The apparatus for rapid milling of granular grains according to claim 7, wherein: the length of the positioning strip (29) is larger than the inner radius of the tank body (2), the positioning strip (29) is mutually attached to the bottom of the tank body (2), and the positioning strip (29) is tangent to the outlet at the bottom of the tank body (2).
