generating a sending statement and a bill statement based on a month account number and the order data, and recording the store code and the store address in the sending statement and the bill statement, wherein the front end of the terminal does not display the month account number; the generating of the sender details and the bill details based on the month account number and the order data comprises the following steps: the background of the terminal records the order data in a form in sequence according to the order sending time to obtain the sender details; calculating the statement details according to the settlement rules of the monthly statement account to obtain the bill details; the background of the terminal automatically generates a blank table according to a settlement period of monthly settlement;
synchronizing the sender details and the billing details to a system account of a processor;
the method further comprises the steps of:
receiving a store code input by the processor; matching store codes entered by the processor with store codes in the sender detail and the billing detail; and if the store code input by the processing personnel is the same as the store code in the issuing statement and the bill statement, outputting and displaying the issuing statement and the bill statement.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein synchronizing the sender details and the bill details to a system account of a processor comprises:
acquiring the authority type of each user;
when the permission type is a preset type, the sender detail and the bill detail are sent to a system account of an administrator; wherein the process personnel comprise the administrator.
3. An on-line bill customizing device for an express delivery, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a storage module and a storage module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring order data generated by a client making an order through a terminal and store codes and store addresses corresponding to the order data, and the order data comprises a mail sending time, an order number, an express delivery type, a name, an address and a mobile phone number of a sender; the front end of the terminal is used for the client to fill in the names, addresses and mobile phone numbers of the senders and express types; the background of the terminal automatically acquires the mail sending time and generates the order number;
the generation module is used for generating a sending statement list and a bill list based on the month account number and the order data, recording the store codes and the store addresses in the sending statement list and the bill list, and enabling the front end of the terminal not to display the month account number; the generating of the sender details and the bill details based on the month account number and the order data comprises the following steps: the background of the terminal records the order data in a form in sequence according to the order sending time to obtain the sender details; calculating the statement details according to the settlement rules of the monthly statement account to obtain the bill details; the background of the terminal automatically generates a blank table according to a settlement period of monthly settlement;
the synchronization module is used for synchronizing the sender details and the bill details to a system account of a processor;
the apparatus further comprises:
the receiving module is used for receiving store codes input by the processing personnel;
the matching module is used for matching the store codes input by the processing personnel with the store codes in the issuing details and the bill details;
and the display module is used for outputting and displaying the issuing details and the bill details if the store codes input by the processing personnel are the same as the store codes in the issuing details and the bill details.
4. The on-line bill customizing device for express delivery according to claim 3, wherein the synchronization module is specifically configured to:
acquiring the authority type of each user;
when the permission type is a preset type, the sender detail and the bill detail are sent to a system account of an administrator; wherein the process personnel comprise the administrator.
5. A computer readable storage medium storing one or more programs executable by one or more processors to implement the steps of the on-line bill subscription method for express delivery as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2.
