the first link assembly 5 and the second link assembly 6 are a set of link synchronization mechanisms, that is, the first link assembly 5 and the second link assembly 6 respectively drive the first sorting tray 23 and the second sorting tray 24 to achieve synchronous movement.
The control system may include a controller electrically connected to the driving mechanism, the driving mechanism contacting or connected to the first locking member, and the controller controls the driving mechanism to drive the first locking member to move to lock the first locking member 8 when it is determined that the bottom surface of the first sorting tray 23 and the bottom surface of the second sorting tray 24 are in contact and in the same plane.
The driving mechanism can be a link mechanism, the input end of the link mechanism is connected with the controller, and the output end of the link mechanism is contacted or connected with the first locking piece. When the controller determines that the bottom surface of the first sorting tray 23 and the bottom surface of the second sorting tray 24 are in contact and are in the same plane, the controller controls the input end of the connecting mechanism to move and drives the output end of the connecting rod to move according to the preset direction, so that the connecting rod mechanism touches or is connected with the first locking piece to move, and the first locking piece is in a locking state.
The driving mechanism can also be a mechanism composed of an air cylinder and a moving wheel, wherein the input end of the air cylinder is electrically connected with the controller, the output end of the air cylinder is electrically connected with the moving wheel, when the controller determines that the bottom surface of the first sorting tray 23 and the bottom surface of the second sorting tray 24 are in contact and are in the same plane, the controller controls the output end of the air cylinder, namely the piston rod, to move and drive the moving wheel to move, and then the moving wheel touches the first locking piece, so that the first locking piece is in a locking state.
The working principle of the plate turning trolley is as follows: when the bottom surfaces of the first sorting tray 23 and the second sorting tray 24 are in the same plane, which indicates that the first sorting tray 23 and the second sorting tray 24 are relatively contacted and merged together, the first locking member 8 locks the first rotating body 7 to prevent the first rotating body 7 from rotating, so that the first link assembly 5 and the second link assembly 6 also keep stationary movement; when the articles 1-3 in the first and second sorting trays 23 and 24 are transported to the predetermined destination, the control system controls the first locking member 8 to be opened, that is, the first locking member is in an unlocked state, and since the first rotating body 7 has no mechanism limitation, the first and second sorting trays 23 and 24 drive the first and second link assemblies 5 and 6 to move by its own weight, so that the first and second sorting trays 23 and 24 rotate around the first and second rotating shafts 1 and 2, respectively, and the articles 1-3 in the first or second sorting tray 23 or 24 slide down.
Therefore, the first rotating shaft 1 and the second rotating shaft 2 of the flap trolley provided by the embodiment of the invention are respectively and fixedly arranged between the first mounting frame 3 and the second mounting frame 4 which are oppositely arranged, one end of the first link assembly 5 is fixedly hinged on the first rotating shaft 1, and the other end of the first link assembly 5 is fixedly arranged on the first rotating body 7; the first rotating body 7 is relatively hinged on the first mounting frame 3; one end of the second connecting rod assembly 6 is fixedly hinged on the second rotating shaft 2, and the other end of the second connecting rod assembly 6 is fixedly arranged on the first rotating body 7; the first locking member 8 is fixedly mounted on the first mounting frame 3 and is adapted to be in contact with or connected to a control system. Compared with the plate turning trolley of the inclined sorting equipment in the prior art, when the first locking piece is in an unlocked state, the plate turning trolley provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the first sorting tray arranged on the first rotating shaft and the second sorting tray arranged on the second rotating shaft can reliably realize self gravity, synchronous motion is realized under the action of the first connecting rod assembly and the second connecting rod assembly, and when the first sorting tray and the second sorting tray are combined and contacted, the edges which are not used for contacting the edges of the other sorting tray can be provided with the baffle plates, so that articles can be prevented from falling off when not being transported, and the plate turning trolley provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for sorting articles in various shapes.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the first rotating shaft 1 is further configured to be sleeved in the first through holes 1-131 hinged to the third sorting tray 25, and the second rotating shaft 2 is further configured to be sleeved in the first through holes 1-131 hinged to the fourth sorting tray (26);
above-mentioned board dolly still includes turns over: a third connecting rod assembly 9, a fourth connecting rod assembly 10, a second rotating body 11 and a second locking piece 12;

the second locking member 12 is fixedly mounted on the second mounting frame 4 and is adapted to contact or connect with the control system, such that the control system further comprises: controlling the second locking member 12 to be in a locked state when it is determined that the bottom surfaces of the third sorting tray 25 and the fourth sorting tray 26 are in the same plane, so that the second locking member restricts the rotation of the second rotator 11; when it is determined that the items 1-3 on the third sorting tray 25 and/or the fourth sorting tray (26) need to be released, the second locking member is controlled to be unlocked, so that the third sorting tray 25 and the fourth sorting tray (26) can drive the second rotor 11 to rotate.
The third connecting rod assembly 9 and the fourth connecting rod assembly 10 may be connecting rod assemblies of the same structure or not, and meanwhile, the first connecting rod assembly 5, the second connecting rod assembly 6, the third connecting rod assembly 9 and the fourth connecting rod assembly 10 may also be connecting rod assemblies of the same structure or connecting rod assemblies of different structures, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In addition, the third connecting rod assembly 9 and the fourth connecting rod assembly 10 may be each an assembly composed of a plurality of connecting rods, and the assembly has one connecting rod as an input end and one connecting rod as an output end.
The first rotating shaft 1 is also used to be sleeved and hinged in the first through holes 1-131 of the third sorting tray 25, that is, the first rotating shaft 1 is sequentially sleeved in the first through holes 1-131 of the first sorting tray 23 and the first through holes 1-131 of the third sorting tray 25 and hinged with the first through holes 1-131 of the first sorting tray 23 and the first through holes 1-131 of the second sorting tray 24, so that the first sorting tray and the third sorting tray 25 can rotate relative to the first rotating shaft 1.
The second rotating shaft 2 is also used to be sleeved and hinged in the first through holes 1-131 of the fourth sorting tray 26, that is, the second rotating shaft 2 is sleeved and hinged in the first through holes 1-131 of the third sorting tray 25 and the first through holes 1-131 of the fourth sorting tray 26 and hinged with the first through holes 1-131 of the third sorting tray 25 and the first through holes 1-131 of the fourth sorting tray 26, so that the third sorting tray and the fourth sorting tray 26 can rotate relative to the second rotating shaft 2.
The third connecting rod assembly 9 and the fourth connecting rod assembly 10 are relatively and fixedly arranged on the second mounting frame 4, wherein one end of the third connecting rod assembly 9 is sleeved on the first rotating shaft 1 and is hinged with the first rotating shaft 1; and is used for being fixedly connected with the end surface, close to the second mounting frame 4, of the third sorting tray 25 sleeved on the first rotating shaft 1; the other end of the third connecting rod assembly 9 is fixedly arranged on the second rotating body 11; one end of the fourth connecting rod assembly 10 is sleeved on the second rotating shaft 2 and is hinged with the second rotating shaft 2; and is used for being fixedly connected with the fourth sorting tray 26 sleeved on the second rotating shaft 2 and close to the end surface of the second mounting frame 4; the other end of the fourth connecting rod assembly 10 is fixedly arranged on the second rotating body 11;
the third and fourth connecting rod assemblies 9 and 10 are a set of connecting rod synchronization mechanisms, that is, the third and fourth connecting rod assemblies 9 and 10 respectively drive the third and fourth sorting trays 25 and 26 to achieve synchronous movement.
The control system may include a controller and a driving mechanism electrically connected to the controller, the driving mechanism contacting or connected to the second locking member 12, and the controller may further control the driving mechanism to drive the second locking member 12 to move when it is determined that the bottom surface of the third sorting tray 25 and the bottom surface of the fourth sorting tray 26 are in the same plane, so that the second locking member 12 is in a locking state.
The driving mechanism can be a link mechanism, the input end of the link mechanism is connected with the controller, and the output end of the link mechanism is contacted or connected with the second locking piece. When the controller determines that the bottom surfaces of the third sorting tray 25 and the fourth sorting tray 26 are in the same plane, the controller controls the input end of the connecting mechanism to move and drives the output end of the connecting rod to move according to a preset direction, so that the connecting rod mechanism touches or is connected with the second locking piece to move, and the second locking piece is in a locking state.
The driving mechanism can also be a mechanism composed of an air cylinder and a moving wheel, the input end of the air cylinder is electrically connected with the controller, the output end of the air cylinder is electrically connected with the moving wheel, when the controller determines that the bottom surfaces of the third sorting tray 25 and the fourth sorting tray 26 are in the same plane, the controller controls the output end of the air cylinder, namely the piston rod, to move and drive the moving wheel to move, and then the moving wheel touches the second locking piece, so that the second locking piece is in a locking state.
The working principle of the plate turning trolley is as follows: when the bottom surfaces of the third sorting tray 25 and the fourth sorting tray 26 are in the same plane, which indicates that the third sorting tray 25 and the fourth sorting tray 26 are relatively merged together, the second locking member 12 locks the second rotating body 11 to prevent the second rotating body 11 from rotating, and the third connecting rod assembly 9 and the fourth connecting rod assembly 10 also keep still moving; when the articles 1-3 in the third sorting tray 25 and the fourth sorting tray 26 are transported to the preset destination, the control system controls the second locking member 12 to be opened, that is, the second locking member 12 is not locked, and the second rotator 11 has no mechanism limitation, so that the third sorting tray 25 and the fourth sorting tray 26 can drive the second rotator 11 to rotate by self gravity, thereby driving the third sorting tray 25 and the fourth sorting tray 26 to rotate around the first rotating shaft 1 and the second rotating shaft 2, respectively, and further enabling the articles 1-3 in the third sorting tray 25 or the fourth sorting tray 26 to slide down.
Therefore, one end of the third connecting rod assembly 9 of the flap trolley of the embodiment of the invention is fixedly hinged on the first rotating shaft 1; the other end of the third connecting rod component 9 is relatively and fixedly arranged on the second rotating body 11; the second rotating body 11 is relatively hinged on the second mounting frame 4; one end of the fourth connecting rod assembly 10 is fixedly hinged to the second rotating shaft 2, and the other end of the fourth connecting rod assembly 10 is relatively and fixedly arranged on the second rotating body 11; a second locking member 12 is fixedly mounted on the second mounting frame 4 and is adapted to be in contact with or connected to a control system. Compared with a sorting tray formed by sleeving the first sorting tray 23 and the second sorting tray 24, the plate turning trolley disclosed by the embodiment of the invention not only can sort articles in various shapes, but also is simple in structure and high in sorting efficiency.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the first connecting rod assembly 5, the second connecting rod assembly 6, the third connecting rod assembly 9 and the fourth connecting rod assembly 10 are all connecting rod assemblies with the same structure;
the connecting rod assembly is two connecting rods;
wherein, the first link of the first link assembly 5 is fixedly hinged on the first rotating shaft 1 and is used for being fixedly connected with the end surface of the first sorting tray 23 adjacent to the first mounting frame 3; the end of the second link of the first link assembly 5 is fixedly mounted on the first rotating body 7;
the first connecting rod of the second connecting rod assembly 6 is fixedly hinged to the second rotating shaft 2 and is used for being fixedly connected with the end face, close to the first mounting frame 3, of the second sorting tray 24; the end of the second link assembly 6 is fixedly mounted on the first rotating body 7; when the length direction of the first link assembly 5 and the plane of the first sorting tray 23 form a first preset included angle and the length direction of the first link assembly 6 is parallel to the plane of the second sorting tray 24, the bottom surfaces of the first sorting tray 23 and the first sorting tray 23 are in the same plane;
the first link of the third link assembly 9 is fixedly hinged to the first rotating shaft 1 and is used for being fixedly connected with an end face, adjacent to the second mounting frame 4, of the third sorting tray 25; the end part of the second connecting rod of the third connecting rod assembly 9 is fixedly arranged on the second rotating body 11;
the first link of the fourth link assembly 10 is fixedly hinged to the second rotating shaft 2 and is used for being fixedly connected with the end face, adjacent to the second mounting frame 4, of the fourth sorting tray 26; the end of the second link of the fourth link assembly 10 is fixedly mounted on the second rotor 11; and when the length direction of the first link of the third link assembly 9 and the plane of the third sorting tray 25 are at a second preset angle and the length direction of the first link of the fourth link assembly 10 is parallel to the plane of the fourth sorting tray 26, the bottom surfaces of the third sorting tray 25 and the fourth sorting tray 26 are in the same plane.
Wherein, the first connecting rod assembly 5 and the second connecting rod assembly 6 are both two connecting rods.
The first connecting rod of the first connecting rod assembly 5 can be sleeved and hinged on the first rotating shaft, and the first connecting rod of the second connecting rod assembly 6 can be sleeved and hinged on the second rotating shaft.
In order to reduce the weight of the first, second, third and fourth link assemblies 5, 6, 9 and 10 and save the material of the first, second, third and fourth link assemblies 5, 6, 9 and 10, a plurality of through holes may be formed on the second links of the first, second, third and fourth link assemblies 5, 6, 9 and 10.
The first preset angle can be understood as: when the first sorting tray and the second sorting tray are combined, the length direction of the first connecting rod and the included angle of the first sorting tray are included. The first predetermined angle may be 90 degrees.
The second preset angle may be understood as: when the third sorting tray and the fourth sorting tray are combined, the length direction of the first connecting rod and the included angle presented by the third sorting tray are included. The first predetermined angle may be 90 degrees.
The first preset included angle and the second preset included angle may be the same or different.
As can be seen, the first link assembly 5, the second link assembly 6, the third link assembly 9 and the fourth link assembly 10 of the embodiment of the present invention are all two links with the same structure; the first link of the first link assembly 5 is fixedly hinged on the first rotating shaft 1, and the end part of the second link of the first link assembly 5 is fixedly arranged on the first rotating body 7; a first connecting rod of the second connecting rod assembly 6 is fixedly hinged on the second rotating shaft 2, and the end part of a second connecting rod of the second connecting rod assembly 6 is fixedly arranged on the first rotating body 7; a first connecting rod of the third connecting rod assembly 9 is fixedly hinged on the first rotating shaft 1, and the end part of a second connecting rod of the third connecting rod assembly 9 is fixedly arranged on the second rotating body 11; a first link of the fourth link assembly 10 is fixedly hinged to the second rotating shaft 2, and an end of a second link of the fourth link assembly 10 is fixedly mounted on the second rotating body 11. The two connecting rods are simple in structure and easy to operate, and the self-weight unloading function formed by the two connecting rods and the sorting trays does not use extra energy consumption.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the flap carriage further includes: the first rotating body 7 and the second rotating body 11 are in the same polygonal plate-shaped structure, and a clamping groove 15 is formed in the plate surface penetrating through the polygonal plate-shaped structure;
the first fixing member 13 is fixedly mounted on the first mounting bracket 3 through the plate surface of the first rotating body 7, and the first rotating body 7 can rotate relative to the first fixing member 13;
the second connecting rod of the first connecting rod assembly 5 and the second connecting rod of the second connecting rod assembly 6 are both fixedly arranged on the plate surface of the first rotating body 7;
the second fixing part 14 penetrates through the plate surface of the second rotating body 11 and is fixedly arranged on the second mounting rack 4, and the second rotating body 11 can rotate relative to the second fixing part 14;
the second connecting rod of the third connecting rod assembly 9 and the second connecting rod of the fourth connecting rod assembly 10 are both fixedly arranged on the plate surface of the second rotating body 11; so that the control system controls the first locking member to be placed in the blocking groove 15 of the first rotating body 7 when it is determined that the bottom surface of the first sorting tray 23 and the bottom surface of the second sorting tray 24 are in the same plane;
when it is determined that the items 1-3 on the first sorting tray 23 and/or the second sorting tray 24 need to be released, the first locking member 88 is controlled to be disengaged from the blocking slot 15 of the first rotating body 7, so that the first sorting tray 23 and the second sorting tray 24 can drive the first rotating body 7 to rotate;
the control system controls the second locking member 12 to be placed in the blocking groove 15 of the second rotor 11 when it is determined that the bottom surface of the third sorting tray 25 and the bottom surface of the fourth sorting tray 26 are in the same plane;
when it is determined that it is necessary to release the items 1-3 on the third sorting tray 25 and/or the fourth sorting tray 26, the second locking member 12 is controlled to disengage from the blocking groove 15 of the second rotor 11, so that the third sorting tray 25 and the fourth sorting tray 26 can rotate the first rotor 7.
The locking groove 15 may be a rectangular groove, a circular groove, or an L-shaped or semicircular groove located at the edge of the first rotating body 7 or the second rotating body 11, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
The polygonal plate-shaped structure may be a quadrangular plate-shaped structure, a pentagonal plate-shaped structure, or the like, but the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto, and in order to reduce the weight of the polygonal plate-shaped structure and save materials, the polygonal plate-shaped structure may be a hollow structure, and the polygonal plate-shaped structure is exemplified by a pentagonal plate-shaped structure, which is a plate-shaped structure having a pair of vertical edges, and is denoted as a first plate edge and a second plate edge;
the first fixing part 13 penetrates through the joint of the first plate edge and the second plate edge in the first rotating body 7, so that the first rotating body 7 can rotate relative to the first fixing part 13;
the second fixing element 14 extends through the joint between the first and second plate edges of the second rotor 11, so that the second rotor 11 can rotate relative to the second fixing element 14.
The second connecting rod of the first connecting rod assembly 5 and the second connecting rod of the second connecting rod assembly 6 are fixedly connected to the third plate edge of the first rotating body 7, and the third plate edge is a plate edge formed by removing the second plate edge from the edge adjacent to the first plate edge.
The second links of the third and fourth link assemblies 9 and 10 are fixedly connected to the third plate edge of the second rotor 11.
And when the first plate edge of the first rotating body 7 is in the vertical state, the first sorting tray 23 and the second sorting tray 24 are merged, and the first sorting tray 23 and the second sorting tray 24 are both in the horizontal state, and when the control system monitors that the first plate edge of the first rotating body 7 is in the preset position, namely the vertical state, which means that the bottom surface of the first sorting tray 23 and the bottom surface of the second sorting tray 24 are in the same plane, the control system controls the first locking member 8 to be placed at the clamping groove 15.
When the first board edge of the second rotator 11 is in the vertical state, the first sorting tray 23 and the second sorting tray 24 are combined, and the third sorting tray 25 and the fourth sorting tray 26 are both in the horizontal state, at this time, when the control system monitors that the first board edge of the second rotator 11 is in the preset position, i.e., the vertical state, it means that the bottom surface of the third sorting tray 25 and the bottom surface of the fourth sorting tray 26 are in the same plane, and then the control system controls the second locking member 12 to be placed in the clamping groove 15.
Therefore, the flap trolley of the embodiment of the invention further comprises: the first fixing part 13 and the second fixing part 14, the first rotating body 7 and the second rotating body 11 are in the same polygonal plate-shaped structure, and a clamping groove 15 is arranged on the plate surface penetrating through the polygonal plate-shaped structure; the first fixing member 13 is fixedly mounted on the first mounting bracket 3 through the plate surface of the first rotating body 7; the second connecting rod of the first connecting rod assembly 5 and the second connecting rod of the second connecting rod assembly 6 are fixedly arranged on the plate surface of the first rotating body 7; the second fixing piece 14 penetrates through the plate surface of the second rotating body 11 and is fixedly arranged on the second mounting frame 4; the second connecting rod of the third connecting rod assembly 9 and the second connecting rod of the fourth connecting rod assembly 10 are both fixedly mounted on the plate surface of the second rotating body 11. The first and second rotating bodies 7 and 11 provided in the embodiment of the present invention have simple structures and are easy to operate, and the first and second sorting trays 23 and 24 can be moved synchronously, and the third and fourth sorting trays 25 and 26 can be moved synchronously.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4-6, the first mounting frame 3 and the second mounting frame 4 are respectively provided with a limiting groove 16;
notches serving as clamping grooves 15 are formed in the edge of the first rotating body 7 and the edge of the second rotating body 11;
the first locking member 8 and the second locking member 12 are in the same locking structure, and the locking structure comprises a locking plate, a torsion spring and a locking rod;
the locking plate is a structure formed by connecting a first strip-shaped plate and a second strip-shaped plate into a preset angle;
the locking rod of the first locking member 8 penetrates through the locking plate and the torsion spring in sequence and is fixedly mounted on the first mounting frame 3, one end of the torsion spring of the first locking member 8 is fixed on the locking plate, and the other end of the torsion spring is fixedly mounted on the first mounting frame 3;
a second strip-shaped plate of the locking plate of the first locking member 8 penetrates through the limiting groove 16 of the first mounting frame 3, and is used for positioning the end part of the second strip-shaped plate as a clamping position in the clamping groove 15 of the first rotating body 7 when the first locking member 8 is in a locking state;
the locking rod of the second locking member 12 sequentially penetrates through a locking plate and a torsion spring to be fixedly mounted on the second mounting frame 4, one end of the torsion spring of the second locking member 12 is fixed on the locking plate, and the other end of the torsion spring is fixedly mounted on the second mounting frame 4;
the second bar-shaped plate of the locking plate of the second locking member 12 runs through in the limiting groove 16 of the second mounting bracket 4, and is used for when the second locking member 12 is in a locking state, the end of the second bar-shaped plate is arranged in as a clamping position in the clamping groove 15 of the second rotating body 11.
The locking plate is a structure formed by connecting a first strip-shaped plate and a second strip-shaped plate into a preset angle; it can be understood that: the locking plate comprises a first strip-shaped plate and a second strip-shaped plate, wherein the first strip-shaped plate is connected with the end part of the second strip-shaped plate, and is at a preset angle.
The preset angle is determined by the angle formed by the first strip-shaped plate and the second strip-shaped plate when the first strip-shaped plate is arranged at the first mounting frame 3 or the second mounting frame 4 and the second strip-shaped plate passes through the limiting groove 16 and is arranged at the clamping groove 15.
The locking plate rotates under the action of the torsion spring, and the second strip-shaped plate of the locking plate is abutted against the limiting groove 16. Meanwhile, the limiting groove 16 can also reduce the tensile stress of the locking plate on the first fixing part 13 or the second fixing part 14 of the locking plate in the resetting process.
The bottom end surfaces of the first sorting tray 23, the second sorting tray 24, the third sorting tray 25 and the fourth sorting tray 26, which are opposite to the articles 1-3, are provided with reset blocks 1-4; the specific resetting process is as follows:
the reset rods on the fixed frame in the sorting equipment are contacted with the reset blocks 1-4 in the first sorting tray 23 and the reset blocks 1-4 in the second sorting tray 24, and the reset blocks 1-4 crawl along the reset rods through the operation of the turning plate trolley until the first sorting tray 23 and the second sorting tray 24 are closed.
During the process of completing the closing of the first sorting tray 23 and the second sorting tray 24, the first rotating body 7 rotates clockwise until the edge of the first rotating body 7 abuts against the locking plate of the first locking member 8, the tendency of the clockwise rotation of the first rotating body 7 causes the locking plate to move in the limiting groove 16 in the direction away from the first rotating body 7 until the first rotating body 7 is completely reset, i.e. the edge of the first rotating body 7 no longer restricts the locking plate of the first locking member 8, the locking plate is reset under the action of the rotational force provided by the torsion spring of the first locking member 8 to abut against the retaining groove 15 of the first rotating body 7, and further, the rotation of the first rotating body 7 is restricted, and the first locking member 8 assumes a locked state.
Similarly, the reset rod contacts with the reset blocks 1-4 in the third sorting tray 25 and the reset blocks 1-4 in the fourth sorting tray 26, and the reset blocks 1-4 crawl along the reset rod through the operation of the flap cart until the third sorting tray 25 and the fourth sorting tray 26 are closed.
In the process of completing the closing of the third sorting tray 25 and the fourth sorting tray 26, the second rotator 11 rotates clockwise until the edge of the second rotator 11 supports against the locking plate of the second locking member 12, the trend of the clockwise rotation of the second rotator 11 makes the locking plate move in the spacing groove 16 towards the direction far away from the second rotator 11, until the second rotator 11 resets completely, that is, the edge of the second rotator 11 no longer limits the locking plate of the second locking member 12, under the action of the rotation force provided by the torsion spring of the second locking member 12, the locking plate resets, thereby supporting against the clamping groove 15 of the second rotator 11, and further limiting the rotation of the second rotator 11, and then the second locking member 12 presents a locking state.
Therefore, the limiting grooves 16 formed in the first mounting frame 3 and the second mounting frame 4 according to the embodiment of the invention can prevent the locking plate from rotating excessively and failing to complete the reset action of the locking plate under the action of the torsion spring. Meanwhile, the limiting groove 16 can also reduce the tensile stress of the locking plate on the first fixing part 13 or the second fixing part 14 of the locking plate in the resetting process. The first locking member 8 and the second locking member 12 are the same locking structure, and the locking structure comprises a locking plate, a torsion spring and a locking rod. Simple structure, easy realization and high reliability.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the flap carriage further includes: and the travelling wheels 17 are fixedly arranged on the first mounting frame 3 and the second mounting frame 4 respectively and are used for rolling on the travelling track. The travelling wheels 17 can improve the travelling speed of the flap trolley and reduce the friction between the flap trolley and the travelling track.
The walking wheel 17 of the flap trolley may have a derailment phenomenon, and in order to prevent the derailment phenomenon, the embodiment of the invention provides an implementation mode, which specifically comprises the following steps: the board dolly that turns over still includes: and the horizontal wheels 18 are respectively and fixedly installed on the first installation frame 3 and the second installation frame 4 and used for being arranged in the baffle of the walking track to guide the walking wheels 17 to roll on the walking track.
Therefore, the horizontal wheel 18 of the embodiment of the invention can not only ensure that the walking wheel 17 rolls in the walking track, but also reduce the abrasion of the baffle plate to the flap trolley, and also stabilize the walking wheel 17 and reduce the noise.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the flap carriage further comprises: a connecting plate (19), wherein the connecting plate (19) is arranged on the first mounting frame 3 and is used for being hinged with a driving shaft in the other flap trolley for driving the horizontal wheel 18.
The driving shaft of the other flap trolley can transmit power to the connecting plate (19), and the connecting plate (19) transmits the power to the travelling wheel 17 and the horizontal wheel 18 of the flap trolley where the first mounting rack 3 is located through the first mounting rack 3.
Therefore, the connecting plate (19) provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize the transmission of the driving force between the flap small workshops.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the flap carriage further includes: and the protection plate 20 is fixedly arranged on the first mounting frame and the second mounting frame respectively, and is used for protecting mechanical parts arranged in the first mounting frame or the second mounting frame.
The protection plate 20 can also be supported by a support frame for mounting the travelling wheel 17 and fixedly mounted on the support frame of the travelling wheel on the side of the first mounting frame or the second mounting frame.
It can be seen that the protection plate 20 according to the embodiment of the present invention can prevent the collision of the external object to each mechanical component installed in the first mounting frame, and can also prevent the damage or influence caused by the collision, and can also prevent the sorter from accidentally touching the mechanical components in operation.
In order to reduce the occurrence of the phenomenon that the operation of the flap carriages is affected due to collision, which may occur between the flap carriages traveling on the same track, in one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 to 3, the flap carriages further include: a damper 21 fixedly disposed on a side surface adjacent to the mounting surface of the second mounting bracket 4 for mounting the second rotor 11.
The material of the damper 21 may be polyurethane damper 21.
It can be seen that the shock absorber of the embodiment of the present invention is fixedly disposed on the side surface close to the mounting surface for mounting the second rotator 11 in the second mounting frame 4, so that the shock absorber can not only travel between the flap trolleys on the same track and damage the flap trolleys due to collision.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-4, the flap carriage further comprises: and the buffer pads 22 are respectively positioned below the first connecting rod assembly 5 and the second connecting rod assembly 6, and are respectively and fixedly arranged on the mounting surfaces of the first mounting frame 3 or the second mounting frame 4 for mounting the first rotating shaft 1 and the second rotating shaft 2.
It can be seen that the cushion pads 22 according to the embodiment of the present invention are respectively located under the first link assemblies 5 and the second link assemblies 6, and are respectively fixedly disposed on the mounting surfaces of the first mounting frame 3 or the second mounting frame 4 for mounting the first rotating shaft 1 and the second rotating shaft 2. The sudden change tensile stress of each connecting rod assembly in the plate turning trolley can be reduced, and the service life of the plate turning trolley is prolonged.
Sorting trays in existing tray sorting equipment include: a tray and a pressure sensor disposed below the tray for feeding back whether the tray is loaded with the articles 1-3, but the above sorting tray may have the following problems: if the objects 1-3 are light in weight (such as paper documents), the pressure sensor has the problem of being difficult to detect; in addition, since most sorting trays are made of metal, if the articles 1-3 are magnetic members, the magnetic members are liable to interfere with the detection of the pressure sensors.
Based on the above problems, the existing sorting trays have a problem of poor accuracy in counting the number of articles 1 to 3. In order to solve the above problem, in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the flap carriage further includes: a first sorting tray 23 and a second sorting tray 24, and the first sorting tray 23 and the second sorting tray 24 are sorting trays of the same structure;
the sorting tray includes: a tray 1-1, a light emitter generating a light source, and a camera;
wherein, a plurality of through holes are distributed on the bottom surface of the tray 1-1;
the illuminator is fixedly arranged at a first preset position away from a light-transmitting surface of the tray 1-1, wherein the light-transmitting surface is the surface of the tray 1-1 opposite to the surface for placing articles 1-3;
the camera is fixedly installed at a second preset position away from the light-transmitting surface of the tray 1-1 and is used for being connected with a control system, so that the control system analyzes the images shot by the camera and determines whether the articles 1-3 are placed in the tray 1-1 included in the shot images.
The through holes distributed on the bottom surface of the tray 1-1 may be a plurality of through holes arranged according to a certain rule or a plurality of through holes arranged irregularly.
A light emitter is an element for generating a light source, which may be an incandescent lamp or an LED lamp.
The first preset position can be selected to enable light emitted by the generator to irradiate the whole light-transmitting surface, so that the camera can conveniently shoot a clear picture.
The second predetermined position may be selected to be a position at which the camera can capture a clear and complete image of the light-transmitting surface.
Only one item 1-3 can be placed in one pair of opposing sorting trays, i.e. only one item 1-3 can be placed in the first and second sorting trays and only one item 1-3 can be placed in the third and fourth sorting trays.
The image of the light-transmitting surface shot by the camera contains images of a plurality of through holes, and based on the requirement that only one object 1-3 can be placed on a pair of trays 1-1 oppositely placed on the plate-turning trolley, if the control system analyzes that the through holes in the image of the light-transmitting surface of the tray 1-1 are blocked, the control system indicates that the object 1-3 is placed in the tray 1-1; if the control system analyzes that the through holes in the light transmission surface image of the tray 1-1 are not blocked, the control system indicates that no article 1-3 is placed in the tray 1-1, and based on the result, the number of the articles 1-3 placed in the sorting tray in the preset time period can be analyzed.
It can be seen that the sorting tray 1-1 provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a tray 1-1, a light emitter for generating a light source and a camera; a plurality of through holes are distributed on the bottom surface of the tray 1-1, the illuminator is fixedly arranged at a first preset position away from the light-transmitting surface of the tray 1-1, and the camera is fixedly arranged at a second preset position away from the light-transmitting surface of the tray 1-1 and is used for being connected with a control system; compared with the prior art, the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention is not influenced by the weight of the articles 1-3 and the material of the sorting tray 1-1, but can be used for controlling the system to analyze the images shot by the camera so as to determine whether the articles 1-3 are placed in the tray 1-1 included in the shot images, and the accuracy of detecting the articles 1-3 can be improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the tray 1-1 includes: the device comprises supporting plates 1-11, first baffle plates 1-12 and second baffle plates 1-13;
the plate surfaces of the supporting plates 1 to 11 are distributed with a plurality of through holes;
the second baffle plate 1-13 is fixedly arranged at the first edge of the supporting plate 1-11 in a manner of being vertical to the supporting plate 1-11; the first edge is a pair of opposite edges of the supporting plates 1-11;
the first baffle plate 1-12 is fixedly arranged at the second edge of the supporting plate 1-11 in a manner of being vertical to the supporting plate 1-11, is arranged between the two second baffle plates 1-13 and is contacted with the side surface of the second baffle plates 1-13, so that the articles 1-3 on the tray 1-1 slide off from the third edge of the tray 1-1; the second side is a side of the pallet 1-11 excluding the first side and a third side, and the third side is a side opposite to the second side.
The supporting plate 1-11 is a plate-shaped structure composed of a first side, a second side and a third side, the shape of the supporting plate 1-11 can be selected from polygons, such as rectangles, squares and hexagons, and taking the rectangular supporting plate 1-11 as an example, the structure composed of the second baffle plate 1-13, the first baffle plate 1-12 and the supporting plate 1-11 can be understood as a rectangular box structure without a side surface and without a cover.
In addition, the first side is a pair of opposite sides, the second side is a side placed between the pair of first sides, and the third side is a side opposite to the second side and adjacent to the pair of first sides.
As can be seen, the tray 1-1 provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes: the device comprises supporting plates 1-11, first baffle plates 1-12 and second baffle plates 1-13; a plurality of through holes are distributed on the plate surfaces of the supporting plates 1 to 11; the second baffle plate 1-13 is fixedly arranged at the first edge of the supporting plate 1-11 in a way of being vertical to the supporting plate 1-11, the first baffle plate 1-12 is fixedly arranged at the second edge of the supporting plate 1-11 in a way of being vertical to the supporting plate 1-11, and the articles 1-3 in the supporting plate 1-11 can slide towards the direction of the third edge.
With the development of domestic electronic commerce, the sorting amount of articles 1-3 such as express packages, shoes, clothes, books and the like is exponentially increased, so that in order to reduce the labor intensity of workers, automatic sorting equipment is applied, and based on the automatic sorting equipment, the embodiment of the invention provides an implementation mode, as shown in fig. 8, the automatic sorting equipment specifically comprises the following steps: the swing end face of one of the second baffles 1-13 is provided with a first through hole 1-131 hinged to the first rotating shaft 1 or the second rotating shaft 2, and a second through hole 1-132 fixedly connected to the first link assembly 5 or the second link assembly 6, and the swing end face of the other second baffle 1-13 is provided with the first through hole 1-131, or the first through hole 1-131 and the second through hole 1-132 fixedly connected to the first link assembly 5 or the second link assembly 6, and the length of the first edge is smaller than or equal to that of the swing end face, wherein the swing end face is a plate face of any one end part of the second baffles 1-13.
The number of the second baffles 1-13 is two, a first through hole 1-131 and a second through hole 1-132 are arranged on the swinging end face of one second baffle 1-13, and a first through hole 1-131 or a first through hole 1-131 and a second through hole 1-132 are arranged on the swinging end face of the other second baffle 1-13, including the following two conditions:
the first case is: the swing plate surface of one second baffle plate 1-13 is provided with a first through hole 1-131 and a second through hole 1-132, and the swing plate surface of the other second baffle plate 1-13 is provided with a first through hole 1-131.
The second case is: the swing plate surfaces of the two second baffle plates 1-13 are provided with first through holes 1-131 and second through holes 1-132.
The swing end face is a partial plate face of the second baffle plate 1-13, and the length edge of the swing end face is a partial length edge of the second baffle plate 1-13.
It can be seen that the swing end face of one second baffle 1-13 provided by the embodiment of the present invention is provided with a first through hole 1-131 and a second through hole 1-132, the swing end face of the other second baffle 1-13 is provided with a first through hole 1-131 or a first through hole 1-131 and a second through hole 1-132, and the length of the first edge is less than or equal to the length of the swing end face, so that the efficiency of sorting the articles 1-3 can be improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the second baffle 1-13 can be made of plastic, which can save cost and reduce weight.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the second baffle plate 1-13 further comprises: the outer circumferential surface of the fixing ring is provided with knurls, and the inner circumferential surface of the fixing ring is provided with a clamping groove or a thread connected with the shaft;
the fixing ring is fixedly installed in the first through hole 1-131 in an injection molding mode to serve as a new first through hole 1-131.
Wherein, the knurling is arranged on the outer circumference of the fixing ring to prevent the first through holes 1-131 without the fixing ring from generating relative friction with the fixing ring.
Therefore, the outer circumferential surface of the fixing ring of the second baffle plate 1-13 is provided with knurls, and the inner circumferential surface of the fixing ring is provided with a clamping groove or a thread connected with the shaft; the fixing ring is fixedly arranged in the first through hole 1-131 in an injection molding mode to be used as a new first through hole 1-131; compared with the first through holes 1-131 without the fixing rings, the strength of the second baffle plates 1-13 can be improved, and the influence caused by the interaction force of the first through holes 1-131 and the shaft is reduced.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the tray 1-1 further comprises: a third baffle plate 1-14, wherein the third baffle plate 1-14 is fixedly arranged at the third edge of the supporting plate 1-11 in a manner of being vertical to the supporting plate 1-11, and the side surface of the third baffle plate 1-14 is coplanar with the plate surface of the supporting plate 1-11;
the sorting tray 1-1 further comprises: the grid plate 1-2 is provided with,
the grid plate 1-2 is fixedly arranged on a light transmitting surface of the supporting plate 1-11, and the grid plate 1-2 cannot shield the through hole and is in contact with the first baffle plate 1-12, the second baffle plate 1-13 and the third baffle plate 1-14.
Wherein, if the tray 1-1 is made of metal, the grid plate 1-2 can be fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the tray 1-1 by welding, if the tray 1-1 and the grid plate 1-2 are made of plastic, the grid plate 1-2 and the tray 1-1 can be integrally formed by using an injection mold, and if the tray 1-1 and the grid plate 1-2 are made of different materials, the end part of the grid plate 1-2 and the edge of the tray 1-1 can be fixed.
The grid plate 1-2 is fixedly installed on the plate surface of the supporting plate 1-11, the grid plate 1-2 cannot shield the through holes, and each grid in the grid plate 1-2 surrounds the same number of through holes, or different numbers of through holes.
The end of the grid plate 1-2 may contact and be fixedly connected with the first baffle plate 1-12, the second baffle plate and the third baffle plate 1-14, or may contact and be not fixedly connected, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Therefore, the grid plate 1-2 in the embodiment of the invention is fixedly arranged on the light transmission surface of the supporting plate 1-11, and the grid plate 1-2 can not shield the through hole, so that the strength of the tray 1-1 can be enhanced.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the sorting tray 1-1 further includes: a reset block 1-4 for resetting the pallet 1-11;
the reset blocks 1-4 are fixedly arranged in grids preset in the grid plates 1-2, and the height of the reset blocks 1-4 is higher than the depth of the grid plates 1-2.
The reset block 1-4 is fixedly arranged in a preset grid in the grid plate 1-2, can be integrally formed and fixed in a supporting plate 1-11 corresponding to the preset grid, and can also be formed by fixedly arranging the reset block 1-4 in the preset grid through a connecting piece. For example, the bolt is fixedly connected with the reset blocks 1-4 through a through hole surrounded by a preset grid. For maintenance, the connection elements may be selected to fix the reset blocks 1-44 in a predetermined grid.
In addition, the number of the reset blocks 1 to 4 may be 1, or may be 2, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Therefore, the reset blocks 1-4 are fixedly arranged in the grids preset in the grid plates 1-2, and the placing position of the sorting tray 1-1 can be quickly and simply improved.
In order to achieve fast installation and high installation accuracy of the reset blocks 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides an implementation manner, as shown in fig. 10, specifically: the sorting tray 1-1 further includes: 1-6 of an embedding groove;
connecting through holes for connecting the reset blocks 1-4 are arranged in the grooves of the embedding grooves 1-6;
the embedding grooves 1-6 are fixedly arranged in the preset lattices in the grid plates 1-2, and the reset blocks 1-4 are fixedly arranged in the embedding grooves 1-6 through connecting through holes.
Therefore, the embedding grooves 1-6 of the implementation mode can improve the installation speed and the installation precision of the reset blocks 1-4.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, a reinforcing rib formed by injection molding of a metal plate is disposed at a reinforcing surface of the first baffle plate 1-12, where the reinforcing surface is a plate surface of the first baffle plate 1-12 opposite to the grid plate 1-2.
Therefore, the reinforcing ribs formed by injection molding of the metal plates are arranged on the reinforcing surfaces of the first baffle plates 1-12 in the embodiment of the invention, so that the strength of the first baffle plates 1-12 can be improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, the sorting tray 1-1 further includes: 1-5 of a reinforcing plate;
the reinforcing plates 1-5 are fixedly connected with the reinforcing surface and the swinging end surface respectively, and the plate surfaces of the reinforcing plates 1-5 are fixedly connected with the edge of the light transmitting surface;
the reinforcing ribs are fixedly arranged between the reinforcing surface and the reinforcing plates 1-5.
The reinforcing rib can be in the shape of a right-angled triangle, namely two right-angled side structures of the right-angled triangle are fixedly connected with the reinforcing surface and the swinging end surface respectively; the L-shaped structure can also be in an L shape, namely the two side structures of the L-shaped structure are fixedly connected with the reinforcing surface and the swinging end surface respectively.
In addition, the reinforcing plate can be in an arc plate-shaped structure with the same diameter as the first through hole.
Therefore, the reinforcing plates 1 to 5 provided by the embodiment of the invention are respectively and fixedly connected with the reinforcing surface and the swinging end surface, and the plate surfaces of the reinforcing plates 1 to 5 are coplanar with the light-transmitting surface; the reinforcing ribs are fixedly arranged between the reinforcing surface and the reinforcing plates 1-5, and the strength of the first baffle plates 1-12 can be further improved relative to the sorting tray 1-1 without the reinforcing plates 1-5.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the flap carriage further comprises: and (5) controlling the system.
The above-mentioned control system is electrically connected to the camera of the sorting tray 1-1, the first locking member 8 and the second locking member 12, respectively.
The control system is further specifically configured to process the image captured by the camera, compare the processed image with a preset reference image, and determine whether an article 1-3 is placed in a tray 1-1 included in the captured image, where the reference image is an image of the tray 1-1 without the article 1-3 placed thereon.
The control system compares the processed image with a preset reference image to determine whether the through holes in the grid are shielded, and if it is determined that the through holes in the tray are shielded, the tray 1-1 is considered to be placed with the articles 1-3.
The predetermined number, which is related to the area of the faces of the articles to be transported, can also be 1 when the articles are small, and it is related to the area of the smallest face of the articles when the sorted articles are all large.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the sorting equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention has strong automation, is not influenced by the weight of the articles 1-3 and the material of the sorting tray, analyzes the images shot by the camera by using the control system to determine whether the articles 1-3 are placed in the tray 1-1 included in the shot images, and can improve the accuracy of detecting the articles 1-3.
The embodiment of the invention provides sorting equipment, which specifically comprises: an equipment body, any one of the turning plate trolleys and a control system,
wherein, the turning plate trolley is arranged on the running track of the equipment body.
The plate turning trolley is arranged on the walking track of the equipment body and can walk on the walking track under the action of driving force.
The control system is electrically connected with the first locking member 8 and the second locking member 12 in the flap cart, and is electrically connected with the camera of the sorting tray, so that the control system controls the first locking member 8 to be in a locking state when determining that the bottom surface of the first sorting tray 23 and the bottom surface of the second sorting tray 24 are in the same plane, so that the first locking member 8 limits the first rotating body 7 to rotate, and controls the first locking member 8 to be in an unlocking state when determining that the articles 1-3 on the first sorting tray 23 and/or the second sorting tray 24 need to be released, so that the first sorting tray 23 and the second sorting tray 24 can drive the first rotating body 7 to rotate;
controlling the second locking member 12 to be in a locked state when it is determined that the bottom surfaces of the third and fourth sorting trays 25 and 26 are in the same plane, so that the second locking member 12 restricts the rotation of the second rotator 11; when it is determined that the items 1-3 on the third sorting tray 25 and/or the fourth sorting tray 26 need to be released, the second locking member 12 is controlled to be unlocked, so that the third sorting tray 25 and the fourth sorting tray 26 can drive the second rotator 11 to rotate;
and analyzing the images shot by the camera to determine whether the tray included in the shot images is filled with the articles 1-3.
In an implementation manner, the control system is specifically configured to process an image captured by the camera, compare the processed image with a preset reference image, and determine whether an article 1-3 is placed in a tray included in the captured image, where the reference image is an image of the tray 1 without the article 1-3 placed thereon.
The control system compares the processed image with a preset reference image to determine whether through holes in the tray are shielded, and if it is determined that through holes higher than a preset number are shielded, the tray is determined to contain the articles 1-3.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the sorting equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention is not influenced by the weight of the articles 1-3 and the material of the sorting tray, but analyzes the images shot by the camera by using the control system to determine whether the articles 1-3 are placed in the tray included in the shot images, so that the accuracy of detecting the articles 1-3 can be improved.

wherein a plurality of through holes are distributed on the bottom surface of the tray (1-1);
the illuminator is fixedly arranged at a first preset position away from a light-transmitting surface of the tray (1-1), and the light-transmitting surface is the surface of the tray (1-1) opposite to the surface for placing the articles (1-3);
the camera is fixedly arranged at a second preset position away from the light-transmitting surface of the tray (1-1) and is electrically connected with the control system, so that the control system analyzes the images shot by the camera and determines whether articles (1-3) are placed in the tray (1-1) included in the shot images.

one end of the fourth connecting rod assembly (10) is fixedly hinged to the second rotating shaft (2) and is used for being fixedly connected with the end face, close to the second mounting frame (4), of the fourth sorting tray (26); the other end of the fourth connecting rod component (10) is relatively and fixedly arranged on the second rotating body (11);
the second locking member (12) is fixedly mounted on the second mounting frame (4) and is used for contacting or connecting with the control system, so that the control system further comprises: controlling the second locking member (12) to be in a locking state when the bottom surfaces of the third sorting tray (25) and the fourth sorting tray (26) are determined to be in the same plane, so that the second locking member (12) limits the second rotating body (11) to rotate; when it is determined that the items (1-3) on the third sorting tray (25) and/or the fourth sorting tray (26) need to be released, the second locking member (12) is controlled to be unlocked, so that the third sorting tray (25) and the fourth sorting tray (26) can drive the second rotating body (11) to rotate.

the connecting rod assembly is two connecting rods;
wherein the first link of the first link assembly (5) is fixedly hinged on the first rotating shaft (1) and is used for being fixedly connected with the end surface of the first sorting tray (23) adjacent to the first mounting frame (3); the end part of the second connecting rod of the first connecting rod component (5) is fixedly arranged on the first rotating body (7);
the first connecting rod of the second connecting rod assembly (6) is fixedly hinged to the second rotating shaft (2) and is fixedly connected with the end face, close to the first mounting frame (3), of the second sorting tray (24); the end part of a second connecting rod of the second connecting rod assembly (6) is fixedly arranged on the first rotating body (7); when the length direction of the first connecting rod assembly and the plane where the first sorting tray (23) is located form a first preset angle and the length direction of the first connecting rod of the second connecting rod assembly (6) is parallel to the plane where the second sorting tray (24) is located, the bottom surface of the first sorting tray (23) and the bottom surface of the first sorting tray (23) are located on the same plane;
the first connecting rod of the third connecting rod assembly (9) is fixedly hinged on the first rotating shaft (1) and is used for being fixedly connected with the end face, close to the second mounting frame (4), in the third sorting tray (25); the end part of a second connecting rod of the third connecting rod assembly (9) is fixedly arranged on the second rotating body (11);
the first connecting rod of the fourth connecting rod assembly (10) is fixedly hinged to the second rotating shaft (2) and is fixedly connected with the end face, close to the second mounting frame (4), of the fourth sorting tray (26); the end part of a second connecting rod of the fourth connecting rod assembly (10) is fixedly arranged on the second rotating body (11); and when the length direction of the first connecting rod of the third connecting rod assembly (9) and the plane where the third sorting tray (25) is located form a second preset angle, and the length direction of the first connecting rod of the fourth connecting rod assembly (10) is parallel to the plane where the fourth sorting tray (26) is located, the bottom surface of the third sorting tray (25) and the bottom surface of the fourth sorting tray (26) are located on the same plane.

The flap carriage as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the flap carriage further comprises: the first rotating body (7) and the second rotating body (11) are in the same polygonal plate-shaped structure, and a clamping groove (15) is formed in the plate surface penetrating through the polygonal plate-shaped structure;
the first fixing part (13) penetrates through the plate surface of the first rotating body (7) and is fixedly arranged on the first mounting frame (3), and the first rotating body (7) can rotate relative to the first fixing part (13);
the second connecting rod of the first connecting rod assembly (5) and the second connecting rod of the second connecting rod assembly (6) are fixedly arranged on the plate surface of the first rotating body (7);

when the articles (1-3) on the first sorting tray (23) and/or the second sorting tray (24) are determined to be released, the first locking piece (8) is controlled to be disengaged from the clamping groove (15) of the first rotating body (7), so that the first sorting tray (23) and the second sorting tray (24) can drive the first rotating body (7) to rotate;
-controlling the second locking member (12) to be placed in the blocking groove (15) of the second rotor (11) when it is determined that the bottom surface of the third sorting tray (25) and the bottom surface of the fourth sorting tray (26) are in the same plane;
when it is determined that the items (1-3) on the third sorting tray (25) and/or the fourth sorting tray (26) need to be released, the second locking member (12) is controlled to disengage from the blocking groove (15) of the second rotor (11), so that the third sorting tray (25) and the fourth sorting tray (26) can drive the second rotor (11) to rotate.
