本发明涉及香精香料技术领域,具体地说是一种含有顺式茉莉酮的草莓型食用香精。
背景技术
目前市场上的草莓香精基本使用合成香料调配而成,配料和配比较为原始,导致产品的香味浓郁有余,但新鲜度不足,直接影响人对产品的感观。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种含有顺式茉莉酮的草莓型食用香精。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种含有顺式茉莉酮的草莓型食用香精,包含乙酸0.1-0.7%、乙酸乙酯0.3-1.5%、丙酸乙酯 0.1-1%、丁酸乙酯0.9-2.5%、2-甲基丁酸乙酯0.8-1.5%、异戊酸乙酯0.1-0.7%、顺式茉莉酮0.08-0.5%、2-甲基丁酸0.1-0.8%、叶醇 0.5-2%、已酸0.1-1%、乙酸叶醇酯0.05-0.5%、乙酸反-2-已烯酯 0.05-0.3%、苯乙醇0.01-0.05%、呋喃酮0.05-0.5%、异戊酸异戊酯 0.2-1.2%、星萍酯1-3%、苯甲醛丙二缩醛0.01-0.1%、桂酸甲酯 0.1-1%、丙位癸内酯0.1-1%、香兰素丙二缩醛0.01-0.1%、丙二醇 80.05-95.44%。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明的含有顺式茉莉酮的草莓型食用香精,优化了配方和配比,通过加入顺式茉莉酮和其他组分,增加了草莓香气的新鲜度,使草莓香气更加诱人。

本发明所述的一种含有顺式茉莉酮的草莓型食用香精,包含乙酸 0.1-0.7%、乙酸乙酯0.3-1.5%、丙酸乙酯0.1-1%、丁酸乙酯0.9-2.5%、 2-甲基丁酸乙酯0.8-1.5%、异戊酸乙酯0.1-0.7%、顺式茉莉酮 0.08-0.5%、2-甲基丁酸0.1-0.8%、叶醇0.5-2%、已酸0.1-1%、乙酸叶醇酯0.05-0.5%、乙酸反-2-已烯酯0.05-0.3%、苯乙醇 0.01-0.05%、呋喃酮0.05-0.5%、异戊酸异戊酯0.2-1.2%、星萍酯 1-3%、苯甲醛丙二缩醛0.01-0.1%、桂酸甲酯0.1-1%、丙位癸内酯 0.1-1%、香兰素丙二缩醛0.01-0.1%、丙二醇80.05-95.44%。

1.一种含有顺式茉莉酮的草莓型食用香精,其特征在于:包含乙酸、乙酸乙酯、丙酸乙酯、丁酸乙酯、2-甲基丁酸乙酯、异戊酸乙酯、顺式茉莉酮、2-甲基丁酸、叶醇、已酸、乙酸叶醇酯、乙酸反-2-已烯酯、苯乙醇、呋喃酮、异戊酸异戊酯、星萍酯、苯甲醛丙二缩醛、桂酸甲酯、丙位癸内酯、香兰素丙二缩醛、丙二醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有顺式茉莉酮的草莓型食用香精,其特征在于:各成分配比为乙酸0.1-0.7%、乙酸乙酯0.3-1.5%、丙酸乙酯0.1-1%、丁酸乙酯0.9-2.5%、2-甲基丁酸乙酯0.8-1.5%、异戊酸乙酯0.1-0.7%、顺式茉莉酮0.08-0.5%、2-甲基丁酸0.1-0.8%、叶醇0.5-2%、已酸0.1-1%、乙酸叶醇酯0.05-0.5%、乙酸反-2-已烯酯0.05-0.3%、苯乙醇0.01-0.05%、呋喃酮0.05-0.5%、异戊酸异戊酯0.2-1.2%、星萍酯1-3%、苯甲醛丙二缩醛0.01-0.1%、桂酸甲酯0.1-1%、丙位癸内酯0.1-1%、香兰素丙二缩醛0.01-0.1%、丙二醇80.05-95.44%。
