion. Even if the connecting portion is connected to the holding portion that does not correspond to the connecting portion, the canopy is not held by the holding portion as desired. In this case, the canopy may shake or an undesirable gap may be formed between the canopy and the support portion and/or between the canopy and the seat back, and the canopy may not perform a desired function. In addition, the canopy cannot be connected to the support portion and/or the seat cushion, which do not have the holding portion, in general.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 and 2 are perspective views showing a nursing article having a canopy of the present invention. In fig. 1, the canopy is shown in a fully extended state, which is closed, and in fig. 2, the canopy is shown in an extended state, which is open. Infant care products are products such as strollers, child seats, rocking chairs, and walking aids, and are typically used for the care of children (e.g., infants, toddlers, and the like) during the process of nurturing them. For example, a stroller is a stroller on which a child is seated, and a child seat is a booster seat for a child that is mounted on a seat of a car, a frame of a bicycle, a chair, or the like. The rocking chair is a seat or a bed for a child, and is also called a baby chair, a high-low chair, a low-level chair, a rocking chair, a baby frame, or a lock frame.
In the example shown in fig. 1 and 2, the nursing article 10 is configured as a rocking chair. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the childcare article 10 includes: a support portion 20 configured as a childcare article main body; a seat back cushion 30 supported by the support portion 20; and a canopy 70 covering the seat back 30. The nursing article 10 includes a leg 40 provided below the support portion 20 and supporting the support portion 20. The child seated in the childcare article 10 lies or sits on the seat back 30.
In the present specification, the terms "front", "rear", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "front-rear direction", "up-down direction" and "left-right direction" with respect to the nursing article and the components thereof mean "front", "rear", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "front-rear direction", "up-down direction" and "left-right direction" with reference to a child sitting on the nursing article and the components thereof, unless otherwise specified. More specifically, the "front-rear direction" refers to a direction connecting the lower left and upper right of the paper surface in fig. 1 to 4 and 6, and corresponds to the left-right direction of the paper surface in fig. 5 and 7. Unless otherwise specified, "front" means a side facing a child sitting on a childcare article and its components, and the lower left side of the paper in fig. 1 to 4 and 6 and the left side of the paper in fig. 5 and 7 are front sides. On the other hand, the "up-down direction" is a direction orthogonal to the front-back direction and orthogonal to the ground plane. Therefore, when the ground plane is a horizontal plane, "vertical direction" means a vertical direction. The "left-right direction" is a width direction and is a direction orthogonal to both the "front-back direction" and the "up-down direction".
First, the supporting portion 20 as the main body of the childcare article will be described with reference to fig. 3. As shown in fig. 3, the support portion 20 is configured to be substantially symmetrical about a center plane in the left-right direction in the front-rear direction as a whole. In the example shown in fig. 3, the support portion 20 includes a seat plate 21a, a back plate 21b attached to a rear end of the seat plate 21a, and a pair of armrests 22 and 22 provided on lateral sides of the seat plate 21 a. A headrest 21e is provided at an end of the back plate 21 opposite to the end on the seat plate 21a side. A footrest portion 21d is provided at a front end of the seat plate 21 a. The back plate 21b is configured to be able to fall backward (see fig. 3) or rise upward with respect to the seat plate 21 a. The headrest 21e is configured to be able to stand on the side of the backboard 21b where a child is present (hereinafter, simply referred to as "child side") (see fig. 3) or to be able to fall down along the backboard 21b with respect to the backboard 21 b.
The leg 40 supports the support portion 20, and the leg 40 is composed of a pair of left and right front legs 40a, 40a and rear legs 40b, 40 b. As clearly shown in fig. 1 and 2, the front legs 40a and the rear legs 40b are connected to each other so as to be rotatable in the intermediate portions thereof, and are arranged in an X-shape when the childcare article 10 is viewed from the side. The leg 40 supports the support portion 20 via the swing portion 45. The swing portion 45 supports the support portion 29 so as to be capable of reciprocating in the front-rear direction with respect to the leg portion 40.
Front wheels 40c and rear wheels 40d are provided at lower ends of the front legs 40a, 40a and rear legs 40b, respectively. Each of the front wheel 40c and the rear wheel 40d has a stopper 40e that fixes the front wheel 40c and the rear wheel 40 d. By fixing the front wheel 40c and the rear wheel 40d, the entire leg 40 is fixed with respect to the ground surface F.
As shown in fig. 3, the support portion 20 as the main body of the childcare article can be used as a bed for a child by making the back plate 21b fall down with respect to the seat plate 21a and making the headrest 21e rise upward with respect to the back plate 21 b. The support portion 20 can be used as a chair for children by raising the back plate 21b upward with respect to the seat plate 21a and by lowering the headrest 21e along the back plate 21b with respect to the back plate 21 b. Further, since the front legs 40a and the rear legs 40b of the leg portions 40 are coupled to each other so as to be rotatable relative to each other at intermediate portions thereof, the position of the support portion 20 can be lowered by increasing the distance between the front wheels 40c of the front legs 40a and the rear wheels 40d of the rear legs 40 b. Further, the position of the support portion 20 can be increased by shortening the distance between the front wheel 40c of the front leg 40a and the rear wheel 40d of the rear leg 40 b.
As shown in fig. 3, a child seatbelt 50 is attached to the support portion 20. The body of the child seated on the support portion 20 is held on the support portion 20 by the child harness 50. The child seatbelt 50 may be formed as a three-point seatbelt having a crotch strap and shoulder straps, but in the illustrated example, is formed as a five-point seatbelt having a crotch strap, a waist strap and shoulder straps.
As shown clearly in fig. 3, the child safety belt 50 includes a crotch portion 51 functioning as a crotch strap, a pair of lap strap portions 52, 53 functioning as waistbands, and a pair of shoulder strap portions 54, 55 functioning as shoulder straps. One end of the crotch portion 51 is attached to the substantially center of the seat panel 21 a. One ends of the pair of belt portions 52, 53 are attached to the lumbar region in the vicinity of the end of the back plate 21b on the seat plate 21a side, with a distance therebetween in the left-right direction. One ends of the pair of shoulder belt portions 54, 55 are mounted in a shoulder area located at a substantially center of the back plate 21b apart from each other in the left-right direction.
A buckle 56 as a first link is attached to the other end of the crotch portion 51. Further, a tongue piece 57 as a second link is attached to the other end of each of the lap belt portions 52, 53, and a tongue piece 58 as a third link is attached to the other end of each of the shoulder belt portions 54, 55. The second link 57 and the third link 58 are configured to be locked to the first link 56.
The child safety belt 50 is not limited to being installed in a rocking chair, and is often installed in many child care products such as a stroller.
Next, the seat back 30 attached to the support portion 20 will be described with reference to fig. 4 and 5. Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the seat back cushion 30. Fig. 5 is a partial cross-sectional view of the seat back 30 attached to the support portion 20 together with the canopy 70 at the center plane in the front-rear direction in the left-right direction. As is apparent from fig. 4, the seat back 30 is configured to be substantially symmetrical as a whole about a center plane in the left-right direction extending in the front-rear direction.
As shown in fig. 4, the seat back cushion 30 includes a seat portion 31, a back portion 32 connected to the seat portion 31 and positioned rearward of the seat portion 31, and a pair of side wall portions 33 positioned laterally to the seat portion 31 and the back portion 32. The seat portion 31 is supported by the seat plate 21a of the support portion 20, and mainly faces the buttocks of the child seated on the childcare article 10. On the other hand, the back portion 32 is supported by the back plate 21b of the support portion 20 and mainly faces the back of the child seated on the childcare article 10. The side wall portions 33 extend from the left and right side edges of the seat portion 31 and the back portion 32. The side wall portion 33 is supported by the armrest 22 of the support portion 20. The seat back cushion 30 further includes a head side portion 34, and the head side portion 34 is connected to an edge portion of the back portion 32 on the opposite side of the seat portion 31. The head side portion 34 connects the left and right side wall portions 33 and is supported by the headrest 21e of the support portion 20. The seat back cushion 30 further includes a leg portion 35, and the leg portion 35 is connected to an edge portion of the seat portion 31 on the opposite side of the back portion 32. The leg portion 35 connects the left and right side wall portions 33 and is supported by the leg portion 21 d. The seat back cushion 30 further includes a cover 36, and the cover 36 is connected to outer edge portions of the side wall portion 33 and the head side portion 34 on the opposite side of the back portion 32. As shown in fig. 4, the cover 36 extends out to the side of the seat back opposite the child side. As shown in fig. 5, the cover 36 covers the headrest 21e and the back plate 21b of the support portion 20 in a state where the seat back cushion 30 is attached to the support portion 20.
As shown in fig. 4, the seat back cushion 30 is formed with five through holes 61 to 65 through which the five belt portions 51 to 55 of the support portion 20 pass, respectively. The first through hole 61 is provided in the center of the seat portion 31 of the seat back 30, through which the crotch portion 51 passes. The second and third through holes 62 and 63 are provided in the lumbar region in the vicinity of the end portion of the back portion 32 on the seat portion 31 side, apart from each other in the left-right direction. The second and third through holes 62 and 63 allow the belt portions 52 and 53 to pass therethrough, respectively. The fourth and fifth through holes 64 and 65 are provided in a shoulder region located substantially at the center of the back portion 32 so as to be separated from each other in the left-right direction. The fourth and fifth through holes 64 and 65 allow the shoulder belt portions 54 and 55 to pass therethrough.
The illustrated nursing article is provided with a canopy that covers a seat back supported on a support portion. As one of the requirements for such a canopy, it is required to be applicable to various support portions and/or seat cushions. If the canopy can be adapted to various support portions and/or seat cushions, it can be used in combination with the support portions and/or seat cushions as desired. However, the canopy is usually connected only to the support part and/or the seat back cushion designed corresponding to the canopy, or if the connection is possible, the canopy cannot function as intended. In particular, the canopy typically has a connection portion for connection with a support portion or a seat cushion. The support portion or the seat back has a holding portion for holding the canopy, the holding portion being connected to the connecting portion of the canopy. The canopy cannot be connected to the holding portion that is not designed to correspond to the connecting portion, or cannot function as intended because the canopy is shaken even if the connection is possible or an undesirable gap is formed between the canopy and the support portion or the seat back. In addition, the canopy cannot be connected to the support portion and/or the seat back cushion which does not have the holding portion.
In view of such circumstances, the canopy of the present embodiment has been studied with great care so as to be applicable to various support portions and/or seat cushions.
Hereinafter, the canopy will be described with reference to fig. 5 to 8. Fig. 6 and 7 show the canopy before it is mounted to the support portion and the seat back. Fig. 6 is a view showing the canopy in a fully deployed state, and fig. 7 is a side view showing the canopy shown in fig. 6. Fig. 8 is a view showing the canopy mounted to the support portion and the seat back from the side of the support portion opposite the child side.
As shown in fig. 5, the canopy 70 has: a canopy main body 71 that covers the seat back 30; and a base 72 connected to at least a part of the peripheral edge of the canopy body 71. In the illustrated example, the canopy 70 can function as a mosquito net.
First, the base 72 will be explained. In the illustrated example, as shown in fig. 6, the base 72 is formed of a substantially rectangular cloth. Of course, the base 72 may also contain materials other than cloth. In addition, the base 72 may be formed of a material other than cloth. In the illustrated example, as shown in fig. 5, the base 72 has a size sufficient to cover most of the lumbar region of the footrest section 21d, the seat plate 21a, and the back plate 21b of the seat section support section 20. By covering the gap between the seat plate 21a and the back plate 21b and the gap between the seat plate 21a and the step part 21d with the base 72, the possibility that pests such as mosquitoes intrude into the inside of the canopy 70 through the gaps is reduced.
As shown in fig. 5, the base 72 is disposed between the seat back 30 and the support portion 20. This suppresses the movement of the base 72 relative to the seat back 30 and the support portion 20. In the illustrated example, the seat base 72 is disposed at least between a part (lumbar region) of the back portion 32 and the seat portion 31 of the seat back 30, and a part (lumbar region) of the back plate 21b and the seat plate 21a of the support portion 20. These portions of the seat back cushion 30 and the support portion 20 are portions that receive a large half of the body weight of a child seated on the childcare article 10. By disposing the base 72 between these portions of the seat back 30 and the support portion 20, the movement of the base 72 (and hence the canopy 70) relative to the seat back 30 and the support portion 20 is effectively prevented.
In the illustrated example, the base 72 has holes 81 to 83 through which the band portions 51 to 53 provided in the support portion 20 pass. The base 72 can be held by the band parts 51 to 53 by passing the band parts 51 to 53 through the holes 81 to 83 of the base 72. As a result, the movement of the base 72 relative to the seat back 30 and the support portion 20 is further effectively prevented. The band portions 51 to 53 are members which are normally provided in the nursing article 10 as described above. By using such a member to hold the base 72 (and thus the canopy 70), a dedicated holding portion for holding the canopy 70 need not be formed at the support portion and/or the seat back 30.
In the illustrated example, the base 72 is provided with three holes 81 to 83. The first hole 81 is provided in the center of the chassis 72 for the crotch portion 51 to pass through. The second hole 82 and the third hole 83 are regions near the rear peripheral edge portion 72r of the chassis 72, and are provided in regions covering the waist region of the back plate 21b so as to be separated from each other in the left-right direction. The second through-hole 82 and the third through-hole 83 allow the belt portions 52 and 53 to pass therethrough, respectively. The base 72 is held at a plurality of positions through which the belt parts 51 to 53 pass by passing the plurality of belt parts 51 to 53 through a plurality of holes 81 to 83 provided in the base 72. This further effectively prevents the base 72 from moving relative to the seat back 30 and the support portion 20.
The hole provided in the chassis 72 may be a hole through which a belt portion other than the crotch portion 51 and/or the waist belt portions 52 and 53 passes, or may be a hole through which the shoulder belt portions 54 and 55 pass. In this case, the pedestal 72 is formed to cover the shoulder region of the back plate 21 b. The hole provided in the base 72 in this manner may be a hole through which any of the belt portions 51 to 55 passes. The number of holes provided in the base 72 may be arbitrary. However, the waistband parts 52 and 53 are not used in many cases. Therefore, any of the holes provided in the base 72 is preferably a hole through which the crotch portion 51 or the shoulder straps 54 and 55 pass.
As described above, the base 72 is disposed between the seat back 30 and the support portion 20. Therefore, abrasion is generated between the base 72 and the seat back 30 and the support portion 20. In the illustrated example, the base 72 is held by the band portions 51 to 53, and therefore may be pulled by the band portions 51 to 53. Further, since the base 72 is connected to the canopy body 71, the canopy body 71 may be pulled. Since various forces are applied to the base 72 in this manner, the base 72 is made of a sufficiently strong fabric so as to be able to withstand these forces. In the illustrated example, the base 72 is formed of a cloth having a higher strength than the cloth 90 of the canopy body 71. In the present specification, the term "high-strength fabric" refers to a fabric having high tear strength, rupture strength, and abrasion strength.
Next, the canopy body 71 will be explained. The canopy body 71 includes a flexible cloth 90 and a plurality of rod-shaped reinforcing members 73 attached to the cloth 90. As described above, the canopy 70 can function as a mosquito net. Therefore, in the illustrated example, a mesh-like fabric is used as the fabric 90 of the canopy body 71. By forming the fabric 90 of the canopy main body 71 into a net shape, it is possible to suppress the intrusion of pests such as mosquitoes into the canopy 70 and to maintain the air permeability between the outside and the inside of the canopy 70. Of course, instead of the cloth 90, a net-like member other than the cloth may be used. The reinforcing member 73 is held by being sewn to the cloth 90, and forms a U-shape. The reinforcing member 73 is formed of Polyacetal (POM), for example. In the fully expanded state of the canopy 70 shown in fig. 1, the reinforcement member 73 maintains the cloth 90 of the canopy body 71 in an open state due to its rigidity. This can stably secure a space for accommodating the child between the cloth 90 and the seat back 30. Further, as shown in fig. 5, since both end portions of each reinforcing member 73 are disposed between the side wall portion 33 of the seat back 30 and the armrest 22 of the support portion 20, a child on the seat back 30 is prevented from contacting both end portions of the reinforcing member 73 and being injured.
As the fabric 90 of the canopy body 71, various known materials can be used depending on the functions required for the canopy 70. For example, in the case where it is required that the canopy 70 is fully opened, the inside of the canopy 70 can be viewed from the outside thereof, or the outside of the canopy 70 can be viewed from the inside thereof, as the fabric 90 of the canopy main body 71, a fabric having a high visible light transmittance can be used. In addition, when the canopy 70 is required to block sunlight and/or illumination light, a cloth having good light blocking properties can be used as the cloth 90 of the canopy body 71. In addition, as the function of the canopy 70, when it is required to shield the weather, a cloth having low air permeability and good water repellency and/or water resistance can be used as the cloth 90 of the canopy body 71. Of course, a plurality of types of cloth having different functions from each other can be used as the cloth 90 of the canopy body 71.
As shown in fig. 5, the cloth member 90 includes a first main cloth portion 91 and a second main cloth portion 92 that cover the upper portion from the front of the seat back 30 in the fully deployed state of the canopy 70, and a sub-cloth portion 93 that covers the support portion 20 and the seat back 30 on the side opposite to the child side. The plurality of reinforcing members 73 are sewn to the main cloth portions 91 and 92.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the first main cloth 91 is connected to the front peripheral edge 72f of the chassis 72. The first main cloth 91 forms a front edge of the cloth 90 of the canopy body 71, and has a first edge 91a connected to the base 72 and a second edge 91b connected to the second main cloth 92. The first edge 91a is sewn to the front peripheral edge 72f of the base 72. This reduces the risk of insects such as mosquitoes penetrating into the canopy 70 from between the first main cloth 91 and the base 72.
The second main cloth 92 has a third edge 92a connected to the first main cloth 91 and a fourth edge 92b connected to the sub-cloth 93. The fourth edge portion 92b is sewn to the sub-cloth portion 93. This reduces the risk of insects such as mosquitoes penetrating into the canopy 70 from between the second main cloth 92 and the sub-cloth 93.
The first main cloth portion 91 and the second main cloth portion 92 are connected via a zipper. More specifically, one element tape 95a of a pair of element tapes 95a, 95b of the slide fastener 95 is provided at the second edge portion 91b of the first main cloth portion 91. In addition, in the third edge portion 92a of the second main cloth portion 92, another fastener stringer 95b is provided corresponding to the one fastener tape 95 a. The slide fastener 95 further includes a slider 96 that engages each element row of the pair of element tapes 95a and 95b, and the slide fastener 95 can be opened and closed by moving the slider 96. By closing the slide fastener 95, the second edge 91b of the first main cloth 91 and the third edge 92a of the second main cloth 92 are connected without a gap, and thus, insects can be prevented from entering the canopy 70 from between the first main cloth 91 and the second main cloth 92. Further, by opening the zipper 95 to separate the first main cloth 91 from the second main cloth 92 (see fig. 2), the child in the canopy 70 is taken out while keeping the canopy 70 attached to the support portion 20.
The sub-cloth 93 has a fifth edge 93a connected to the second main cloth 92 and a sixth edge 92b forming a rear edge of the cloth 90 of the canopy body 71. As described above, in the state where the canopy 70 is attached to the support portion 20, the sub-cloth portion 93 covers the support portion 20 and the seat back on the side opposite to the child side (see fig. 5 and 8). This reduces the risk of pests penetrating into the canopy 70 from between the sub-cloth portion 93 and the support portion 20 and the seat back 30. As clearly shown in fig. 5 and 8, the sixth edge portion 93b is provided with a contact mechanism 94 for contacting the sub-cloth portion 93 with the support portion 20 or the outer cover 36 of the seat back 30. By bringing the sub-cloth portion 93 into contact with the support portion 20 or the outer cover 36 of the seat back 30, the risk of pests entering the inside of the canopy 70 from between the sub-cloth portion 93 and the support portion 20 or the seat back 30 is effectively reduced. In the illustrated example, the contact mechanism 94 is rubber provided along the sixth edge 93 b. By using rubber as the contact mechanism 94, even if the support portion 20 or the seat cushion 30 is operated (for example, the back plate 21b is moved relative to the seat plate 21 a), the sixth edge portion 93b of the sub-cloth portion 93 can be made to follow the movement of the support portion 20 or the seat cushion 30. Therefore, the sixth edge portion 93b of the sub-cloth portion 93 can be kept in contact with the support portion 20 or the seat back 30. As the contact mechanism 94, other materials, such as a button, can be used. In addition, the sub-cloth portion 93 may be brought into contact with the seat back 30 or the support portion 20 by another method not using the contact mechanism 94. As a method of bringing the sub-cloth portion 93 into contact with the seat back 30 or the support portion 20 without using the contact mechanism 94, for example, various methods such as sandwiching the end portion of the sub-cloth portion 93 on the sixth edge portion 93b side between the cover 36 of the seat back 30 and the back plate 21b of the support portion 20 can be employed.
As can be understood from fig. 6 and 7, the front end portion of the sub-cloth portion 93 is connected to the rear end portion of the first main cloth portion 91 and the rear peripheral edge portion 72r of the base 72, and the canopy 70 can continuously cover the side peripheral portion of the seat back 30.
Next, an attachment method of the seat back pad and the canopy to the support portion according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 9 to 11.
First, as shown in fig. 9, the base 72 of the canopy 70 is disposed in the step portion 21d of the support portion 20, the seat plate 21a, and the lumbar region of the back plate 21 b. At this time, the canopy body 71 is folded forward. The crotch portion 51 is passed through the first hole 81 of the chassis 72, and the pair of belt portions 52, 53 are passed through the second hole 82 and the third hole 83, respectively. Thus, the base 72 of the canopy 70 is held by the band portions 51 to 53.
Next, as shown in fig. 10, the seat back cushion 30 is disposed on the base 72. The crotch portion 51 is passed through the first through-hole 61 of the chassis 30, the pair of belt portions 52, 53 are passed through the second through-hole 62 and the third through-hole 63, respectively, and the pair of shoulder belt portions 54, 55 are passed through the fourth through-hole 64 and the fifth through-hole 65, respectively. The cover 36 of the seat back cushion 30 is covered on the headrest 21e and the back plate 21b of the support portion 20. Thus, the seat back cushion 30 is attached to the support portion 20.
Next, as shown in fig. 11, while the sub-cloth portion 93 of the canopy body 71 is pulled rearward to unfold the canopy body 71, the sub-cloth portion 93 covers the headrest 21e and the back plate 21b of the support portion 20 from above the cover 36 of the seat back cushion 30 (see fig. 5 and 8). Thus, the sixth edge portion 93b of the sub-cloth portion 93 contacts the headrest 21e and the back plate 21b of the support portion 20, or contacts the cover 36 of the seat back 30 covering them. In this way, the canopy 70 is mounted to the support portion 20 and the seat back 30.
On the other hand, if the canopy 70 and the seat back 30 are to be detached from the support portion 20, they may be detached in the reverse order of the above-described attaching order.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the canopy 70 can be applied to a child-care product other than a rocking chair. Fig. 12 shows an example in which the canopy 70 is applied to a child-care article as a stroller 100. In the example shown in fig. 12, the stroller 100 includes a support portion 120 as a stroller main body, and a seat back 130 supported by the support portion 120. More specifically, the stroller body 120 includes a seat 121 supporting a seat cushion 130, and leg portions 140 and a handle 141 supporting the seat 121. The seat 121 includes a seat portion 121a and a backrest 121 b. The seat back cushion 130 has a seat portion 131 that is primarily opposite the hips of the child, and a back portion 132 that is primarily opposite the back of the child. The base 72 of the canopy 70 is disposed between the seat portion 121a and a part of the backrest 121b of the seat 121 and the seat portion 131 and a part of the back portion 132 of the seat back 130. The sub cloth 93 of the canopy body 71 covers the back 121b of the seat 121 and the back 132 of the seat cushion 130, and covers the surfaces thereof opposite to the surfaces thereof on the child side. The sixth edge 93b of the secondary cloth portion 93 is in contact with at least one of the back portion 132 of the seat back 130 or the backrest 121b of the seat 121 by the contact mechanism 94. In the example shown in fig. 12, the canopy 70 covers the seat back cushion 130 and the seat 121 while suppressing formation of a gap between the seat back cushion 130 and the seat 121, through which pests can intrude into the canopy 70. In this way, the canopy 70 can be adapted to the stroller 100 in a manner that does not impair its function.
In addition, the canopy 70 can be applied to a child's mattress and/or a mat placed on the ground, or a simple bed. Fig. 13 shows an example in which the canopy 70 is applied to a simple bed placed on the floor. In the example shown in fig. 13, the seat back is a simple bed 230, and the support portion 220 is a floor for supporting the simple bed 230. The cot 230 has a first region 231 mainly opposite the hips and legs of the child, and a second region 232 mainly opposite the back and head of the child. The base 72 of the canopy 70 is disposed between the support portion 220 and a part of the first region 231 and the second region 232 of the simple bed 230. The sub-cloth 93 of the canopy body 71 covers the second region 232 of the simple bed 230, and covers the surface of the second region 232 opposite to the surface on the child side. The sixth edge 93b of the sub-cloth 93 is in contact with the surface by the contact mechanism 94. In the example shown in fig. 13, the canopy 70 covers the simple bed 230 while suppressing formation of a gap between the canopy 70 and the simple bed 230, through which pests can intrude into the canopy 70. In this way, the canopy 70 can be adapted to the cot 230 in a manner that does not impair its function.
Of course, the canopy 70 can be applied to pet raising products such as a pet cart and a pet bed. In this case, the seat back cushion 30 is a seat back cushion for a pet and/or a bed for a pet, and the support portion 20 may be a pet raising article main body that supports the seat back cushion 30 or a floor that supports the bed for a pet.
The nursing article 10 having the canopy 70 may further have a second canopy 370, as shown in fig. 14. In this case, the second canopy 370 preferably has a different function than the canopy 70. For example, in the illustrated example, since the fabric 90 of the canopy 70 is a mesh fabric that transmits light, the fabric 390 of the second canopy 370 is preferably a light-shielding fabric. In the illustrated example, the second canopy 370 is held by the holding mechanism 300 formed in the support portion 20, but may be attached to the support portion 20 and the seat back 30 by the same method as the canopy 70.
In the above-described embodiment, the canopy 70 is a canopy covering the seat back cushion 30 supported by the support portion 20, and includes the canopy main body covering the seat back cushion 30 and the base 72, and the base 72 is connected to at least a part 91a of the edge portion of the canopy main body 71 and is disposed between the seat back cushion 30 and the support portion 20.
According to the canopy 70 of the present embodiment, it is not necessary to provide a dedicated holding mechanism for holding the canopy 70 at the seat back 30 and/or the support portion 20, 120, 220. Thus, the canopy 70 can be adapted for use with a variety of seat cushions and/or supports 20, 120, 220.
In the above-described embodiment, the holes 81 to 83 through which the band portions 51 to 53 pass are formed in the base 72, and the band portions 51 to 53 are provided in the support portion 20 and extend through the through holes 61 to 63 formed in the seat back 30. Thus, the base 72 of the canopy 70 can be held by the support portion 20 using the band portions 51 to 53 provided for other purposes. This can prevent the base 72 from moving relative to the support portion 20 and the seat back 30.
In this case, for example, the support portion 20 is provided with three belt portions 51 to 53, the seat back 30 is formed with three through holes 61 to 63 through which the three belt portions 51 to 53 pass, and the seat base 72 is formed with three holes 81 to 83 through which the three belt portions 51 to 53 pass. Specifically, the supporting portion 20 is provided with a crotch portion 51 and a pair of belt portions 52, 53, the seat back 30 is provided with three through holes 61 to 63 through which the crotch portion 51 and the pair of belt portions 52, 53 pass, and the seat back 72 is provided with three holes 81 to 83 through which the crotch portion 51 and the pair of belt portions 52, 53 pass. In this case, the base 72 of the canopy 70 is held by the three belt portions 51 to 53 at three positions. Therefore, the movement of the base 72 relative to the support portion 20 and the seat back 30 is more effectively prevented.
In the above-described embodiment, the seat back cushion 30 includes the seat portion 31 facing the hip of the child and the back portion 32 facing the back of the child, and the base 72 is disposed in a part of the back portion 32 and between the seat portion 31 and the support portion 20. Here, the seat portion 31 and/or the back portion 32 of the seat back 30 and the seat plate 21a and/or the back plate 21b of the support portion 20 are portions that receive most of the body weight of the child seated in the childcare product 10. By disposing the base 72 between these portions of the seat back 30 and the support portion 20, the movement of the base 72 relative to the seat back 30 and the support portion 20 is effectively prevented.
In the above-described embodiment, the canopy 70 further includes the contact mechanism 94, and the contact mechanism 94 is provided at the portion 93b of the edge portion of the canopy main body 71, and contacts the portion 93b with at least one of the seat back 30 and the support portion 20. This can prevent a gap from being formed between the canopy body 71 and at least one of the seat back 30 and the support portion 20. The contact mechanism 94 is, for example, rubber provided along a part 93b of the edge portion of the canopy body 71. Since the contact mechanism 94 is made of rubber, when the seat back 30 and/or the support portion 20 are operated, the part 93b of the edge portion of the canopy main body 71 can follow the operation of the seat back 30 and/or the support portion 20. Therefore, the portion 93b can be continuously brought into contact with at least one of the seat back 30 and the support portion 20. Note that, by another method not using the contact mechanism 94, the part 93b of the edge portion of the canopy main body 71 can be continuously brought into contact with at least one of the seat back 30 and the support portion 20.
In the above-described embodiment, the support portion 20 is a main body of the childcare article, and constitutes the childcare article 10 together with the seat back 30. The support portion 20 may be a main body of a pet raising product, and may constitute a pet raising product such as a pet cart together with a seat back for a pet.
In the above-described embodiment, the canopy body 71 includes the cloth 90 and the rod-shaped reinforcing member 73 attached to the cloth 90, and the base 72 includes a cloth having a higher strength than the cloth 90 of the canopy body 71. In this case, the strength of the base 72 to which various forces are applied can be increased, and the life of the entire canopy 70 can be extended.
In the above-described embodiment, the base 72 has a fabric, and the fabric 90 of the canopy main body 71 has a fabric having a higher visible light transmittance than the fabric of the base 72. Thus, even when the canopy 70 is in the fully deployed state, the inside can be viewed from the outside of the canopy 70. In addition, the exterior can be viewed from the inside of the canopy 70.
In the above-described embodiment, the canopy body 71 includes the net member and the rod-shaped reinforcing member 73 attached to the net member. This can improve the air permeability between the inside and the outside of the canopy 70.
In the above-described embodiment, the childcare article 10 includes: a support portion 20 configured as a childcare article main body; a seat back cushion 30 supported by the support portion 20; and the canopy 70 described above.
According to the nursing article of the present embodiment, it is not necessary to provide a dedicated holding mechanism for holding the canopy 70 to the seat back 30 and/or the support portion 20. Therefore, the degree of freedom in designing the seat back 30 and/or the support portion 20 becomes high.
Although several modifications of the above embodiment have been described above, it is needless to say that a plurality of modifications can be appropriately combined and used.
