Abstract
本发明提供了一种挡板阀结构,包括阀体、阀板和轴,所述阀体的左右两端分别设有进口法兰和出口法兰;所述阀体内部的底面为平面结构,在进口法兰的内侧面与底面的交界处安装所述轴,所述阀体的对应位置上设有用于安装所述轴的轴孔;所述阀板的底端固定安装在轴上,可随着轴进行旋转;所述阀体左端内侧面上设有与阀板关闭时配合的环形的第一密封带,所述阀板上设有与第一密封带配合的第二密封带。本发明能在阀门关闭时可靠地密封,同时由于阀板水平放置时,阀板与底面完全贴合,阀板完全不影响阀门的流通通道,所以这种阀门适合于顺序增压发动机的压气机进气控制阀形式,对于降低发动机进气阻力效果明显。

技术领域
本发明属于机电技术领域,具体涉及一种挡板阀结构。
背景技术
安装顺序增压系统的发动机,压气机控制阀一般布置在压气机的进口,有利于工作温度较低,方便切断空气。
但是,这种结构的压气机控制阀打开的情况下,阀板会造成进气节流,影响顺序增压系统的效率;
还有,现有的结构往往在阀轴处设计了多层填料结构,由于阀轴与填料的摩擦,导致阀门的驱动力矩大,不满足顺序增压系统对高温阀的低驱动力矩要求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种挡板阀结构,既能在阀门关闭时可靠地密封,又能在阀门开启时降低阀板对空气的阻力,不影响发动机的进气。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种挡板阀结构,包括阀体、阀板和轴,所述阀体的左右两端分别设有进口法兰和出口法兰;所述阀体内部的底面为平面结构,在进口法兰的内侧面与底面的交界处安装所述轴,所述阀体的对应位置上设有用于安装所述轴的轴孔;所述阀板的底端固定安装在轴上,可随着轴进行旋转;所述阀体左端内侧面上设有与阀板关闭时配合的环形的第一密封带,所述阀板上设有与第一密封带配合的第二密封带。
进一步的,所述轴的左右两端分别通过一个嵌套轴承结构安装在所述阀体的对应位置上的轴孔内;
所述嵌套轴承结构包括嵌套设置的外对开环和内对开环,所述外对开环为两个半圆形的环,形成封闭的圆环结构,所述圆环结构的外圈为圆柱面,内圈为凹的锥形槽;所述内对开环为两个半圆形的环,形成封闭的圆环结构,所述圆环结构的内圈为圆柱面,外圈为凸的圆环锥形体;所述内对开环的圆环锥形体嵌入所述外对开环的锥形槽内;
所述内对开环嵌入所述轴对应位置上设置的环槽内,所述外对开环嵌入阀体对应位置上设置的台阶孔处;所述阀体的左右两端的轴孔外端均设有限位所述嵌套轴承结构的封盖,所述外对开环与封盖之间设有压紧环。
进一步的,所述轴一侧上的环槽宽度大于嵌入其内的内对开环的宽度,使内对开环可以在其环槽内左右移动;所述轴另一侧的端部固定连接头。
进一步的,所述阀板由第二密封带包围的部分的形状为球面,球面的外侧朝向阀体结构的进口,为压力面;所述压力面上有加强筋。
进一步的,所述阀体的截面呈拱形,所述阀板呈拱形,竖直放置时与所述阀体的拱形截面配合。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下优势:
(1)本发明能在阀门关闭时可靠地密封,同时由于阀板水平放置时,阀板与底面完全贴合,阀板完全不影响阀门的流通通道,所以这种阀门适合于顺序增压发动机的压气机进气控制阀形式,对于降低发动机进气阻力效果明显。
(2)本发明支撑轴的嵌套轴承结构只有内对开环凸出的圆环锥形体与外对开环的凹的锥形槽的接触,接触面积小,在阀门开闭时降低阀门的驱动力矩。

如图1至3所示,一种挡板阀结构,包括阀体5、阀板3和轴4,所述阀体5的左右两端分别设有一体成型的进口法兰1和出口法兰7;所述阀体5内部的底面为平面结构,在进口法兰1的内侧面与底面的交界处安装所述轴4,所述阀板3的底端固定安装在轴4上,可随着轴4进行旋转;所述阀体5左端内侧面上设有与阀板3关闭时配合的环形的第一密封带2,所述阀板3上设有与第一密封带2配合的第二密封带。
所述阀板3由第二密封带包围的部分的形状为球面,球面的外侧朝向阀体结构的进口,为压力面;所述压力面上有加强筋。
如图3所示,为所述阀体5的剖面图,所述阀体5的截面呈拱形,所述阀体5的对应位置上设有用于安装所述轴4的轴孔。
所述轴4的左右两端分别通过一个嵌套轴承结构安装在所述阀体5的对应位置上的轴孔内;
所述嵌套轴承结构包括嵌套设置的外对开环9和内对开环8,所述外对开环9为两个半圆形的环,形成封闭的圆环结构,所述圆环结构的外圈为圆柱面,内圈为凹的锥形槽;所述内对开环8为两个半圆形的环,形成封闭的圆环结构,所述圆环结构的内圈为圆柱面,外圈为凸的圆环锥形体;所述内对开环8的圆环锥形体嵌入所述外对开环9的锥形槽内。
所述内对开环8嵌入所述轴4对应位置上设置的环槽内,所述外对开环9嵌入阀体5对应位置上设置的台阶孔处;所述阀体5的左右两端的轴孔外端均设有限位所述嵌套轴承结构的封盖11,所述外对开环与封盖11之间设有压紧环12,所述封盖11与所述阀体5之间有调整垫13。
所述轴4一侧上的环槽宽度大于嵌入其内的内对开环8的宽度,使内对开环8可以在其环槽内左右移动,结构密封可靠,不会卡死;所述轴4另一侧的端部固定连接头10。
如图4所示,为所述阀板3的示意图,所述阀板3呈拱形,竖直放置时与所述阀体5的拱形截面配合。
应用时,所述阀板3竖直放置时,阀门关闭,所述阀板3与所述密封带2贴合;所述阀板3水平放置时,阀门打开,所述阀板3与所述底面6贴合。
本发明支撑轴4的嵌套轴承结构只有内对开环8凸出的圆环锥形体与外对开环9的凹的锥形槽的接触,接触面积小,在阀门开闭时降低阀门的驱动力矩。

Claims (5)
1.一种挡板阀结构,其特征在于:包括阀体(5)、阀板(3)和轴(4),所述阀体(5)的左右两端分别设有进口法兰(1)和出口法兰(7);所述阀体(5)内部的底面为平面结构,在进口法兰(1)的内侧面与底面的交界处安装所述轴(4),所述阀体(5)的对应位置上设有用于安装所述轴(4)的轴孔;所述阀板(3)的底端固定安装在轴(4)上,可随着轴(4)进行旋转;所述阀体(5)左端内侧面上设有与阀板(3)关闭时配合的环形的第一密封带(2),所述阀板(3)上设有与第一密封带(2)配合的第二密封带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种挡板阀结构,其特征在于:所述轴(4)的左右两端分别通过一个嵌套轴承结构安装在所述阀体(5)的对应位置上的轴孔内;
所述嵌套轴承结构包括嵌套设置的外对开环(9)和内对开环(8),所述外对开环(9)为两个半圆形的环,形成封闭的圆环结构,所述圆环结构的外圈为圆柱面,内圈为凹的锥形槽;所述内对开环(8)为两个半圆形的环,形成封闭的圆环结构,所述圆环结构的内圈为圆柱面,外圈为凸的圆环锥形体;所述内对开环(8)的圆环锥形体嵌入所述外对开环(9)的锥形槽内。
所述内对开环(8)嵌入所述轴(4)对应位置上设置的环槽内,所述外对开环(9)嵌入阀体(5)对应位置上设置的台阶孔处;所述阀体(5)的左右两端的轴孔外端均设有限位所述嵌套轴承结构的封盖(11),所述外对开环与封盖(11)之间设有压紧环(12)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种挡板阀结构,其特征在于:所述轴(4)一侧上的环槽宽度大于嵌入其内的内对开环(8)的宽度;所述轴(4)另一侧的端部固定连接头(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种挡板阀结构,其特征在于:所述阀板(3)由第二密封带包围的部分的形状为球面,球面的外侧朝向阀体结构的进口,为压力面;所述压力面上有加强筋。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种挡板阀结构,其特征在于:所述阀体(5)的截面呈拱形,所述阀板(3)呈拱形,竖直放置时与所述阀体(5)的拱形截面配合。
