本发明公开了一种瓶装产品包装盒的加工模具,包括:上模;压痕板;还包括:下模,其设置有圆环体和底座,圆环体的顶面为锥形,圆环体由多片圆弧片组成,相邻两块圆弧片之间留有空缝,每只圆弧片底部设置有铰接块,该铰接块与底座铰接,圆弧片的内壁设置有拨动板,圆弧片的底面与下模的底座之间安装有张开压簧和限位块;下模顶芯,放置在下模圆环体内且位于拨动板的上方;顶模压簧,放置在底座和下模顶芯之间;常态下,受张开压簧的弹力影响,多片圆弧片的上部向外倾斜张开且张开的角度受制于限位块的高度,压模时,压痕板的外板外边将圆形纸板的外圈逐渐压入空缝形成褶状,本发明具有能适用不同厚薄的纸板、破损率低、抗压强度高的有益效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种瓶装产品包装盒的加工模具。
背景技术
瓶装产品例如酒类产品包装盒,其内部通常需要防震垫,现有技术中,防震垫通常选用白泡沫塑料制成,白泡沫塑料很难分解,会污染环境,纸板材料虽然也有较好的抗压和防震性能,但纸板材料不易加工成理想的形状, 为此, 中国专利CN201811169962.4公开了具有环保功能的瓶装产品包装盒的加工模具,用于生产瓶装产品包装盒中的防震垫,加工模具在使用比较薄或比较软的纸板材料时,效果会比较好,但使用较厚或者较硬的纸板材料时,成型效果并不理想,压模时,上下模之间的间隙如果太大,成型效果差,上下模之间的间隙如果太小,容易形成剪切力,拉破纸板。
发明内容
本发明根据以上不足,提供了一种瓶装产品包装盒的加工模具,在压制瓶装产品包装盒中的防震垫时,下模通过改变形状减少纸板拉破,适用较厚纸板成型,同时,该防震垫的褶边棱角比较分明,能提高抗压性能。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种瓶装产品包装盒的加工模具,包括:
上模,呈圆环状,其下部开设有均布的多只缝隙、底部的圆周上开设有圆环槽;
压痕板,多只,由外板和内板组成角状结构,角的位置开设有铰接孔,多只压痕板分别插入多只缝隙内,由钢丝穿过铰接孔且环绕在圆环槽固定,外板和内板以铰接孔为中心沿着缝隙能够转动;
拉簧,多只,其一端与压痕板的内板铰接、另一端与上模的内凸块铰接,常态下,压痕板的外板从缝隙外露;
还包括:
下模,其设置有圆环体和底座,圆环体的顶面为锥形,圆环体由多片圆弧片组成,相邻两块圆弧片之间留有空缝,每只圆弧片底部设置有铰接块,该铰接块与底座铰接,圆弧片的内壁设置有拨动板,圆弧片的底面与下模的底座之间安装有张开压簧和限位块;
下模顶芯,放置在下模圆环体内且位于拨动板的上方;
顶模压簧,放置在底座和下模顶芯之间;
常态下,受张开压簧的弹力影响,多片圆弧片的上部向外倾斜张开且张开的角度受制于限位块的高度,当圆形纸板放置在上模和下模之间、上模下压时,圆形纸板被上模底面压入下模圆环体内,压痕板的外板外边将圆形纸板的外圈逐渐压入空缝形成褶状,同时,压痕板的外板内边朝向缝隙逐渐内缩,拉簧逐渐拉长,顶模压簧压缩,当下模顶芯压到多片圆弧片的拨动板时,张开压簧受压,多片圆弧片收拢夹紧上模,将圆形纸板加工成有褶状的包装盒的防震垫,上模上升时,顶模压簧和下模顶芯将防震垫顶出,多片圆弧片恢复常态。
需要说明的是,在褶状成型初期,下模与上模之间的间隙比较大,不容易形成剪切状态。
为了定位所述的顶模压簧,下模顶芯设置有圆筒,所述的顶模压簧部分伸入圆筒内。
作为优选,所述下模为锥形的锥面与水平面的夹角为30-60度。
作为优选,所述底座开设有径向槽,所述的铰接块嵌入该径向槽可转动固定,圆弧片仅能朝着圆环体中心转动。
作为优选,所述张开压簧的两端分别嵌入所述圆弧片的底面内凹和所述下模的底座内凹,限位块固定在底座上。
本发明具有能适用不同厚薄的纸板、破损率低、抗压强度高的有益效果。

具体实施方式
现结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明:
如图所示,本发明要加工的一种瓶装产品包装盒,包括:外盒本体1,外盒本体1的底部安装有瓶装产品2的防震垫3,该防震垫3由圆形纸板翻折形成顶面31和侧面32,顶面31为圆形平面,侧面32由多个褶状面连接形成圆周面,环状纸板圈4与防震垫3可以通过胶水粘接在一起,也可以将防震垫3的多个褶状面弯折后紧贴侧面32再用胶水粘接在一起。
一种瓶装产品包装盒的加工模具,包括:
上模5,呈圆环状,其下部开设有均布的多只缝隙52、底部的圆周上开设有圆环槽53;
压痕板61,多只,由外板和内板组成角状结构,角的位置开设有铰接孔63,多只压痕板61分别插入多只缝隙52内,由钢丝穿过铰接孔63且环绕在圆环槽53固定,外板和内板以铰接孔63为中心沿着缝隙52能够转动;压痕板61的厚度不宜太厚,可选0.5-0.8mm。
拉簧62,多只,其一端与压痕板61的内板铰接、另一端与上模5的内凸块51铰接,常态下,压痕板61的外板从缝隙52外露;
下模7,其设置有圆环体和底座77,圆环体的顶面为锥形,圆环体由多片圆弧片71组成,相邻两块圆弧片71之间留有空缝70,每只圆弧片71底部设置有铰接块74,该铰接块74与底座77铰接,圆弧片71的内壁设置有拨动板72,圆弧片71的底面与下模的底座77之间安装有张开压簧76和限位块73;
下模顶芯81,放置在下模7圆环体内且位于拨动板72的上方;
顶模压簧82,放置在底座77和下模顶芯81之间;
常态下,受张开压簧76的弹力影响,多片圆弧片71的上部向外倾斜张开且张开的角度受制于限位块73的高度,当圆形纸板放置在上模5和下模7之间、上模5下压时,圆形纸板被上模5底面压入下模7圆环体内,压痕板61的外板外边将圆形纸板的外圈逐渐压入空缝70形成褶状33,同时,压痕板61的外板内边朝向缝隙52逐渐内缩,拉簧62逐渐拉长,顶模压簧82压缩,当下模顶芯81压到多片圆弧片71的拨动板72时,张开压簧76受压,多片圆弧片71收拢夹紧上模5,将圆形纸板加工成有褶状33的包装盒的防震垫3,上模5上升时,顶模压簧82和下模顶芯81将防震垫3顶出,多片圆弧片71恢复常态。
下模顶芯81设置有圆筒811,顶模压簧82部分伸入圆筒811内。
下模7为锥形的锥面与水平面的夹角为30-60度。
底座77开设有径向槽,铰接块74嵌入该径向槽可转动固定,圆弧片71仅能朝着圆环体中心转动。圆弧片71与底座77铰接可以参考压痕板61的铰接结构,即铰接块74由钢丝穿过铰接孔且环绕在底座77的圆环槽外固定。
压痕板61,多只,由外板和内板组成角状结构,角的位置开设有铰接孔63,多只压痕板61分别插入多只缝隙52内,由钢丝穿过铰接孔63且环绕在圆环槽53固定。
张开压簧76的两端分别嵌入圆弧片71的底面内凹和下模的底座77内凹,限位块73固定在底座77上。

Claims (5)

1.一种瓶装产品包装盒的加工模具,包括:
上模(5),呈圆环状,其下部开设有均布的多只缝隙(52)、底部的圆周上开设有圆环槽(53);
压痕板(61),多只,由外板和内板组成角状结构,角的位置开设有铰接孔(63),多只压痕板(61)分别插入多只缝隙(52)内,由钢丝穿过铰接孔(63)且环绕在圆环槽(53)固定,外板和内板以铰接孔(63)为中心沿着缝隙(52)能够转动;
拉簧(62),多只,其一端与压痕板(61)的内板铰接、另一端与上模(5)的内凸块(51)铰接,常态下,压痕板(61)的外板从缝隙(52)外露;
其特征是,还包括:
下模(7),其设置有圆环体和底座(77),圆环体的顶面为锥形,圆环体由多片圆弧片(71)组成,相邻两块圆弧片(71)之间留有空缝(70),每只圆弧片(71)底部设置有铰接块(74),该铰接块(74)与底座(77)铰接,圆弧片(71)的内壁设置有拨动板(72),圆弧片(71)的底面与底座(77)之间安装有张开压簧(76)和限位块(73);
下模顶芯(81),放置在下模(7)圆环体内且位于拨动板(72)的上方;
顶模压簧(82),放置在底座(77)和下模顶芯(81)之间;
常态下,受张开压簧(76)的弹力影响,多片圆弧片(71)的上部向外倾斜张开且张开的角度受制于限位块(73)的高度,当圆形纸板放置在上模(5)和下模(7)之间、上模(5)下压时,圆形纸板被上模(5)底面压入下模(7)圆环体内,压痕板(61)的外板外边将圆形纸板的外圈逐渐压入空缝(70)形成褶状,同时,压痕板(61)的外板内边朝向缝隙(52)逐渐内缩,拉簧(62)逐渐拉长,顶模压簧(82)压缩,当下模顶芯(81)压到多片圆弧片(71)的拨动板(72)时,张开压簧(76)受压,多片圆弧片(71)收拢夹紧上模(5),将圆形纸板加工成有褶状的包装盒的防震垫(3),上模(5)上升时,顶模压簧(82)和下模顶芯(81)将防震垫(3)顶出,多片圆弧片(71)恢复常态。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种瓶装产品包装盒的加工模具,其特征是,所述的下模顶芯(81)设置有圆筒(811),所述的顶模压簧(82)部分伸入圆筒(811)内。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种瓶装产品包装盒的加工模具,其特征是,所述下模(7)为锥形的锥面与水平面的夹角为30-60度。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种瓶装产品包装盒的加工模具,其特征是,所述底座(77)开设有径向槽,所述的铰接块(74)嵌入该径向槽可转动固定,圆弧片(71)仅能朝着圆环体中心转动。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种瓶装产品包装盒的加工模具,其特征是,所述张开压簧(76)的两端分别嵌入所述圆弧片(71)的底面内凹和所述下模的底座(77)内凹,限位块(73)固定在底座(77)上。
