The first base 6 and the second base 7 are connected through a second translation sliding rail 71 and can slide horizontally, the second base 7 is provided with a second translation driving device 72, and the second translation driving device 72 comprises a screw mechanism driven by a motor. The directions of the first translation slide 71 and the second translation slide 72 are perpendicular to each other.
The motors used in the vertical drive 14, the first translation rail 71 and the second translation rail 72 are all servo motors.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
When the workover rig is brought into the working position, the swivel base 2 can be moved in the plane along the XY axis under the movement of the first base 6 and the second base 7, finding the exact working position. The vertical driving device 14 drives the first workbench 3 to reach the working height, and the first workbench 3 and the second workbench 4 are both provided with power tongs. The power tongs of the first workbench 3 perform sucker rod disassembly work, and after the sucker rod disassembly work is completed, the upright column 1 is rotated, so that the second workbench 4 can be switched to a working position, and the oil pipe disassembly work is performed. When the sucker rod and the oil pipe are required to be installed, the operation is performed according to the reverse order.
In addition, the vertical drive 14, the first translational drive 62, and the second translational drive 72 may be automatically controlled by a numerical control system. In the maintenance work of the oil well, certain deviation can occur in positioning due to the vibration of the equipment, the position change in the maintenance process can be monitored by a numerical control system, and the position of the power tongs relative to the oil well in the XYZ three directions is kept unchanged through real-time control.

In this embodiment, the first working table 3 and the second working table 4 are both connected with the upright 1 through the vertical driving device 14, and in this embodiment, a linkage device is not required to be provided, so that the first working table 3 and the second working table 4 can be controlled independently.
